Lu Heng destroyed the Withering Source, then sacrificed his stored supplies to break through toward Gold Tier and gained the Astral Greedy Wolf. After clashing with Luo Qi’s squad, he obeyed the Forest Will’s order to release them and returned to Moonview Valley to train underwater.

• Lu Heng baited the Goblin Priest and Warrior into a trap, killed them, and eliminated the survivors who came to loot the battlefield.
• Lu Heng found the Portal in the Withered Reed Plain, fought the goblins emerging from it, and shattered its core after the Forest Will explained why it had not intervened directly.
• Lu Heng recovered in Moonview Valley, sacrificed his stored loot, and gained the Greedy Wolf Meditation Method and an evolving Astral Greedy Wolf.
• Lu Heng tested his new power against Green Demons and a Goblin Warrior, then pursued survivors who had used him as bait and set Green Demons on them.
• Luo Qi confronted Lu Heng over his treatment of the survivors, and Lu Heng restrained Luo Qi’s squad with Blood Taisui mycelium while testing his Star Blade against their attacks.
• The Forest Will ordered Lu Heng to release Luo Qi’s squad because they were slated for selection to the Green Demon World, and Lu Heng let them go.
• Lu Heng returned to Moonview Valley and trained underwater in breath control, movement, Star Blade strikes, and mycelium control.

Lu Heng purged the Mist Forest of invaders and rebellious creatures before crossing into the Green Demons’ dying plane. There he joined Su Meng, discovered a goblin-run mine, and ended the stretch watching for creatures moving beneath the volcanic ground.

• Lu Heng fought through the Mist Forest, uncovered the Bloodthirsty Vine’s role in bringing monsters through a hidden passage, and used the Blood Taisui to purge the forest’s hostile native creatures.
• Lu Heng and the Blood Taisui eliminated the remaining Goblins, destroyed the Portal, and helped the Mist Forest Will purify the forest before it warned him of a coming counteroffensive.
• Lu Heng crossed into the Green Demons’ volcanic plane and killed the last Green Demons guarding a woodland refuge, while learning that the harsh conditions weakened the Blood Taisui.
• Lu Heng overheard Goblins discussing how they exploited Green Demon tribes, then met Su Meng and killed the Green Demons who confronted them.
• Lu Heng found Goblins forcing Green Demons to mine Crimson rock and fought through the valley, crippling the aliens before killing them all as Su Meng sent her Many-Treasure Mouse to gather ore.
• Lu Heng killed Bronze Tier Crimson Flame Lizards near the mine and sent Blood Taisui spores into the cracks to block more, while the Many-Treasure Mouse detected a deeper mineral vein.
• Lu Heng hesitated to continue mining as darkness fell and kept watch with Su Meng while movement continued deep in the volcanic cracks.
