Bieshu Feifan survived successive deadly missions by exploiting his teammates and secretly absorbing chakra from their eyes. Back in Konoha, he gained compensation and a fire jutsu from the village’s leaders, then opened his inn door to a green-clad, bowl-cut figure.

• Bieshu Feifan refused early graduation but was ordered by Hiruzen Sarutobi to become a genin, then joined Hyūga Shupi’s squad and survived a Sand attack that killed his teammates.
• Bieshu Feifan strangled the wounded Hyūga Shupi and absorbed his Byakugan chakra before helping the survivors repel the Sand Ninja.
• Bieshu Feifan joined Uchiha Kun’s squad, fought Sand and Stone shinobi, and absorbed Uchiha Kun’s chakra as the young Uchiha died.

Bieshu Feifan exploited dangerous assignments to gain new abilities, including the Three-Tomoe Sharingan and Magnet Release, while maneuvering against the Uchiha and his Konoha superiors. He was sent to the Land of Rain, where he survived a disastrous battle and reached Konoha’s battered main force nearly out of chakra.

• Bieshu Feifan provoked the Uchiha into attacking him, secured compensation, trained with Might Duy, and gained a remnant of Senju chakra from a corpse in Konoha Hospital’s morgue.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi assigned Bieshu Feifan to Uchiha Qiongyue’s squad, which entered the Land of Rivers and attacked Sunagakure forces before Qiongyue led his team deeper into the desert.
• Bieshu Feifan allied with an Aburame ninja against Qiongyue, then fought the Aburame after Qiongyue’s ambush and watched Qiongyue die from his wounds and poison.
• Bieshu Feifan took Qiongyue’s eyes, gained a Three-Tomoe Sharingan, and hid in the Land of Wind, where he hypnotized a wealthy man and trained while seeking Itadori Daiji’s Magnet Release chakra.
• Bieshu Feifan helped an Inuzuka Clan Jonin destroy Itadori Daiji’s supply convoy, absorbed Daiji’s chakra, and returned to Konoha, where he awakened Magnet Release and obtained new jutsu scrolls from Hiruzen Sarutobi.
• Bieshu Feifan caused an uproar with an eccentric hairstyle, received further technique scrolls, trained with Might Duy and Might Guy, and was deployed with underage recruits to the Land of Rain.
• Bieshu Feifan’s squad encountered poisonous mist and enemy forces, and he used his Sharingan to make fellow Genin protect him as Konoha’s troops fought Rain, Sand, and Stone ninja.
• Bieshu Feifan escaped an Iwagakure Jonin and other enemies by hiding underground and fleeing, then reached Konoha’s battered main force after Hanzo of the Salamander crossed the battlefield.

Bieshu Feifan survived shifting battles and pursued Hashirama cells, stealing, fighting, and deceiving allies and enemies along the way. After Orochimaru exposed his disguised clone and ended their dealings, Feifan joined Might Duy and Kakashi to enter the wartime Chunin Exams.

• Bieshu Feifan joined Jiraiya’s strike on Iwagakure’s supply station, survived Ōnoki’s attack, and later served under Shimura Danzō as Konoha fought Iwagakure.
• Bieshu Feifan obtained the Shadow Clone Technique and Body Flicker Technique, then clashed repeatedly with the Uchiha and stole Sharingan eyes while seeking Hashirama cells.
• Bieshu Feifan bought Hashirama cells from Orochimaru, developed Wood Release chakra, and became entangled in the thefts and political fallout surrounding Orochimaru and Danzō.
• Bieshu Feifan served on a squad protecting a noble in the Land of Hot Water, secretly looted estates, and avoided helping Danzō as fighting erupted between Konoha and Kumogakure.
• Bieshu Feifan killed Uchiha Beidai while disguised as Shimura Danzō, then returned to Konoha and persuaded Jiraiya to train him by offering his novel Oniichichi.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi removed Danzō from his advisor position after Danzō killed a young Uchiha, while Bieshu Feifan trained with Minato Namikaze and failed to secure more cells from Orochimaru.
• Bieshu Feifan persuaded Might Duy and Kakashi to form a team with him, and the three registered for the wartime Chunin Ninja Exams.

Bieshu Feifan stole Mito Uzumaki’s remains to absorb her chakra, then pursued forbidden techniques, Wood Release, and Scorch Release while exploiting Konoha and Sunagakure for money. After returning to Konoha under recall orders, he joined Might Duy and Might Guy in a public fundraising performance that humiliated Hiruzen Sarutobi.

• Bieshu Feifan stole Mito Uzumaki’s coffin during Hiruzen Sarutobi and Orochimaru’s confrontation, escaped Konoha, and absorbed her chakra.
• Bieshu Feifan tried to obtain forbidden techniques by manipulating Obito Uchiha and Asuma Sarutobi, then stole Multiple Shadow Clone and Flying Thunder God from the Hokage Building.
• Bieshu Feifan developed Wood Release armor, fought Uchiha Fugaku, and later took Wood Release techniques from Tsunade in exchange for a performance that failed to move her.
• Bieshu Feifan killed Uchiha Ku and three other Uchiha, then traveled to Sunagakure and hired Pakura to teach Fangwu Zhuren so he could study her techniques.
• Bieshu Feifan defeated Pakura through genjutsu and acquired Scorch Release, then used illusions and theft to help plunge the Land of Wind’s capital into chaos.
• Bieshu Feifan secretly diverted most of the recovered valuables, returned to the Land of Fire, and arranged for a Medical Ninja to cultivate Hashirama cells in a hidden laboratory.
• Bieshu Feifan returned to Konoha after Inuzuka, Hyūga, and Bug Man found him while searching for Tsunade, then fought with Might Duy and Might Guy against two Uchiha accusers.
• Bieshu Feifan recruited Might Duy and Might Guy for a donation performance outside the Hokage Building, leaving Hiruzen Sarutobi nearly fainting with embarrassment.
