Bieshu Feifan secured his jōnin title, built up his influence in Konoha, and pushed into the widening war against the other villages. The arc left him and Kakashi defending Mimura Hamaki’s camp as a large Stone Ninja force advanced.

• Bieshu Feifan gained Kakashi, Jiraiya, and Minato Namikaze’s recommendations, earned Hiruzen Sarutobi’s nomination, and passed the strength assessment before completing his mission and becoming a Konoha Jōnin.
• Bieshu Feifan acquired forbidden techniques, mastered senjutsu, killed the Third Kazekage, took his Magnet Release, and captured Sasori after extracting his Puppet Technique.
• As the war spread across the borders, Bieshu Feifan proposed a strategy against the invading villages, but Hiruzen Sarutobi gave command posts to others and sent Bieshu Feifan to find Tsunade.
