  • Ye Feng defeated Hozuki Xieyue, learned Hiramekarei was kept in Kirigakure’s Hidden Treasury, then stole the sword during the village’s selection ceremony and escaped.
  • Kakuzu, Konan, and Sasori ambushed Ye Feng’s party, but Ye Feng defeated Yahiko and Sasori, revealed his Rinnegan, and drove Akatsuki away without letting them take Naruto.
  • After returning to Konoha, Ye Feng explained Nagato’s Rinnegan and Yahiko’s fate to Minato Namikaze and Jiraiya, then accepted Tsunade’s mission to meet Nagato.

  • Ye Feng took Tsunade to the Village of the Gods, where she reunited with Nawaki and Dan Katō and broke down in tears.
Chapters 501–525 Vol. 6 Read

Ch. 501Tate Eboshi

Ye Feng wore down Hozuki Xieyue’s chakra with his taijutsu, forcing him to abandon the Hydrification Technique and unleash Tate Eboshi. Ye Feng opened the Seventh Gate and struck, leaving Xieyue bloody and outside his water form.

  • Ye Feng repeatedly attacked Hozuki Xieyue, whose Hydrification Technique consumed chakra whenever Ye Feng’s blows landed.
  • Hozuki Xieyue split into four bodies and tried to escape Ye Feng’s crater, but Ye Feng repeatedly knocked him back.
  • Hozuki Xieyue ended the Hydrification Technique, took Ye Feng’s punch to the abdomen, and escaped its range.
  • Hozuki Xieyue used Water Release: Tate Eboshi, forming a huge horned mass of water around himself.
  • Ye Feng opened the Seventh Gate and charged so quickly that spectators saw only his fading afterimage.
  • Ye Feng struck Hozuki Xieyue, sending him outside the enormous water mass as blood flew.

Ch. 502First Elder Genji

Ye Feng defeated Hozuki Xieyue with a single punch, leaving Kirigakure’s leaders to speculate about his purpose and the missing Three-Tails. After Mei Terumi’s distracted tour, Ye Feng’s group ended the outing and returned toward their inn as dusk fell.

  • Ye Feng struck Hozuki Xieyue out of his liquefied state, and Hozuki clan members carried the dazed fighter from the Training Ground without explaining what had happened.
  • Ye Feng declined to explain the fight and asked Mei Terumi to continue showing his group around Kirigakure.
  • Karatachi Yagura and First Elder Genji discussed Ye Feng’s strength and whether he was connected to the Three-Tails’ disappearance, then Genji ordered further searches and surveillance of Ye Feng.
  • After Genji left, Karatachi Yagura privately resented his elder’s commanding manner but accepted that he needed Genji’s support to secure his position as Fourth Mizukage.
  • Ye Feng stopped Mei Terumi’s distracted tour when they repeatedly passed the same place, and she warned his group before leaving as they headed back to their inn.

Ch. 503A different Mei Terumi

Mei Terumi investigated Ye Feng and his companions for Kirigakure, then received Genji’s encouragement to become a future leader of the village. Ye Feng secretly tried to learn where Hiramekarei was, while Mei Terumi’s behavior changed the next day and left Ye Feng’s companions suspicious.

  • Mei Terumi reported to Genji that she had found little suspicious among Ye Feng’s companions, and Genji told her to guide them and seek information about the Three-Tails.
  • Genji urged Mei Terumi to lead Kirigakure back to its former strength, and she vowed to meet his expectations.
  • Ye Feng hypnotized Hozuki Xieyue to ask about Hiramekarei and learned the village planned a selection to choose new Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist.
  • Ye Feng erased Hozuki Xieyue’s memories of their conversation and concluded he would have to target Kirigakure’s higher-ups to get the sword.
  • Mei Terumi enthusiastically showed Ye Feng and his companions around Kirigakure without questioning them, and Kushina and Miroku remarked that she seemed different.
  • Kushina said she believed Ye Feng had done nothing, while Miroku quietly called him a liar as they headed back to the inn.

Ch. 504Genji was ruthless even to himself

Ye Feng tried to learn where Hiramekarei was hidden, but Genji broke free of his Rinnegan Genjutsu and raised the alarm. After escaping, Ye Feng faced a Kirigakure Anbu search at the inn and argued that only female Ninja could inspect his room, until Genji arrived.

  • Ye Feng used his Rinnegan to question Genji and learned that Hiramekarei was sealed in the Seven Ninja Swordsmen's scroll in the village's Hidden Treasury.
  • Genji broke the Genjutsu by triggering a restriction inside his brain, alerted the guards, and forced Ye Feng to flee.
  • Ye Feng escaped the courtyard with Water Release, then used the Flying Thunder God Technique to return to the inn and rejoin Miroku and the other women.
  • Kirigakure Anbu came to search Ye Feng's room, but he refused to let them enter and demanded that female Ninja conduct the inspection.
  • Genji arrived as Ye Feng and the Anbu leader confronted each other, and Ye Feng repeated his demand for female inspectors.

Ch. 505Testing the Waters

Ye Feng deflected Genji’s suspicions after Kirigakure’s search for an intruder, but realized the alarm had made it harder to pursue Hiramekarei. Genji later reviewed an ancient scroll with Kirigakure’s leaders, who identified the Mask Man’s eyes as the Sage of Six Paths’ eyes.

  • Genji reprimanded the Anbu for disrespecting Ye Feng, apologized, and questioned him about the intruder while probing for clues.
  • Ye Feng concealed his involvement, blamed the Mask Man from Konoha, and realized Kirigakure would now guard Hiramekarei more carefully.
  • Mei Terumi conducted a cursory search at Ye Feng’s inn, then went to Genji’s house as he received medical treatment.
  • Genji told Kirigakure’s leaders that the Mask Man had powerful Water and Earth Release and unfamiliar eyes, then ordered most of the search party to leave after reading an ancient scroll.
  • Karatachi Yagura and the remaining leaders saw the scroll’s drawing and concluded that the Mask Man possessed the Sage of Six Paths’ eyes.

Ch. 506Kirigakure's plan

Genji and Kirigakure's elders learned that the Mask Man possessed the Rinnegan and decided to lure him with Hiramekarei during a Ninja Blade selection ceremony. Kirigakure sent Ye Feng's group away, then ordered an Anbu Ninja to follow them and ensure they stayed far from the village.

  • Genji confirmed that the Mask Man had the Rinnegan, and the elders worried about the threat he posed to Kirigakure.
  • Karatachi Yagura argued that the Mask Man's strength seemed limited and proposed using Hiramekarei to lure him into a prepared trap.
  • Genji and the elders agreed to hold a Ninja Blade selection ceremony as bait and to send Ye Feng's group away.
  • Kirigakure Anbu told Ye Feng and his companions to leave the village, and Ye Feng agreed to travel to the Land of Water's capital.
  • After Ye Feng's group left, an Anbu Ninja reported their departure, and Kirigakure ordered someone to follow them and keep them away from the village.

Ch. 507Ninja Blade selection

Ye Feng learned that Kirigakure was preparing to select wielders for the Seven Ninja Blades and secretly set Hozuki Xieyue to trigger a Flying Thunder God Mark when he saw Hiramekarei. At the selection ceremony, Hozuki Xieyue saw the blade and began reaching for it, prompting Ye Feng to leave the Capital and act.

  • Ye Feng and the women arrived in the Land of Water's Capital, where he explained the idea of building a resort to Kushina.
  • Ye Feng used genjutsu on Hozuki Xieyue to learn Kirigakure planned to select wielders for the Seven Ninja Blades, then arranged for Hiramekarei to trigger his Flying Thunder God Mark.
  • After five days without a signal, Genji and Karatachi Yagura prepared Kirigakure's selection ceremony, setting the seven blades behind powerful barriers and guarding them with Elite Jonin.
  • Karatachi Yagura addressed the fifty-six candidates and unveiled the seven Ninja Blades at Kirigakure's main venue.
  • Hozuki Xieyue saw Hiramekarei, fell under the prepared genjutsu, and reached toward his back as Ye Feng left the Capital to respond.

Ch. 508Trap

Ye Feng appeared at Kirigakure's Main Venue and fought through the trap set to capture him, using a water monster shaped like the Hozuki Clan's secret technique to divert suspicion toward the clan. He reached Hiramekarei and shattered the barrier protecting it, leaving Kirigakure's ninjas blown away.

  • Ye Feng arrived at the Main Venue in disguise, threw the injured Hozuki Xieyue to Karatachi Yagura, and formed a massive water monster resembling the Hozuki Clan's Shielded Hat.
  • Ye Feng charged Genji and the others while Kirigakure's ninjas attacked; Karatachi Yagura's Water Mirror produced a copy that Ye Feng's water monster quickly destroyed.
  • Ye Feng passed Genji and the others and reached Hiramekarei, but the Third Elder ordered Kirigakure's ninjas to attack him while the Second Elder backed the command.
  • Ye Feng pressed his palm against Hiramekarei's barrier and crushed it, sending the gathered Kirigakure ninjas flying.

Ch. 509Hiramekarei acquired

Ye Feng took Hiramekarei from Kirigakure and prepared to return to Konoha with Kushina and the others. On the way to the coast, they were intercepted by Akatsuki members seeking the Nine-Tails, and Ye Feng learned that Yahiko had become a puppet.

  • Ye Feng used Hiramekarei to blast holes in the venue wall, then escaped Kirigakure with the sword.
  • Ye Feng returned to the Land of Water's capital, swapped identities with his Wood Clone, and decided to leave for Konoha the next day.
  • Ye Feng and his party set out from the capital, but Kakuzu, Konan, and Sasori blocked their route to the coast.
  • Kakuzu refused to fight Ye Feng, while Konan said she and Sasori would keep him occupied so Kakuzu could seize the Nine-Tails.
  • Yahiko arrived as a puppet, and Ye Feng confronted Konan about Yahiko's death before Yahiko said Akatsuki needed the Nine-Tails to achieve peace.

Ch. 510The shocked Akatsuki

Ye Feng confronted Nagato’s Akatsuki group to protect Kushina and Naruto, and proved immune to Nagato’s Deva Path techniques. As Yahiko fought him, Konan and Sasori attacked the women, but Ye Feng’s barrier repelled Sasori’s strike.

  • Ye Feng refused to let Yahiko take Naruto and placed Kushina, Miroku, Tian Nai, and Yuna inside a barrier of light.
  • Nagato used Shinra Tensei and Banshō Ten'in through Yahiko, but Ye Feng stood firm against both techniques.
  • Konan stopped Nagato from using a more powerful technique and told him to keep Ye Feng occupied while she and Sasori went after the others.
  • Yahiko charged Ye Feng with a Chakra Rod, and their close-range fight appeared to favor Yahiko as Ye Feng carefully avoided the weapon.
  • Kakuzu refused to join Konan and Sasori, while Kushina prepared to defend the women after giving Naruto to Miroku.
  • Sasori’s tail spike struck Ye Feng’s barrier, but the barrier rebounded it and forced Sasori back.

Ch. 511The formidable barrier of light

Konan and Sasori tried to break Ye Feng’s barrier while Kushina and the others were trapped inside, but it survived Konan’s explosive tags and began to weaken only under the Third Kazekage puppet’s repeated attacks. Ye Feng defeated Yahiko and revealed his superior Rinnegan, but the barrier eventually shattered before he could return.

  • Konan covered the barrier with Explosive Tags and detonated them, but the barrier remained unharmed and protected Kushina and Little Naruto.
  • Sasori summoned the Third Kazekage puppet, whose Iron Sand attacks struck the barrier repeatedly and gradually dimmed its light.
  • Ye Feng stopped holding back, defeated Yahiko, and warned him that he was a pawn and should watch out for Black Zetsu.
  • Ye Feng revealed his purple Nine-Tomoe Rinnegan, leaving Nagato shocked by their suppressive power, then vanished before Nagato could question him.
  • Sasori’s next Iron Sand strike shattered the weakening barrier, and the cone spike gouged a large hole in the ground near Kushina and the other women.

Ch. 512Defeated and retreat

Ye Feng returned in time to stop Konan and Sasori from attacking Kushina and the others, then defeated Sasori and drove the Akatsuki team away. On the journey back, Konan worried that Ye Feng’s strength and Flying Thunder God Technique would make capturing the Nine-Tails exceptionally difficult, while Nagato remained silent about whether he could face him.

  • Kushina charged toward Konan to protect Miroku and the others, and Sasori fired iron needles at her from behind.
  • Ye Feng arrived and destroyed the needles before they could hit Kushina, then shattered Sasori’s puppet body and warned him not to attack his people again.
  • Ye Feng told Konan to leave for Yahiko’s sake, and Konan, Sasori, and Kakuzu withdrew without retrieving Hiruko’s shattered puppet shell.
  • Konan and the others met Yahiko on their way back, and Konan felt reassured that Nagato was safe.
  • Kakuzu described how Ye Feng had defeated nearly a hundred ninjas years earlier, and Konan asked Nagato if he could handle Ye Feng.
  • Nagato stayed silent, having lost confidence that his ultimate technique could seal Ye Feng after seeing his Rinnegan.

Ch. 513Kirigakure's Plan

After learning that the Akatsuki leader possessed the Rinnegan, Kushina decided to enjoy a leisurely detour with Ye Feng instead of rushing back to Konoha. In Kirigakure, Karatachi Yagura persuaded the elders to use an exchange visit as cover for gathering intelligence on Konoha while waiting for Akatsuki to attack again.

  • Kushina panicked when Ye Feng identified the Akatsuki leader's eyes as the Rinnegan, but calmed down after learning Jiraiya already knew about them.
  • Kushina suggested that she and Ye Feng take a different route back to Konoha and visit new places.
  • A Kirigakure spy reported to Genji that he had observed Ye Feng's group but could not hear their conversation.
  • The Second Elder concluded that the Rinnegan wielder had likely failed to capture Konoha's Nine-Tails, while the Third Elder proposed eliminating Ye Feng and his companions.
  • Karatachi Yagura argued against attacking Ye Feng and proposed waiting for Akatsuki to clash with Konoha before exploiting the outcome.
  • Karatachi Yagura proposed sending Kirigakure officials and jonin to Konoha on an exchange visit to gather intelligence, and the elders agreed to support his plan.

Ch. 514The Rinnegan exposed

Ye Feng returned to Konoha with his companions, where Minato summoned the village’s senior figures to discuss the Rinnegan. Jiraiya admitted that he knew who possessed the legendary eyes and had concealed the secret to protect them, leaving the others demanding answers.

  • Ye Feng dismissed the Third Hokage and the Advisors’ accusations at the Konoha Gate, and Kushina rebuked Utatane Koharu for insulting Minato Namikaze.
  • Ye Feng returned home with Miroku and the other women, but Shisui arrived in an Anbu mask to summon him to the Hokage Office.
  • Ye Feng advised Shisui to stay true to himself and conceal his full strength before traveling with him to meet Minato Namikaze.
  • Minato sealed the Hokage Office with a barrier and asked Jiraiya whether he had known about the Rinnegan.
  • Jiraiya admitted that he knew who had the Rinnegan and had kept it secret to protect them from Danzo, then said he had forgotten to report it after Danzo died.

Ch. 515An imposed mission

After learning Yahiko had died and Nagato had awakened the Rinnegan, Jiraiya tried to leave Konoha to confront Hanzo, then offered to find his former students. Tsunade and the others warned that Nagato was too dangerous, so they assigned Ye Feng to approach him instead.

  • Minato Namikaze revealed that the Rinnegan wielder had tried to seize the Nine-Tails, and Ye Feng explained that it was in Yahiko's corpse, which Nagato had made into a puppet.
  • Jiraiya learned that Hanzo of the Salamander had killed Yahiko and tried to leave Konoha to take revenge, but Ye Feng told him that Nagato had already killed Hanzo.
  • Jiraiya withdrew his declaration of departure and argued that Nagato and the others would not accept an invitation to Konoha because Konoha ninja had caused their families' deaths.
  • Jiraiya offered to find his former students, but Ye Feng warned that Nagato might imprison or kill him, and Tsunade proposed sending Ye Feng instead.
  • Tsunade grabbed Ye Feng's ear until he accepted the mission to find Nagato and the others.

Ch. 516Revealing the truth

Ye Feng visited Amegakure as Konoha's envoy and confronted Nagato and Konan with the truth about Nagato's Rinnegan. The chapter ended with Ye Feng warning that Black Zetsu could control Nagato and force him to revive Madara Uchiha.

  • Ye Feng received official documents from Minato Namikaze and traveled to the Land of Rain as Konoha's envoy.
  • Nagato told Black Zetsu that his Samsara power had failed against Ye Feng, and Black Zetsu worried that capturing the Nine-Tails would be difficult.
  • Nagato learned that Ye Feng had arrived and sent Konan and Pain to meet him, while Obito and Black Zetsu left the chamber.
  • Ye Feng exposed and destroyed a hidden White Zetsu, then offered to answer Nagato's questions about the Rinnegan.
  • Ye Feng revealed that Nagato's eyes had belonged to Madara Uchiha and showed his own Rinnegan as proof.
  • Ye Feng explained that Madara intended Nagato to revive him and warned that Black Zetsu could control Nagato and force him to perform the technique.

Ch. 517Winning Nagato over

Ye Feng revealed to Nagato and Konan that Madara Uchiha had manipulated them, then persuaded them to continue their plan to unite the Shinobi World through war. He gave Nagato a Green Pearl to repair his body and left Amegakure with their cooperation, while Black Zetsu and Obito remained unaware of the truth.

  • Nagato and Konan grew despondent after Ye Feng explained that Madara Uchiha had used them as pawns, so Ye Feng urged them to retaliate by carrying out Nagato's plan.
  • Ye Feng proposed that Nagato collect the Tailed Beasts and trigger the Fourth World War, while promising to guide the Shinobi World toward peace; Nagato accepted the plan and asked Ye Feng to protect Konan.
  • Ye Feng gave Konan a Green Pearl that could gradually restore Nagato's body, allowing him to live longer and potentially grow old with her.
  • Ye Feng and Nagato staged an angry dispute over trading the Nine-Tails for the Rinnegan, and Ye Feng left Amegakure in a huff.
  • Obito and Black Zetsu questioned Nagato and Konan about Ye Feng's departure, and Konan claimed the two sides had failed to agree on a deal for the Nine-Tails.
  • Ye Feng returned to Konoha satisfied with the meeting and considered bringing the entire Akatsuki organization under his control.

Ch. 518Reviving Might Duy

Ye Feng recovered his lost lifespan with Orochimaru’s new formation plate and chose to revive Might Duy. After using Impure World Reincarnation and the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, Ye Feng brought Might Duy back to life, leaving him stunned and seeking an explanation.

  • Orochimaru completed a new formation plate, and Ye Feng used it to recover fully after seven days of cultivation.
  • Ye Feng asked Orochimaru whom he wanted to revive, and Orochimaru chose Nawaki before deciding not to name anyone else.
  • Ye Feng and Orochimaru secretly dug up Might Duy’s grave and used Impure World Reincarnation to summon him.
  • Ye Feng used the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique to restore Might Duy’s flesh-and-blood body, then returned to the formation to recover.
  • Orochimaru told the bewildered Might Duy that Ye Feng had brought him back to life, and Might Duy struggled to believe it.

Ch. 519Xiao Ling, who could not be revived

Ye Feng revived Might Duy and brought him to the Village of the Gods, where he reunited with Rin Nohara and met Orochimaru. After reviving Nawaki and Dan Katō, Ye Feng failed to summon Xiao Ling and could only wonder whether she lacked chakra or her soul had been sealed.

  • Might Duy feared that reviving him had cost Ye Feng 200 years of his lifespan, but Ye Feng explained how he recovered and eased his worries.
  • Ye Feng took Might Duy and Orochimaru to the Village of the Gods, where Orochimaru recognized the village and observed its friendly, egalitarian community.
  • Ye Feng brought Might Duy and Orochimaru to Rin Nohara's home, where Rin happily reunited with her former taijutsu teacher.
  • Ye Feng warned Might Duy to hide his identity and stop using his distinctive catchphrase about youth.
  • Over the next half month, Ye Feng revived Nawaki and Dan Katō and arranged for them to stay in the Village of the Gods.
  • Orochimaru failed to revive Xiao Ling, and Ye Feng considered whether she had no chakra or her soul had been sealed before resolving to consult the Sage of Six Paths when he grew stronger.

Ch. 520You Should Call Me Uncle

Ye Feng planned to approach Black Zetsu as the Village of the Gods' Sacred God so he could retrieve Inuzuka Clan Fengyu's body. Black Zetsu agreed to meet him after hearing the words “plant trees,” and Ye Feng left him stunned by claiming to have fought alongside Kaguya.

  • Shadow Six suggested that Ye Feng meet Black Zetsu under the identity of the Sacred God and use their shared goal to secure Inuzuka Clan Fengyu's body.
  • Ye Feng asked Obito to arrange a meeting with Black Zetsu and told him to pass on the words “plant trees” if Black Zetsu hesitated.
  • Obito relayed the message, and Black Zetsu agreed to meet the Sacred God after hearing the words “plant trees.”
  • Black Zetsu followed a Divine Envoy into a wooden house while Obito waited outside.
  • Ye Feng, masked as the Sacred God, told Black Zetsu to call him uncle and claimed he had fought alongside Kaguya before Black Zetsu existed.

Ch. 521Hoodwinking Black Zetsu

Ye Feng hoodwinked Black Zetsu by claiming he was Kaguya’s old ally and agreeing to help with her revival. After Black Zetsu handed over a scroll containing Inuzuka Clan Fengyu’s corpse as a bargaining chip, Ye Feng prepared to take him to Konoha for the trade.

  • Ye Feng convinced Black Zetsu that he had once helped Kaguya escape being sacrificed to the Ten-Tails, and Black Zetsu believed him after finding the memory in his consciousness.
  • Black Zetsu told Ye Feng that Kaguya had been sealed on the moon by her sons and asked for help reviving her.
  • Ye Feng claimed he could not interfere directly in the Shinobi World but agreed to handle the hardest obstacles and suggested trading for the Nine-Tails.
  • Black Zetsu produced a scroll containing Inuzuka Clan Fengyu’s corpse, and Ye Feng told him to come to Konoha the next day while keeping his existence secret.
  • The next morning, Black Zetsu and Obito arrived at the Village of the Gods, where Ye Feng greeted Black Zetsu as “Blackie” and announced that they were ready to set off.

Ch. 522Showtime

Ye Feng staged a meeting with Shadow Two, posing as the powerful “Sacred God” and offering to trade Inuzuka Clan Fengyu’s body for the Nine-Tails. He left the deal unresolved after a strange storm appeared over him, while Black Zetsu and Obito remained convinced of his power and went to find Uncle.

  • Ye Feng used Flying Thunder God to take Black Zetsu and Obito to a forest outside Konoha, then told them to hide when he sensed others approaching.
  • Shadow Two, disguised as Uchiha Yefeng, met Ye Feng alongside Orochimaru, and Ye Feng revealed Inuzuka Clan Fengyu’s body in an ice coffin.
  • Ye Feng demanded the Nine-Tails in exchange for Fengyu’s body, but Shadow Two refused and threatened him when Ye Feng suggested keeping her as a maid.
  • Shadow Two unleashed his aura, but Ye Feng seized him by the throat and pinned him to a tree, convincing Black Zetsu that the “Sacred God” was overwhelmingly powerful.
  • Dark clouds and lightning appeared only above Ye Feng, so he lowered his arm, told Shadow Two to seek him in the Village of the Gods if he changed his mind, and vanished.
  • Shadow Two and Orochimaru returned to the village, while Obito and Black Zetsu left to find Uncle.

Ch. 523Bringing Inuzuka Clan Fengyu Back to Life

Ye Feng used the Rinne Rebirth technique to bring Inuzuka Clan Fengyu back to life and was reunited with her. He kept her in the Village of the Gods while she recovered and learned how the Shinobi World had changed.

  • Black Zetsu asked Ye Feng about abandoning the Nine-Tails, and Ye Feng said Uchiha Yefeng would return with it while he prepared to pursue the other Tailed Beasts.
  • Ye Feng took Inuzuka Clan Fengyu's ice coffin to his resurrection site and asked Orochimaru to examine her after he revived her.
  • Ye Feng used Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, and Inuzuka Clan Fengyu awoke and mistook Shadow Two for Ye Feng until he removed his mask.
  • Orochimaru examined Inuzuka Clan Fengyu and found only stiffness in her limbs, so Ye Feng settled her in the Village of the Gods while she recovered.
  • Ye Feng spent several days with Inuzuka Clan Fengyu, who learned about his other women and daughter and insisted that she wanted to bear his children, but Ye Feng refused because she was only fourteen.

Ch. 524Bringing Feng Yu Back to the Village

Ye Feng arranged for Shadow Two to give Black Zetsu half of the Nine-Tails, then returned to Konoha with Inuzuka Clan Fengyu, whom everyone believed had died. After revealing that reviving the dead had turned his hair gray, Ye Feng left Tsunade conflicted over whether to accept his offer to revive Nawaki and Dan Katō, and decided he should take her to see them.

  • Ye Feng had Shadow Two deliver half of the Nine-Tails to Black Zetsu, who accepted it despite his surprise and left to pursue his plan to revive his mother.
  • Ye Feng returned to Konoha with Inuzuka Clan Fengyu, whose unexpected return shocked the village and those who knew the truth.
  • Jiraiya and Tsunade learned that Fengyu had returned, then went to Ye Feng’s house with members of the Hyuga and Uchiha clans to question him.
  • Ye Feng confirmed he had revived Fengyu and showed the gathered visitors his gray-white hair as evidence of the cost of reviving the dead.
  • Tsunade refused Ye Feng’s offer to revive Nawaki and Dan Katō, and Ye Feng decided to take her to see them after she left looking distraught.

Ch. 525Tsunade the crybaby

Ye Feng teased Miroku and the others about the cost of resurrection before admitting that he could recover the lost lifespan, then took Tsunade to meet the resurrected Nawaki and Dan Katō. The chapter ended with Tsunade reunited with them and Ye Feng leaving the three alone.

  • Ye Feng falsely claimed that reviving Feng Yu had cost him 200 years of lifespan, then told Miroku and the others the truth: he needed about seven days to recover after each resurrection.
  • After Miroku and the others finished punishing him, Ye Feng met Tsunade on Hokage Rock and heard that she had given up on resurrecting Dan and Nawaki.
  • Ye Feng took Tsunade to the Village of the Gods, where she recognized Nawaki's voice, broke down the door, and embraced her resurrected brother.
  • Dan Katō appeared, and Tsunade began crying again when she saw him; Ye Feng quietly left them together.
  • Shadow Six questioned why Ye Feng would give up on Tsunade, and Ye Feng reflected that he already had enough women in his life.
Arc 21 of 41
