After defeating Isshiki and cultivating the Ten-Tails’ energy, Ye Feng returned to Konoha and learned of the deaths and losses suffered during the war. He searched for Feng Yu’s missing body, reunited with his loved ones, and began investigating Black Zetsu’s possible involvement as he settled back into the shinobi world.

• Ye Feng helped Kaguya defeat Isshiki, then absorbed the juvenile Ten-Tails and formed a golden core through a lightning tribulation.
• Ye Feng refused Ryūmyaku’s request to destroy the God Tree and returned to Looking Mountain Village, where he saved Xiao Ling and her parents from two attackers.
• Ye Feng spared General Pinggong after learning he protected civilians, punished the two men who had attacked Xiao Ling, and later said goodbye to Xiao Ling before returning to the future.
• Ye Feng found Xiao Ling still mourning him after ten years, rejuvenated her and her parents, and left her with a protective necklace that let him watch over her.
• Ye Feng returned to Konoha and learned from Minato Namikaze that Might Duy, Obito Uchiha, Rin Nohara, and Inuzuka Clan Fengyu had died during the Third Shinobi World War.
• Ye Feng reunited with Matsumoto Tiannai and Qiuyu Yuna, then used Feng Yu’s hair to search for her remains, following the trail to Iwagakure and questioning Ōnoki.
• Ye Feng suspected Black Zetsu had taken Feng Yu’s body and later discovered that soul corruption had kept Orochimaru from advancing, so he purified Orochimaru and wondered whether Black Zetsu was responsible.
• Ye Feng reunited with Might Guy, told him Might Duy was alive and to keep it secret, then challenged Shisui Uchiha to a strength test.

Ye Feng strengthened his allies, exposed Obito to the truth about Rin, and set plans in motion to protect Konoha from Black Zetsu. In the Land of Demons, he fought Moryo and discovered that harming the Undead Army hurt Moryo, but the battle ended with Miroku captured.

• Ye Feng trained Shisui until he awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, then urged him to protect peace and replace chakra training with cultivation.
• Ye Feng returned to the Uchiha Clan, defeated Shinichi, Kigo, and Kawasawa, then used an illusion to awaken Shinichi’s Mangekyō Sharingan and helped Minato Namikaze launch village reforms.
• Ye Feng confronted Obito, revealed that Rin had deliberately leapt onto Kakashi’s Chidori, and showed him Rin’s cloned body and the cursed talisman in his heart.
• Obito secretly reported Black Zetsu’s plans to Ye Feng, including the plan to release the Nine-Tails during Kushina’s childbirth, while Ye Feng arranged for clones to guard Konoha and revived the Third Hokage.
• Ye Feng reached the Land of Demons, reunited with Miroku, and began destroying Moryo’s Undead Army until Black Zetsu supplied Moryo with a strengthened White Zetsu body.
• Moryo confronted Ye Feng with his spirit artifact sword, but Ye Feng countered his attacks and discovered that Void Severance could wound Moryo through the Undead Soldiers.
• Ye Feng continued killing the Undead Army despite Moryo’s attempts to bargain, and Miroku arrived and attacked Moryo, who seized her and demanded that Ye Feng cripple his cultivation.

Ye Feng helped defeat Moryo and intervened during the Nine-Tails attack, then returned to Konoha to support reforms and confront the Land of Fire’s corruption. He left the Daimyō shaken but reassured that Konoha sought independence, not control of the country.

• Ye Feng restored Miroku’s seal, and they worked together to suppress Moryo, enter his consciousness, and place his energy body in the Divine Realm.
• Obito and Black Zetsu attacked during Kushina’s delivery, but Minato and Konoha’s shinobi fought the Nine-Tails while Ye Feng’s Shadow Six rescued Kushina and helped seal half of the beast inside Naruto.
• Ye Feng returned to Konoha, learned that the village had suffered no deaths, and joined Minato in planning reforms that reorganized ninja service and expanded education and promotion opportunities.
• Uchiha Fugaku led his clan in supporting the reforms, and the other major clans soon followed by registering for Konoha’s new departments.
• When the Land of Fire’s envoy challenged Konoha’s reforms, Ye Feng urged Minato to free the village from the country’s control and traveled to the capital to investigate its abuses.
• Ye Feng killed Lord Yoshino and his accomplices after discovering their crimes, then ordered the Konoha ninja who had aided them to return to the village.
• Ye Feng confronted the Daimyō, demonstrated Konoha’s power with a massive Wood Puppet, and secured the Daimyō’s understanding that Konoha wanted to develop independently while defending the Land of Fire from foreign threats.

Ye Feng founded the God organization, reunited Rin Nohara with Obito, and brought Miroku and their daughter to Konoha. While seeking the White Snake Sage’s blood and a suitable blade in the Land of Water, he disrupted Kirigakure’s capture of Isobu and ended up fighting Hozuki Xieyue over Hiramekarei.

• Ye Feng founded the Village of the Gods and gained thousands of followers, while the Daimyō ended the Land of Fire’s financial support for Konoha’s reforms.
• Ye Feng discovered that Miroku had given birth to his daughter Shion, brought them to Konoha, and later restored Rin Nohara to life at the cost of much of his life force.
• Ye Feng reunited Rin Nohara and Obito at the Village of the Gods, where Rin comforted Obito and accepted his disfigured face.
• Ye Feng fought the White Snake Sage in Ryūchi Cave and escaped with her blood, then set out for the Land of Water to find a sword capable of holding it.
• Ye Feng disrupted Kirigakure’s attempt to capture Isobu, rescued Mei Terumi, and secretly carried the Three-Tails into his Small World as Kirigakure sealed it into Karatachi Yagura.
• Ye Feng reached Kirigakure with Miroku, Tian Nai, the other woman, Kushina Uzumaki, and Little Naruto, but could not locate Hiramekarei.
• Hozuki Xieyue challenged Ye Feng over his ambition to wield Hiramekarei, and Ye Feng began repeatedly striking Xieyue despite his Hydrification Technique.
