The three discs frantically projected runes outward. Ulduar was like a vast treasure trove, and Patrick naturally could not pass it up. All of Ulduar's technology and knowledge were also important things Patrick wanted to obtain. In particular, he would never pass up the great repository, the History Disc.
More importantly, Arcane spellcasters, nature spellcasters, and even elemental spellcasters could all train in Ulduar. As Azeroth's creators, the Titans had used more than just arcane energy. Judging by the abilities of the Dragon Aspects alone, time, the arcane, the elements... all these and more were powers the Titans had mastered.
Thus, as the largest structure the Titans had left behind, it naturally possessed an enormous energy system. No matter what kind of spellcaster one was, Ulduar was the best place to train.
Ulduar itself had a power source. All it needed was a catalyst to put that energy to work. As for what Patrick intended to do, he would make Ulduar float, of course. The whole of Ulduar would become Patrick's second floating city.
Moreover, Ulduar had a full range of facilities. Buildings, bridges, power supplies, and everything else had already been built, making it more or less ready to move into. With those giants and guardians there as well, the idea of petty scoundrels infiltrating Ulduar was sheer fantasy.
Of course, considering that High Elves could not compare to giants in size, Patrick only needed to build some High Elf facilities within these Titan facilities. He could simply treat it as building houses inside houses.
The Discs of Norgannon frantically projected runes. Ulduar was far larger than Patrick's Sunlight City, and making it float was no simple matter. Its connection to the Underground Prison also had to be severed to prevent the Old Gods from corrupting the floating city
