Her pride coexists with a strong concern for her people’s dignity. Although she remembers Yi Hao’s clothing design well enough to have it reproduced, she refuses to copy it without purchasing it. She also rejects the disguised Director’s suggestion of stealing the design because the divine maiden represents their race 975 980.

In political affairs, she is cautious about risks but less practiced at manipulation than humanity’s leaders. Arrival in Hell and Aid to Humanity

Weidiya accompanies Liu Ni because of the Mother Goddess’s oracle. She introduces Lu Xiao to the scale of the Mother Goddess Elves’ civilization and explains her own position as the Empress’s eldest daughter. However, she refuses direct intervention in humanity’s Black Zone predicament without a further oracle, since the project involves other powerful races 906 907.

She agrees instead to lend resources, with Liu Ni’s status helping secure her consent. Because humanity’s star system is sealed, delivery requires Universe Logistics. Rather than delay while assembling one hundred thousand Space Base Units of resources, she proposes an immediate shipment of ten thousand units and subsequently confirms that the goods are ready to load 907 910 911.

When Lu Xiao proposes a joint business transporting people into Hell, Weidiya warns that profitable teleportation would make weak humanity a target. She eventually agrees to relay the proposal for review, emphasizing that only the Empress can make the final decision after consultation with the think tank 960 961.

Yi Hao’s Designs and the False Divine Maiden

Weidiya initially treats Yi Hao’s clothing proposal as a transaction that her wealth can settle. His refusal to sell after her dismissive behavior leaves her increasingly preoccupied with the design, and she asks Liu Ni to negotiate on her behalf 973 974 975.

The Director then approaches her disguised as Liu Ni. Although his uncharacteristic behavior arouses suspicion, his identical authority aura persuades her that he is genuine. His descriptions of Yi Hao’s productivity and the Holy City’s architecture make her reassess the designer’s value, even prompting an inquiry about purchasing him as a slave. Continued discussion eventually leads her to abandon that approach 980 981 982 999.

Punishment in the Planned District

The disguised Director demands action against gods who have bullied humans. Weidiya initially remains silent, but complies when he invokes the Mother Goddess. She leads the Personal Guard into the Planned District and orders the offenders seized 1040.

At his request, she supplies a sacred rapier to a mutilated human seeking revenge. After nearly extinguishing his tormentor’s divinity, the man returns the weapon, thanks her, and dies smiling. His satisfaction in the face of death leaves Weidiya struggling to understand humanity’s behavior 1041 1042 1043.

Imperial Clan–Andreiro Family Rivalry

At Zhang Chu’s wedding, Weidiya personally presents humanity with unclaimed authority. The gift draws Lu Xiao and his allies into the Mother Goddess Elves’ internal struggle, since supporting either faction could damage their position and Liu Ni’s prospects 1397 1398.

Weidiya and Moli’an subsequently remain around Lu Xiao while he pretends to communicate only through babbling to avoid choosing between them. Their rivalry represents the Imperial Clan and Andreiro Family, although their private friendship remains intact 1406 1407 1408.

Lu Xiao’s Assistant and the Encounter with Technology

During negotiations over Liu Ni’s succession, Lu Xiao proposes giving Weidiya credit for policies that will strengthen her public standing and prepare her to become second-in-command. The Empress assigns her to remain at his side, making her both an assistant and a means of monitoring his promises 1433.

Her first accompanying trip takes her to Draco, where she is terrified to discover that Lu Xiao’s “friend” is Technology. She subsequently carries the Answering Robot during their journey to Hell Star, advises Lu Xiao on collecting Faith Power, and witnesses encounters with Fate’s projection, the Demon Clan’s Hidden Being, and Night 1434 1435 1436 1438.

Back on Mother Goddess Star, she assists with Lu Xiao’s administrative and political work. His explanations of factional restraint, commercial maneuvering, and concealed motives gradually sharpen her judgment 1445 1447 1454 1483.

Preparation for the Throne

The Empress privately hopes that closer interaction between Weidiya and Lu Xiao might produce outstanding offspring. Lu Xiao later tells Weidiya that he wants her to become Empress, explaining that she would have been the expected successor had Liu Ni not appeared 1461 1486.

The conversation disappoints Weidiya because the flowers he offers accompany a political proposal rather than a romantic declaration. As she prepares to take office, she resolves to improve herself and wait until the time is right to express her feelings. Years later, the Empress is gradually transferring authority to her, and Lu Xiao notices her increased confidence and maturity 1486 1489 1505.

Species Ranking Tournament

Weidiya enters the tournament after deliberately delaying advancement beyond the God rank. Her legion encounters the hostile Horned Lizard Race before reaching its planned rendezvous with the Zerg. Without fleet support, she requests allied reinforcements and prepares to hold out, eventually ordering a countercharge when the enemy advances 1477 1525 1526.

Zhang Chu arrives ahead of the Human Legion and breaks the enemy’s lightning offensive. Afterward, the Mother Goddess Elves assist without taking the humans’ kill points, and Weidiya exchanges battlefield intelligence with Lu Xiao before addressing her personal feelings 1526 1529.

During a later clash, she promises Alice that she will pull Lu Xiao out if necessary and heals him after the enemy’s first assault. She also helps report the other races’ investigations into their rankings and preparations to move their home planets to the Milky Way 1543 1552.
