• Klein asked the Amon at Chernobyl why he had emerged from underground, and Amon claimed he had been exploring the Chaos Sea after losing a vote among the versions of himself.
• Amon explained that the first Blasphemy Slate had formed in the Chaos Sea and that the second contained secrets about becoming Above the Sequence.
• Amon named Great Old Ones, Outer Deities, and the Starry Sky, triggering a dangerous connection between Klein and a vast presence beyond the world.

• Audrey told Klein she could not yet bring herself to target wealthy acquaintances for their hoarded food, and explained how Spectator acting had nearly blurred into her real self.

• Loen soldiers steadied themselves with prayers and fired silver-patterned shells that destroyed or subdued the advancing corpses.
• The Rose School of Thought’s Warlock King escaped Reinette Tinekerr’s attempted possession, while Gehrman Sparrow arrived on the battlefield.
• The Warlock King revealed a puppet embedded in his body, which became a passage for God's Abomination Suah to descend and kill or corrupt the surrounding Rose School members.

• Emlyn White struck Calamity with Pure White Gaze, but Calamity escaped the Spear of Unshadowed by transforming into blood-red light and reappearing on another spire.
• Calamity used the Pupil-less General to repel Sharron and bind Emlyn, then summoned Suah through a Door of Summoning.
• Suah’s advent contaminated the Rose School of Thought believers, while Ilya used a dream to protect Winter County’s soldiers and citizens from the corruption.

Klein opened the Box of the Great Old One and transported the battlefield to a desert, where he summoned several Angel projections to fight God's Abomination Suah. Meanwhile, Emlyn and Sharron disrupted Warlock King Calamity’s summoning, but a new presence began emerging from Lilith’s Ring.

• Klein transferred the battlefield and its living combatants to a desert, severing the Chained God's projection from its source.
• Reinette Tinekerr protected Klein from Suah, and Klein summoned Arianna, Azik Eggers, and another Angel projection to join the battle.
