Slaanesh
"In the new, peaceful star system, we will have a brighter future and more abundant resources."
"For the next half month, anyone who does not wish to leave can register."
The entire square fell silent. All that remained were the sounds of breathing and quickening heartbeats, and everyone's eyes gradually widened.
"Father of Night... long live!"
"Long live the Father of Night!"
"Long live Nostramo!"
At that moment, Han Mingxuan, the Father of Night, was no different from a god in the hearts of all Nostramans.
At first, Han Mingxuan had still been a miner in everyone's eyes, and his son had still been a terrorist.
Later, they had brought fear and order.
Now, he and his offspring had brought order and rebirth to Nostramo.
Whether nobles or commoners, everyone now acknowledged and thanked Han Mingxuan from the bottom of their hearts.
Han Mingxuan was somewhat surprised as he looked at the impassioned crowd.
He had not expected that he could now rally everyone on Nostramo to his call. It was truly hard to imagine.
Soon afterward, a silent migration began across Nostramo.
Within a day of Han Mingxuan's speech, phase portals supported by Trazyn's technology began appearing in every Light-Bathed Square on Nostramo.
All the Nostramans also began relocating in an orderly fashion.
There was no clamor, no stampede, only hope surging in their eyes.
"This is simply unbelievable."
The nobles of Nostramo watched it all, once again feeling the extent of Han Mingxuan's control over Nostramo.
"Praise the Father of Night," one noble exclaimed from the bottom of his heart.
At the same time, in the Warp, an unknown change was taking place where Nostramo's reflection lay.
Some time ago, a Warp Storm had erupted there, carrying fervent faith and a rare order.
Now, a new storm had appeared.
The moment the storm appeared, the blue barrier that had swept across the Warp throughout the Segmentum Obscurus began to shrink rapidly.
In the end, the blue barrier covered only Nostramo.
But that was only the beginning.
Enveloped in the blue light, Nostramo's already immense Warp energy grew stronger once again.
And it surged explosively!
These expressions of faith differed from those before. Their fervor was very weak; what they held instead was order, cold as a winter night.
Pure order.
The storm continued to compress, gradually forming a sphere.
"Such a rigid thing." A hazy blue mass of light stared at the sphere, its voice full of bewilderment.
"No, no, order and change are twins. This... is part of change."
Swish!
Blood red began to appear in this part of the Warp, staining more than half the space red.
"Law! Justice! Hahahahaha!"
"Ah~ glory, worship, and even... hope!"
"Such sweet feelings, such a perfect display!"
"Hehehehe, well done."
"Father, I saw it."
"What did you see, my child?" The Emperor looked at Magnus.
"It's strange. A violent power actually contracted of its own accord and moved from disorder toward order on its own. This has never happened in the Warp before."
"Nostramo. That is where it all began. All the changes are there."
This time, the Emperor finally pinpointed Curze's location.
They began adjusting their course and headed toward Nostramo at full speed.
As they hurried nonstop toward Nostramo, subtle changes were also taking place on the planet.
"What are you doing, my child?"
In the Tempatio Family's secret chamber, Pationa knelt there, just as her adoptive father had.
"Master, please forgive my incompetence."
"No, the word incompetence is far too generous for you. You have disappointed me so much. Look at what you've done."
The voice continued to sound in her ears, reaching straight into her soul.
The voice was heavenly, but its tone was full of disappointment, even hatred.
"Look, the newborn world is brimming with life."
"It bears unprecedented glory, worship, devotion, sacrifice, diligence, humility, and hope."
"Such rich sensations, such perfect emotions, yet you merely hide in this dark dungeon."
"You cannot bring me even the slightest feeling of shared glory. Such a precious opportunity, such pure power, yet they have nothing to do with me."
A figure gradually appeared in Pationa's mind, its eyes full of sorrow.
It was saddened that it had not felt those emotions. This was an experience it had never had before.
This, too, was a part of it.
"Perhaps your failure is unforgivable, but the result you brought about surprised me."
"To feel disappointment and sorrow because beauty has nothing to do with me is truly a novel experience."
"Master, I..."
"My palace needs a lamp, child."
Pationa vanished from the secret chamber without so much as a chance to refuse.
"My respected and beloved Mr. Han, the next time we meet, I will stain your order with my own color."
In his room, Han Mingxuan suddenly felt a chill.
It was as if he were walking up the stairs with one of his wicked friends behind him, ready to give him a thousand years of death at any moment.
Did I offend someone?
That was Han Mingxuan's first thought.
That shouldn't be the case.
Could Huangpizi be talking about me?
Forget it, forget it. I won't think about it.
Now everything is on the right track. Who cares what monsters and demons Nostramo has?
When the time comes, we'll just move away and melt the planet. Even Orks will turn into tin cans.
Within half a month, everyone on Nostramo had moved away. Han Mingxuan was the last to leave.
Curze had already taken Nostramo's entire administrative system with him and begun the resettlement work after the migration.
At that moment, only Han Mingxuan and Trazyn remained on the entire planet.
"Whew!"
Han Mingxuan let out a long breath, finally easing the emotions that had weighed on his heart for so long.
"Feeling a lot of emotions?" Trazyn asked with a smile.
"Yes. On the Nostramo of old, now only the two of us are left standing on this land. It's truly unbelievable."
"The unbelievable one is you, Old Han."
"Me?"
"Yes. You gave a soul to the metal body of a living dead man."
"You gave order to mobs and justice to the people."
"You gave new life to those in the grave."
"Moving an entire planet's population and destroying a star system are things physics can accomplish."
"But what you did cannot be accomplished by the laws of physics. Only the fire of an ideal from the heart has any chance of igniting it."
"You're an extraordinary idealist. You promoted education and upheld order, making all of this a reality."
"Hahaha, if you hadn't helped, I couldn't have accomplished all this so quickly."
"Then, goodbye forever, Nostramo."
The closing of the phase portal meant that this place had truly become an empty graveyard.
"Heh."
On the empty planet, only a soft chuckle remained.
