Roy conquered Hachinosu, built it into a fortified base, and moved Dr. Gracia’s research operation there while the New World’s powers reacted to his growing influence. When Dragon asked him to intervene in the Buster Call on Ohara, Roy rescued Robin, Olvia, Saul, and a group of scholars, but the bombardment began as they fled.

• Roy chose Hachinosu as the Roy Pirates’ target and attacked during Ochoku’s banquet, killing Ochoku and claiming the island.
• Roy took the Strong-Strong Fruit from Ochoku, spared pirates who surrendered, and began reorganizing Hachinosu with improved laws, services, and infrastructure.
• Roy moved eleven uninhabited islands around Hachinosu to form the Five Star Fortresses and Five Star Outposts, then established Trial Island as a training base.
• Roy and Kaido agreed to relocate Dr. Gracia’s research base to Hachinosu in exchange for research data and priority on the next batch of enhanced troops.
• Golden Lion resumed attacks across the New World, Kong resigned as Fleet Admiral, and Sengoku took command, promoted three Admirals, and announced the Shichibukai system.
• After Dragon told Roy that the Navy was preparing a Buster Call on Ohara, Roy took Tesoro and Bullet aboard the Ark Maxim to rescue people and research materials.
• Roy reached Ohara, where Dr. Clover sent Robin and selected scholars to escape with essential research, while Roy gathered books and led them toward the Ark Maxim.
• Tesoro drove off Spandine’s CP Agents, and Roy’s group reunited Robin with Olvia and Saul before fleeing as cannon fire engulfed the Tree of Knowledge, and Roy then halted when he sensed a powerful presence blocking their route.

After saving the Ohara survivors, Roy fortified Hachinosu against a pirate coalition and expanded the Roy Pirates’ influence. As the crew developed its powers and infrastructure, Roy began bloodline transplants with Kaido, King, and Queen, awakening from his own procedure with greater strength.

• Roy and Saul challenged Kuzan over the Marines’ attack on civilians, and Kuzan let the Ohara survivors escape aboard the Ark Maxim.
• Roy brought Olvia, Robin, Saul, and the surviving scholars to Hachinosu, where he arranged their refuge and reaffirmed his alliance with Dragon.
• Sengoku avoided Akainu’s proposed assault on Hachinosu and instead raised the Roy Pirates’ bounties, while Roy prepared the island’s defenses and assignments.
• The Pirate Alliance attacked Hachinosu, but Bullet, Tesoro, Crocodile, and Hawk Eyes defeated the fleets and captured thousands of pirates.
• Roy distributed Devil Fruits among his crew, and the Roy Pirates later subdued nearby threats and expanded their territory while avoiding major powers’ borders.

Roy assembled powerful allies to join Fisher Tiger’s mission to free the slaves at Mary Geoise, while his crew raided Celestial Dragon treasuries. The slaves escaped, but Roy stayed behind to fight the Marines as his companions battled the Admirals, with the clashes still underway.

• Roy and his crew trained under extreme gravity for three months, while Kaido later returned to Wano and Yamato chose to follow his own path.
• Roy recruited Golden Lion, Red Count, Dragon, and Kaido for a raid timed to Fisher Tiger’s planned attack on Mary Geoise, then organized teams to free slaves, loot treasuries, and create a diversion.
• Fisher Tiger freed the slaves with help from Mihawk, Karasu, and Dragon, while Roy, Bullet, and Tesoro stole Devil Fruits, swords, and valuables from Celestial Dragon vaults.
• Golden Lion and Red Count fought CP0 and the Admirals as Roy’s group regrouped at the secret passage, where the Holy Knights attacked the rescuers.
• Kaido’s arrival forced the Holy Knights to retreat, and Dragon led the rescued slaves to safety while Roy stayed behind to face the Marines.
• Roy challenged Sengoku, Zephyr, Kizaru, and Aokiji, while Bullet fought Zephyr, Mihawk fought Kizaru, and Tesoro fought Aokiji.
• Bullet defeated Zephyr in a devastating clash, and Mihawk wounded Kizaru, who withdrew before promising to fight seriously.
• Tesoro shattered Aokiji’s ice fortress with Raigo, then countered Aokiji’s advancing frost as Roy fought Sengoku at close quarters.
