When Garp heard that King Luffy had been dubbed the Five Emperors after causing havoc on the cake, he simply said that King Luffy was still too green.
This is the assessment from Hero of the Marines, because Garp knows that although King Luffy has this title, he doesn't yet possess the strength to back it up.
If he knew that King Luffy had defeated Kaido before asking for his opinion, he probably wouldn't have said that.
At this level of strength, there's little difference between the titles of the Four Emperors and the Five Emperors, since Whitebeard was originally the only Emperor of the Sea.
Kaido and Big Mom have been stripped of their titles as Emperor of the Sea because the Navy no longer recognizes them, so they still retain the title of Four Emperors.
But Kaido and Big Mom didn't die, so can you say they don't have the strength of the Emperor of the Sea? You could even say there are six Emperors in the sea right now; their strength is undeniable, and having the title of Emperor doesn't diminish their power.
"With this mindset in their training and cultivation, barring any unforeseen circumstances, they should all have grown into a core force in eighteen years!"
Vic thought a lot. It was almost impossible for them to become top-tier powerhouses. Only Barnett had the potential, and his strength mainly lay in his Devil Fruit ability. It all depended on whether he could develop that Devil Fruit.
In Holy Land Mary Geoise atop the Red Line, a conversation is taking place Room of Authority of Pangaea Castle.
" Cipher Pol called me this morning to report on their mission in Xift," the blond Five Elders said.
"Oh, has there been any result regarding that matter?" the long-bearded Five Elders asked in surprise.
"No, our agents who infiltrated the Flame Pirates were captured by Zephyr's Elite Camp, and their plan was ruined. Zephyr left with his men last night!" the blond Five Elders replied.
"How did Zephyr and the Elite Camp end up there?" the bald Five Elders asked in a deep voice.
"That old Xift reported the princess's kidnapping directly to Marine Headquarters, without going through us. I guess he suspects us."
"The Navy cannot be completely trusted either. They are merely tools for our world domination. There are many things we cannot let them know. We must use the name of 'justice' to keep them in check!" the long-bearded Five Elders said earnestly.
"We've been searching for those items for hundreds of years, but we haven't found anything. Could Lord Imu be mistaken?" the curly-haired Five Elders asked with some doubt.
"Even if an ordinary person gets their hands on such a thing, it would be difficult to know its specific use. I don't know why Lord Imu is so concerned about it!" the blond Five Elders asked in confusion.
"We should also keep a close eye on that young marine trainee; he has considerable potential!"
"Regardless of right or wrong, we must continue. We cannot let those people in the lower realms know about that realm. This has been our most important task for the past few hundred years!" the bald Five Elders said solemnly.
"Lord Imu suspects that such an item exists in the Sift Kingdom, but our agents have been creating incidents there for centuries, and the palace has been searched inside and out several times, yet nothing special has been found. I think we can put aside the suspicions of this country!" the blond Five Elders suggested.
"We can't give up. Anyway, it's the CP people who are operating it. We have as many people as we need. We can't let our guard down at all. We must continue to let them monitor us!" the bald Five Elders said firmly.
"Just kill that agent who was captured by Zephyr!" said the curly-haired Five Elders.
"We can't silence him. Anyway, he doesn't dare to reveal his identity now, and he hasn't used the Six Powers to expose himself. Zephyr and the others must think he's just an ordinary pirate. We can just wait until he's locked up in Impel Down and then get him out. We can also win over some people's hearts!" The long-bearded Five Elders said calmly.
Vic had no idea that the ring he was wearing was something the Five Elders had been searching for for hundreds of years; otherwise, he might not have been in the mood to wear it now.
However, the fact that it hasn't been found for hundreds of years suggests that even the Five Elders don't recognize the specific object; they only know that such a thing exists. Vic is safe for the time being.
Under the bright sun, Zephyr finished his morning training. Vic was cooking his Sea Kings feast on the deck, which made the trainees quite envious. Zephyr had no choice but to tell the trainees to eat in the cafeteria, where Vic had also received some Sea Kings meat, enough for everyone.
"Professor Zephyr, come and eat with us! I made all of this myself!" Vic invited Zephyr with a smile.
"I helped too, okay!" Rebecca was immediately unhappy when she heard Vic say that he did all the work. She had less training time than the others, so she returned to Vic's place early.
"Sigh, I'm really afraid you guys will spoil me with your food. If you guys go out on missions later, I might starve to death!" Zephyr's mood was different when he was with the young people, and he even made a little joke.
"Haha, then Professor Zephyr can come with us from now on and be my personal bodyguard. I'll cover all his food and lodging!" Vic joked as well.
" Wendy, go and call Barnett, tell him to come eat with us!" Vic turned to Wendy and said. Wendy smiled and nodded, put down her plate and walked into the cabin.
"That won't do. I'm not just Vic's teacher; I'm the teacher of many people," Zephyr said earnestly.
"Then there's nothing I can do. I can only face those powerful enemies on my own. I'm really afraid of getting killed if I go out; there are just too many powerful beings in this ocean!" Vic smiled.
"You got beaten to death? You're lucky you didn't kill someone else. I've noticed you're quite bloodthirsty!" Zephyr said meaningfully.
"Teacher, Vic only killed bad people!" Rebecca defended Vic, unable to bear hearing anything negative said about Vic.
However, Vic somewhat understood why Zephyr said that, because Zephyr used to adhere to the principle of not killing and was known as the Admiral Who Does Not Kill." He didn't quite agree with Vic's direct approach of killing, but he didn't expect others to be like him. Everyone's concept of justice is different.
"Judging from the behavior of those pirates, I know that it's common for them to abuse women. My father was killed fighting pirates to protect my mother from being abused."
My mother was almost humiliated in front of me; she only escaped by decisively ending her own life.
"It was also to divert the pirates' attention from me and save me, so I couldn't help myself when I saw pirates like this!" Vic said calmly, and the atmosphere suddenly became a little heavy.
" Vic..." Rebecca called out with some concern.
"It's alright, Rebecca, it's all over!" Vic said with a smile, trying to comfort her.
"I didn't expect you to have such a background. I'm sorry, although we have different views, you can do as you please. As long as it's for justice, the Navy is a large and inclusive organization," Zephyr said after a moment of silence.
