"The difficulty and effects of Domain Expansion have to do with a Jujutsu Sorcerer's personality and ideals. Everyone's domain is unique. I can't wait. What will my domain be like?" Igarashi Amaha said, lying on the grass with both hands behind his head.
"Heh." Shoko, who lay beside Igarashi Amaha, chuckled and said mysteriously, "I think I might have a rough idea."
"Huh?" They all turned to look at Shoko. "Really? Reverse Cursed Technique can do that too?"
The warm sunlight made Shoko narrow her eyes in comfort. A smile touched her lips as she said, "Like Amaha said, a domain's effects have to do with the caster's personality and ideals. Doesn't that make it easy to guess?"
Hearing that, Igarashi Amaha grew a little excited and hurried her along. "Tell me, tell me. What is it?"
"Yeah, hurry up and tell us. Then guess what my domain will be, too." Satoru Gojo also looked at Shoko with shining eyes.
Shoko sat up, held her candy cigarette between two fingers, and solemnly uttered a few words:
"Domain Expansion: Smoking Area!!" With that, she broke into a lovely smile and started giggling.
Igarashi Amaha: "Uh..."
Satoru Gojo: "..."
Suguru Geto: "..."
"Hahahahahahaha! You know what? Shoko might actually be right! Hahahahaha!" Satoru Gojo threw an arm around Igarashi Amaha's shoulders and burst out laughing.
"Exactly, exactly! That domain suits you perfectly! Hahahahaha!" Suguru Geto did the same. With one on either side, they held the aggrieved-looking Igarashi Amaha by the shoulders and laughed uproariously, their hearty laughter echoing across the entire field.
The corner of Igarashi Amaha's mouth twitched violently. Listening to the two piercing laughs beside his ears left him even more speechless. "Shoko, you're pretty funny."
"Am I? I think so too," Shoko said, her eyes smiling.
Ding! Ding!
Notifications sounded from all their phones at once.
"Looks like we've got something to do. Let's go." After checking their phones, they got up leisurely and headed toward the classroom building.
Half an hour later, in the second-year classroom.
Looking at their relaxed faces, Masamichi Yaga was immediately furious. "Did you bastards crawl here? Didn't you see that my message said it was urgent!?"
Satoru Gojo looked at Igarashi Amaha and Suguru Geto and asked blankly, "Did he say that?"
"I don't think so."
"My phone died. No idea."
Masamichi Yaga took a deep breath. With urgent business at hand, he would settle the score later. Suppressing his anger, he looked at them and said, "We need to visit the higher-ups. Not just us-the people from Kyoto will be there too. There's something important to discuss."
"Huh? Why do those higher-ups have so much bullshit going on every day?" Satoru Gojo picked his nose, looking thoroughly annoyed.
Unlike the irritated Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto, Igarashi Amaha did not care at all. He had not forgotten that he still had a score to settle with Japan's Jujutsu Higher-Ups.
"Let's go," Igarashi Amaha said, glancing at the sky outside the window.
Half an hour later, a large group advanced deeper into a dim corridor. The breezes stirred by their passage made the candles in the stone pillars flicker.
Creak!
A sound like an old wooden door came from ahead, and the group entered a dark space.
Bang!
A Japanese-style wooden door suddenly lit up, and a voice rang out. "Long time no see, Gakuganji, Yaga."
"Yes, it's been a long time since you summoned us. Just tell us what this is about." Masamichi Yaga dispensed with pleasantries and asked their purpose.
But the figure did not answer him, instead questioning someone beside him. "Your Southern Europe seems rather restless lately. Aren't you going back to take a look, Igarashi Amaha?"
Everyone's gaze converged on the man picking his ear in the crowd.
With both hands in his pockets, Igarashi Amaha walked straight toward the illuminated door. He stopped a few centimeters away and said flatly in his pleasant voice, "I don't much like the way you're talking to me."
Boom!!
The illuminated wooden door instantly erupted in flames and burned to ashes in moments, revealing the old man behind it.
Igarashi Amaha kicked him to the ground, then lit a cigarette. Walking over, he stepped on the old man's face and said, "All right. Try that again."
Everything happened so suddenly that no one had time to react.
Four other doors lit up at the same moment, and angry voices roared, "Igarashi Amaha, do you know what you're doing? This is Tokyo, not your Southern Europe!"
Igarashi Amaha nonchalantly exhaled a puff of white smoke and said flatly, "It took you sixteen seconds to say that. In those sixteen seconds, I could kill you 157 times. Want to try?"
"Good. From now on, anyone who wants to speak can get their ass out here and say it. Stop putting on this mysterious act."
Igarashi Amaha dropped his cigarette butt onto the face of the higher-up beneath him, then ground it out hard with his foot before returning to Masamichi Yaga's side. He told the higher-ups flatly, "If you have something to say, say it. Stop wasting my damn time."
"We summoned you here to inform you that this year's Sister-School Goodwill Event cannot be held as scheduled. You will learn the reason soon enough."
A balding old man slowly emerged from the wooden doorway.
Masamichi Yaga frowned, a bad feeling spreading through his heart.
Hearing this, Igarashi Amaha understood. It seemed the Star Plasma Vessel Incident was about to happen. That meant Satoru Gojo would awaken soon, too. Things were getting interesting.
"Anything else?"
The balding old man grew somewhat nervous at Igarashi Amaha's question. "N-no."
"Then let's head back." Igarashi Amaha called to Satoru Gojo, who was nearly asleep, and the others, and the group headed for the door.
"Oh, right. You tampered with things during my last mission in Malaga, didn't you?" Igarashi Amaha, already at the doorway, said without turning around.
The hearts of the old men behind the doors instantly leaped into their throats. After all, this man really would dare to kill them!
Igarashi Amaha, the overlord of Southern Europe, was notorious for doing whatever he pleased. If he wanted you dead, he would find every possible way to kill you, even if you were the prime minister, and never cared what consequences might follow.
"This is your first warning, and your last. If you still want to make trouble, buy yourselves burial plots in advance."
With that, Igarashi Amaha raised a hand, formed it into the shape of a gun, and slowly aimed at the bald old man.
Everyone in the room held their breath. Gakuganji, the principal of Kyoto Jujutsu High, even began compressing the Cursed Energy throughout his body, ready to act at any moment.
Just as the tension peaked, Igarashi Amaha slowly uttered a single word. "Bang!"
"Aaaaah!"
"Stop right there!!"
"Huh!?"
Under everyone's nervous gazes, nothing happened to Igarashi Amaha's finger. He merely lifted it slightly, but the bald old man was already wailing in terror.
Igarashi Amaha chuckled, remarked that it was boring, and left without looking back.
Please support me in every way you can. I'd be endlessly grateful!!
