"Really? Then who should you blame?"
"Who?" The man in white whipped around and threw a punch.
With a cigarette between his lips and his hands in his pockets, Igarashi Amaha leaned back slightly to dodge. He said flatly, "My name is Xiaoye. I'm a Pokémon trainer from Tokyo Town. Well? Ring any bells?"
Hearing Igarashi Amaha spout such nonsense with a perfectly straight face, the man in white immediately grew angry. "Judging by your uniform, you're a brat from Jujutsu High. You're neither the Gojo Clan brat nor the one who controls Cursed Spirits. Don't tell me you're a little first-year."
Despite his words, he remained extremely wary. The fact that this brat had managed to sneak up on him without a sound meant he was no weakling. Besides, Jujutsu High would never send a brat who had only just awakened his Jujutsu out to die.
Of course, that was not the main reason he had refrained from attacking outright. He kept feeling that he had seen this fellow somewhere before, but he simply could not remember where. To be safe, he had better gather some information first.
When Igarashi Amaha did not answer, the man in white spoke again. "If you know what's good for you, tell me your name. If I'm in a good mood, maybe I'll..."
Smack!
"Tch." Igarashi Amaha's figure flickered, and he appeared beside the man in an instant. He grabbed the man's head with one hand and lifted him up, picking at his own ear with the other as he said irritably, "Why do you talk so much?"
Impossible! So fast! I couldn't even see him!! Feeling the pain in his face, the man in white was filled with disbelief.
Damn it... this guy... who the hell is he...
Countless images flashed through his mind. Finally, one image froze in place, and the name of the person before him was on the tip of his tongue.
Using every ounce of his strength, the man forced out the words, "You... Igarashi... Southern Europe... King!"
Squelch!!
Igarashi Amaha shook the white brain matter and blood off his hand. Standing there, he muttered in utter bewilderment, "Which bastard spread that name around?"
Footsteps approached. Suguru Geto and the others had returned with the unconscious Riko Amanai.
The girl in a maid outfit following behind the group saw the bloody scene before her, and her brain shut down.
"Aaaaaah!"
Whoosh!!
Igarashi Amaha appeared behind Kuroi in a flash, reached over to cover her mouth, then rested his head affectionately on her shoulder. In a gentle voice, he said, "Keep it down, Miss Maid, or I might accidentally kill you."
"Mmph, mmph, mmph." With her mouth covered, Kuroi bobbed her head furiously, nodding to show that she would not make a sound.
Seeing this, Suguru Geto looked at Kuroi and said gently, "Don't be afraid, Miss Kuroi. That fellow is Igarashi Amaha. She's a student at Jujutsu High, just like us. We're all here to protect Amanai. Don't worry, she's only trying to scare you."
"Amaha, don't frighten her. She's a friend of the person we're protecting."
"Yes, yes, Mr. Gentle Suguru Geto." Igarashi Amaha gave a huge yawn and leaned against Satoru Gojo, who was still holding Riko Amanai.
Looking at the headless corpse in the room, Satoru Gojo nudged Igarashi Amaha behind him with his shoulder. "Hey, don't tell me you crushed his head with your hand again."
"What else was I supposed to do, squeeze it between my butt cheeks?" Igarashi Amaha replied listlessly from against his back.
Hearing this, Kuroi glanced at Igarashi Amaha's well-defined fingers, then touched her own mouth. A wave of nausea immediately rose within her. "Urgh... so gross..."
"See? You made someone puke," Satoru Gojo said.
"As long as it's not morning sickness," the drowsy Igarashi Amaha said.
"What exactly were you doing last night? You've been out of it all morning," Suguru Geto asked, watching Igarashi Amaha struggle to keep his eyes open.
"Huh? You didn't know? He stayed up all night watching Masked Superman," Satoru Gojo said.
Suguru Geto said, "...People really shouldn't have too much free time."
Beep, beep!
Igarashi Amaha glanced at the message on his phone and told the others, "Let's go next door. I need a good rest."
"You actually booked a suite just to get some rest? We have to leave once this girl wakes up," Suguru Geto said, looking at Igarashi Amaha.
Igarashi Amaha walked next door and kicked the door open. "Watch your wording. I bought it. I didn't book it."
The corner of Suguru Geto's mouth twitched. "Hey, hey. Seriously?"
Still holding Riko Amanai, Satoru Gojo entered the room as well. He glanced at the luxurious interior and marveled, "The top financial conglomerate in Southern Europe really is something. You're making me jealous."
"Hey, you're the future head of the Gojo Clan. Spare me that bullshit." Suguru Geto glanced at the two capitalists, his tone somewhat sour.
Their racket soon woke Riko Amanai.
Hearing the men horsing around beside his ears, he abruptly opened his eyes.
Noticing the movement, Satoru Gojo looked down. "Oh? You're awake."
Riko Amanai stared blankly for a moment, then abruptly swung a slap at him. "Take this!!!"
Smack!!
Before anyone could react, she swiftly jumped out of Satoru Gojo's arms, struck an extremely ugly fighting pose, and shouted, "You despicable villains! How dare you try to harm me!"
Quickly coming to his senses, Suguru Geto hurriedly held Satoru Gojo back. His lips curled into what he considered a very attractive smile as he told Riko Amanai, "Riko, don't get the wrong idea. We're not the ones who attacked you. We're here to protect you."
"Liar! You both have the faces of liars, and those bangs are so weird!" Riko Amanai pointed at Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto as she declared this with certainty.
"Pfft!" Igarashi Amaha, who had been about to fall asleep nearby, could not hold back his laughter when he heard that.
Riko Amanai looked toward the sound. "What are you laughing at!? You too! You look like you've got kidney deficiency!"
All three of their faces froze at once.
Half a minute later, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto had grabbed Riko Amanai's legs, while Igarashi Amaha had grabbed her hands. All three pulled at the same time.
"Aaaaaah! Such disrespect! Aaaaaah!" Riko Amanai wailed as she was stretched until she creaked.
Meanwhile, Kuroi wanted to step in and help, but could not find any way to intervene. All she could do was say softly from the sidelines, "P-please stop!"
Please support me in every way you can. I'd be endlessly grateful.
