"Agent Coulson! Stop him!!!"
When Su Zhou grabbed Nick Fury by the chin again, he hurriedly called out to Coulson behind him!
"You know what happened back then too. Hurry up and explain it to him!
This room was specially prepared for situations like this. No one can find out what happens in here!
Don't worry about leaking intelligence. Just explain it to this guy!"
The moment Nick Fury said that, Su Zhou turned his blade-sharp gaze on Coulson!
Coulson felt a little awkward. He and Nick had handled what happened back then together,
but now Nick was the only one suffering... and he was actually enjoying it!
"Su Zhou, calm down first. What's done is done.
Even if you kill us both, it won't help! Why not hear us out first?"
Coulson tentatively tried to soothe Su Zhou. After all, this really was an incredibly frustrating situation.
It was precisely because of the aliens' arrival that Nick Fury had wanted to put together an [Avengers],
to serve as Earth's "nuclear deterrent" and keep aliens from coveting it!

Su Zhou tossed the pliers in his hand onto the floor, looking utterly disheartened.
"Sir, go ahead."
Next, Coulson recounted the plot of "Captain Marvel 1" to Su Zhou.
Su Zhou pretended it was his first time hearing it, struggling to control his expression so he wouldn't laugh.
Coulson also explained where the misappropriated funds had gone, even telling him about building the Helicarriers.
The goal was to strengthen Earth's defenses, and some of the technology had even come from the Skrulls.
So S.H.I.E.L.D.'s alliance with the Skrulls did no harm. Instead, it helped Earth develop rapidly!
Once Coulson finished recounting the plot, Su Zhou pulled his S.H.I.E.L.D. credentials from inside his jacket.
Then he tossed them onto Nick Fury and coldly left him with a single sentence.
"From today onward, I'm no longer a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. You've disappointed me too much."
Then he turned and left, leaving Coulson and Nick with only the sight of his forlorn back.
"Su Zhou!"
Watching Su Zhou walk away, Coulson couldn't quite bear it and instinctively called his name.
But Su Zhou walked straight out of the interrogation room as though he hadn't heard him.
Coulson could only turn back and undo all of Nick Fury's restraints.
He helped him up from the chair and let out a long sigh.
"Director, we were wrong about this."
"You're still worrying about that little bastard? You should be calling me an ambulance!"
Nick Fury waved the fingers Su Zhou had broken in front of Coulson.
"You secretly had your body modified. You don't need me calling an ambulance for a little injury like that!"
Coulson turned and left, leaving Nick with the sight of his back too.
He was a little angry as well. Since Nick Fury could hide his body modifications from him,
he must have done other things behind his back too. Even his most trusted confidant had been kept in the dark.
He would be lying if he said that didn't bother him!
"Fuck! How did that little brat Su Zhou corrupt you too? Get back here!"
When Su Zhou left the interrogation room with an icy expression, not a single person came forward to ask him anything.
After all, this brute had just arrested their director, and they had all seen the director's twisted fingers.
Su Zhou looked anything but happy right now. Whoever approached him would probably get slapped!
So everyone in the secret base instinctively avoided looking at Su Zhou, giving him an opportunity to act.
He casually placed the metal button Tony had given him on a computer tower, then strolled out of the secret base.
He hailed a taxi and headed straight for Tony's villa.
Sitting in the taxi, Su Zhou gazed out the window and kept going over his earlier performance.
The corners of his mouth wouldn't stop curling upward. He practically wanted to give himself an Oscar!
After that whole fuss, I'd earned full marks with Nick Fury and Coulson.
They must have suspected my identity to send me off to the Middle East.
I wasn't worried about Hydra's ability to fabricate records, but once I put down my credentials
and voluntarily left S.H.I.E.L.D., any suspicions would vanish into thin air.
All I need to do now is build a good relationship with Tony. When Iron Man makes his debut,
Nick Fury will discover that a former agent of his is actually Tony's best friend.
Then, to get Tony working for S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury will definitely come knocking!
Besides, the terrifying marksmanship I've displayed is enough to make me an Avengers candidate.
Nick Fury is nothing special. I've got him dancing in the palm of my hand!
He watched the traffic outside and the signs slipping past, until a familiar symbol flashed before his eyes.

I haven't drawn any magic-related talents yet. It's not time to disturb the Ancient One.
Once I draw a supernatural ability like [Telepathy] or [Phoenix Force],
I'll visit Earth's strongest person. Surely the Ancient One wouldn't turn away a talented apprentice!
But for now, I'd better finish up this business with Tony first!
Before the car reached Tony's villa, Su Zhou's phone rang.
One glance at the incoming number left him feeling a little weary!

Your clearance is too low. You're not authorized to know about the plan.
If you don't want to be silenced, you'd better stop these pointless questions.
Or you can contact Director Alexander Pierce directly. Goodbye."
With that, Su Zhou hung up. Borrowing someone else's authority to throw his weight around didn't trouble him in the slightest.
Ever since he had become Nick Fury's bodyguard, Alexander Pierce had been his sole direct contact.
As Hydra's highest-ranking member within S.H.I.E.L.D., Alexander Pierce had personally promoted Nick Fury.
He had originally intended to recruit Nick Fury into Hydra, but discovered that Nick had something going for him.
Ever since becoming director, he had kept obtaining funding from unseen sources.
And most of that funding had been spent on Hydra members!
When Hydra wanted to clear its name, all it had to do was push Nick Fury out to take the fall.
He was the director! Who else would take the fall?!
