Yuhuan repeatedly offers Tingyue the chance to run a smaller company within the Lin Group. Although she initially refuses because she doubts her own competence, he continues supplying investment materials and opportunities to learn 25 26 53.

As she becomes more involved in business, he recommends an economics lecture, introduces her to professional contacts with Lin Rusong, and accompanies her to a project meeting at Zhang Qiuhuai’s estate. At Leng Shan’s banquet, Tu Hai gives Yuhuan a room key, offering a “surprise” to secure his cooperation. Tingyue’s thoughts reveal that the intended offering is a barely conscious young woman. Yuhuan recognizes the tactic as one he has encountered many times before, but visibly relaxes when he realizes his family is nearby 131.

He hands over the key so Tingyue and Bai Yaxin can remove the woman. Lin Shengyan and Ying An then place Tu Yang in the room instead. Yuhuan makes Tu Hai open the door himself, explicitly saying that he dislikes leaving loose ends; reporters photograph the resulting scandal 131 132.
