Shinsei has rarely had the opportunity to leave the village, and each time he goes out on a mission, it's just a quick look around, so he doesn't know much about the lives of ordinary people.

Furthermore, since most of the residents of Konoha were relatively wealthy, Shinsei naturally assumed that people in the Hokage world were doing quite well, or perhaps not so badly.

On his journey to the Land of Water, what he saw and heard was vastly different from what Shinsei had imagined.

Or perhaps Shinsei feels that he is strong enough and is no longer as fearful as he was when he first transmigrated.

So when Tsunade looked into Shinsei's eyes and asked, "Do you also want to unify the Shinobi World?"

Shinsei didn't deny it immediately, but instead asked himself what was in his heart.

Does he want to unify the Shinobi World? The answer is yes.

But this idea wasn't that strong. Shinsei hadn't experienced the suffering these ordinary people were going through.

Simply hearing or seeing it is like watching a fire from across the river or scratching an itch through a boot.

Shinsei has loving parents, a wealthy life, the power of being the Hokage's assistant, and formidable strength. His social class has changed, and he belongs to the beneficiaries of the system.

Therefore, concern for the suffering of ordinary people does not stem from personal empathy, but from condescending pity.

Thinking of this, Shinsei shook his head and replied, "I don't know, but I want to make some changes."

Naruto stood up and said excitedly, "But change will bring war, and will only increase hatred."

When did Naruto become so intelligent? It seems his brief travels with Jiraiya broadened his horizons considerably.

"You're wrong." Shinsei looked solemnly into Naruto's eyes. "Change doesn't necessarily lead to war, and with the development of the Shinobi World to this point, the form of war can already change."

A powerful ninja can decide the outcome of a battle; ordinary ninjas are no longer of any decisive help in war. If you can control the Nine-Tails, you can defeat the vast majority of ninjas in the world.

"But..." Naruto wanted to argue excitedly, but he wasn't completely unaware of the outside world when Nine-Tails and Shinsei were fighting at the border between the Land of Rain and the Land of Wind.

He had a deep impression of the earth-shattering commotion that Nine-Tails caused when it fought.

"Shut up!" Tsunade roared, looking at everyone. "What happened today must not be told."

As the assistant to Konoha Hokage of Shinsei, Tsunade's disciple, and possessing formidable strength, Shinsei's ideas could influence other countries' attitudes towards Konoha and might even trigger a war.

The atmosphere fell silent. Naruto sat down angrily, while only Sasuke's gaze towards Shinsei changed slightly.

After dinner, Tsunade and Sakura went to take a hot bath, while Shinsei went to the rooftop alone, lay on the eaves, and looked at the sky.

Today's conversation helped him sort out his inner thoughts.

A person's life generally goes through three stages.

The first stage is to satisfy one's material needs, such as having enough to eat and wear.

The second stage is to satisfy one's own sense of security, which is what Shinsei has been striving for all along, and now he has basically achieved it.

After completing the first two stages, people often seek self-worth, such as pursuing hobbies and ideals, in order to achieve self-satisfaction.

Shinsei, having traveled to this world from another time, also wants to make some changes.

People leave their names behind, just as geese leave their calls in flight. It wouldn't be good if people in the future talked about what that immortal who could live forever did, but no one could answer the question.

A sound came from the side. Shinsei turned his head and saw Kakashi walking over step by step on the roof and sitting down next to Shinsei.

"This Lady Tsunade isn't from this world, is she?" Kakashi asked, looking into Shinsei's eyes.

"Did Kakashi- senpai notice?" Shinsei casually admitted.

With Konoha Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki arriving in Konoha, along with Tsunade and Orochimaru, how could Kakashi, as Minato Namikaze's student, not recognize his teacher?

He had been secretly observing for a long time, but his years of experience in the Anbu had prevented him from casually asking questions about secrets that had not yet been made public.

"Can you tell me about that world?" Kakashi asked.

Shinsei thought for a moment and briefly told Kakashi about that world.

"So, Shinsei," Kakashi said, his face expressionless, but Shinsei could see the seriousness in his eyes in the moonlight, "Can you take me with you when you go to that world again? There are some things I'd like to ask you."

"Okay." Shinsei agreed after a moment's thought. He could roughly guess that Kakashi wanted to find his father in another world, since White Fang's suicide was still a shadow that Kakashi couldn't shake off.

As the first rays of morning sunlight streamed into the room through the cracks in the house, Naruto shouted and urged everyone to hurry and rescue the villagers.

After a quick wash and breakfast, the group headed to the bandits' hideout, guided by the siblings.

A few kilometers wasn't a long distance for everyone, and Naruto took the lead and rushed into the bandits' lair.

The surrounding houses were dilapidated and clearly had not been properly repaired. There was no sign of bandits around. Naruto hurriedly ran back and forth among the many rooms.

Sasuke opened his Sharingan, placed his right hand on the nearby mountain wall, revealing a Chakra barrier.

"Watch me!" Naruto shouted, and two Shadow Clone behind him helped him gather the Rasengan.

The massive Rasengan made contact with the Chakra barrier, blasting a large hole in the barrier and the mountain wall, revealing a downward stone staircase.

The numerous ninjas jostled and pushed each other, scrambling to squeeze into the cave.

Dim lighting illuminated the tall basement, where rows of glass jars contained naked human bodies.

Their faces showed signs of pain, their bodies were stiff, and some of their hearts were still rising and falling slightly.

A beautiful young woman with red hair stood beside the glass jar, holding a document in her hand, on which she was writing something.

Suddenly, she looked up and adjusted her glasses.

"Oh dear! Has someone arrived? Such powerful Chakra! The experiment is still missing some data, what a pity."

She closed the file in her hand. "But now we can report to Lord Orochimaru."

The red-haired beauty swayed her graceful figure as she walked step by step to the other end of the room, where an iron fence stood against the wall.

In the cell, a red-haired girl who looked about twelve or thirteen years old hurriedly hid behind the wall after seeing the red-haired beauty.

She huddled in a corner, trembling, her small arms covered in a dense array of teeth marks.

"I'm going to kill you!" A boy's furious voice rang out like a thunderclap in the room.

The red-haired girl saw a blond boy carrying a blue Chakra ball rush into the hall.

The terrifying red-haired woman smiled as she slowly sank into the ground.

The blond boy's angry face turned to him as he swung the glowing Chakra ball and smashed the iron fence.

The girl quickly tried to shrink back, but there was already a wall behind her.

To the girl's surprise, the blond boy simply picked up her trembling body gently.

Are you alright?

The light shone on the boy's golden hair.

It looks like a beam of light.
