"No!" Teuchi Shinsei's actions.
" Storm Release is a combination of Water Release Chakra and Lightning Release Chakra, but it is not simply the sum of the two Chakra."
Shinsei seemed to be deep in thought. He transformed the water and lightning in his hands back into Chakra, clasped his hands together, and closed his eyes. Two balls of Chakra of different colors collided and merged in Shinsei's hands.
Time passed slowly, Tsunade yawned boredly. She stood up and walked towards Konoha.
"I'm going to play a couple of games." Tsunade waved and turned to leave.
"Teacher, is that so?" Tsunade turned around and saw Shinsei grinning foolishly. A ball of blue-black Chakra was flickering and jumping between his clasped hands.
Tsunade's eyes widened, and she couldn't help but reach out and touch the ball of blue-black Chakra. A numbing, burning sensation, and a tremendous penetrating force washed over her. This sensation was none other than the Kekkei Genkai, Storm Release, which was many times more powerful than the Storm Release in the sealing scroll.
"You succeeded." Tsunade still found it unbelievable. She knew her disciple was a genius of Konoha's new generation, but she never expected him to be this talented.
The idea of someone synthesizing their own Kekkei Genkai is unheard of for many years. To be precise, to the best of my knowledge, there is no ninja whose Kekkei Genkai was synthesized by themselves.
"Thank you for your guidance, teacher." Shinsei Temari to Tsunade.
There is a huge difference between having someone guide you and developing blindly on your own. The Storm Release was an idea I had for a long time, and I never gave up on it, but progress has been slow.
Whether studying the properties of Water Release or Lightning Release, it was always far from being comparable to Storm Release. He didn't even know what the problem was until Tsunade pointed it out, and all his previous efforts came together.
Tsunade looked at the handsome boy in front of her and became happier and happier. She couldn't help but pull him over, put her arms around his neck, and kissed him on the forehead.
"Truly worthy of being my disciple." Tsunade on her hips and couldn't help but burst into laughter again.
Kekkei Genkai is not simply about synthesizing a new type of Chakra; its Chakra strength is higher than that of a single attribute Chakra. The term "bloodline limit" means that it can be inherited by offspring.
More importantly, it can alter and optimize the genes of Kekkei Genkai holders, meaning that virtually all Kekkei Genkai holders do not lack Chakra.
As the developer of the Storm Release Kekkei Genkai, Shinsei benefits even more. In addition to his Storm Release Chakra being more powerful, his genes will also be more thoroughly optimized by the Storm Release Kekkei Genkai.
Once his body has been altered by the Kekkei Genkai, his Chakra reserves will experience a sustained surge.
After saying goodbye to his teacher Tsunade, Shinsei couldn't wait to go to his grandfather's house. Pushing open the door to the courtyard, he saw his grandfather tending to a pot of orchids.
The old man turned around and saw his grandson standing smiling at the door. Shinsei stretched out his hands and clasped them together, and a ball of blue-black Chakra appeared in his hands.
With a clatter, the watering can in the old man's hand fell to the ground.
"You... you succeeded?" The old man was incredulous, trying to speak but stammering.
"Yes, I did it." Shinsei walked over and hugged his grandfather tightly.
"Good, good." The old man, tears streaming down his face, reached out and touched his grandson's shoulder. "It's good that it succeeded."
Shinsei's eyes reddened, and tears streamed down his face uncontrollably.
My grandfather had a huge, hideous scar on his chest. It was from when he fought to the death against the ninjas of Kumogakure for his grandson, almost losing his life, all for the sake of collecting a little bit of Storm Release Chakra.
All of this is simply because Shinsei wanted to develop Storm Release, but lacked references.
Shinsei used to frequently seek guidance from his grandfather, but he came less and less often later on. Besides the fact that his grandfather was difficult to teach him, the bigger reason was that his grandfather had desperately seized the Storm Release Chakra, while he himself had made no progress.
The old man didn't expect him to restore the glory of the Senju, but he hoped that he would have the means to make a living in this turbulent Shinobi World.
Shinsei used to worry that he might not be able to keep up after Naruto and Sasuke "cheated" themselves, but now that worry is gone. With the Storm Release, his path ahead is clear.
Shinsei is on "holiday" again, or more accurately, on standby.
As the assistant to the Fifth Hokage Tsunade, he and Shizune were like two sides, one intellectual and the other martial, and he was the "martial" one.
This is actually an implicit privilege for most ninja villages to those with strong martial arts skills. They do not need to participate in daily tasks, but only handle some special matters. Even if they just stay in the village, it is still an invisible deterrent to the outside world.
He's been eating a lot these past two days; the Kekkei Genkai optimization cells need a lot of nutrients.
Shinsei's hands seemed to be wearing black gloves; it was a thin layer of Chakra formed on his hands by the Storm Release.
He's been very busy these past few days. Besides getting familiar with his Kekkei Genkai, he also needs to upgrade his previous Ninjutsu.
Storm Release possesses the power of Lightning Release Chakra, yet it is as easy to control as Water Release Chakra, essentially combining the advantages of both Chakra natures.
However, the hand seals used to manipulate Water Release and Lightning Release have lost their effectiveness against Storm Release Chakra.
He didn't have the legacy of the Kumogakure, so he had to experiment with all the hand seals himself. Fortunately, Tsunade's theoretical knowledge was much richer than his, and she could always give him a lot of ideas and guidance.
Just as Shinsei was about to get up to go to the restroom, he overheard Riya and a customer whispering downstairs.
"Have you heard?" a middle-aged woman whispered.
"What? What happened?" Riya became interested.
"It seems the Lord Hokage is going to sell her disciple slots."
"Really?" Riya seemed somewhat incredulous.
"Really, I'm not lying to you, my son's classmate works in the Anbu."
"Charging money to take on disciples? How could Lady Tsunade sell disciple slots?" Riya still felt it was unlikely.
"Hey, didn't you know? Lady Tsunade lost money," the middle-aged woman said mysteriously. "She lost quite a bit."
Tsunade's gambling addiction is no secret in Konoha. According to an unknown elder of the Senju clan, the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju, once suspected that his granddaughter could gamble away the entire Senju ancestral home.
"Is anyone buying it?" Riya asked.
"That's the Lord Hokage's disciple! Lots of people want to buy him. Isn't your Shinsei the Lord Hokage's disciple? How much did you pay?"
This question stumped Riya, who certainly couldn't tell the woman in front of her how much money her son had spent.
Shinsei was speechless. This was indeed something his teacher would do. What he didn't know was that Tsunade originally wanted to increase the number of participants to ten, but due to Shizune's repeated arguments, reasoned debates, threats of suicide, and passive resistance, the number of participants was reduced to three.
As Shinsei walked towards the Hokage Building, he noticed that the residents on both sides were looking at him strangely, as if to say, "So this is the Shinsei," or "Wow, you're so rich."
It can't be washed away; I did indeed spend two hundred million taels.
Outside the Hokage's office, Shinsei knocked on the door, preparing to open it, only to find that the door was locked.
"Who is it?" Tsunade asked from inside.
"Teacher, it's me."
"Wait a minute." A flurry of activity came from inside the house.
