After Sasuke gained the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, Yuzuru brought Kaguya out of the moon and introduced her to his household. Yuzuru and Kaguya then killed Isshiki and destroyed his plans to resurrect himself.

• Sasuke awakened the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan by transplanting Itachi's eyes, then challenged Naruto and lost to Baryon Mode again.
• Yuzuru invited Kaguya to leave the moon with him, and she agreed after spending more time with him.
• Yuzuru brought Kaguya home, where the women recognized her and Tsunade later drew Yuzuru into a secret encounter with Big Tsunade.
• Yuzuru and Kaguya confronted Isshiki, whose Kokugan failed against their eyes and pressure.
• Yuzuru gouged out Isshiki's eyes and burned him to ashes, then had his Ten-Tails devour Isshiki's Ten-Tails and crushed his laboratory.

Yuzuru launched the Sea Capital’s campaign to conquer the Shinobi World, assigning five commanders and giving them three months to win. The Land of Wind fell first, while Orochimaru planned a cautious encirclement of Konoha as the war between the Allied Shinobi Forces and Akatsuki neared its end.

• Yuzuru ordered Pakura, Minato, Kakashi, Shisui, and Orochimaru to prepare their forces for a full-scale campaign, and placed Naruto and Sasuke under Orochimaru’s command.
• Yuzuru reassured Tsunade that the coming war would soon let them leave worldly affairs behind.
• Nagato arranged Hidan’s death, then launched an offensive as the Sea Capital’s armies began moving.
• The Sea Capital swiftly captured Sunagakure after eliminating its leaders and many of its capable clans, then occupied the Land of Wind’s capital and towns.
• Kisame organized purges in neighboring small nations, while Orochimaru chose to encircle Konoha to limit losses and avoid alerting it.

The Sea Capital’s forces attacked the major shinobi villages, forcing the Allied Shinobi Forces leaders to return home. Gaara found Sunagakure destroyed and faced a demand to surrender from Temari and Pakura, while the Sea Capital began its occupation of the Land of Wind.

• Reports arrived that Iwagakure, Kumogakure, and Konoha had been attacked by forces led by Kakashi, Minato Namikaze, and Orochimaru.
• Ōnoki, A, Jiraiya, and Gaara left the Allied Shinobi Forces headquarters to return to their villages, while Hiruzen Sarutobi stayed behind.
• Gaara reached Sunagakure and found the village destroyed, where Pakura and Temari demanded that he surrender.
• Temari urged Gaara to abandon the shinobi system and accept the Sea Capital’s rule, but Gaara insisted that he was the Fifth Kazekage.
• Pakura ordered her soldiers to capture those who surrendered and kill anyone who resisted, then ordered them to make the Land of Wind submit within a month.

Minato led the campaign that destroyed Kumogakure and ended the Land of Lightning, while A surrendered to spare his people before taking his own life. Days later, Kakashi and Guy conquered Iwagakure, and Kakashi killed Ōnoki as the Land of Earth fell under Sea Capital control.

• Minato confronted A, then used a cannon barrage and advancing troops to overwhelm Kumogakure while sparing civilians and children.
• A learned that Minazuki Yuzuru had surpassed the Sage of Six Paths and submitted Kumogakure to Minato.
• Minato announced the Land of Lightning's destruction and Kumogakure's disbandment, and A returned to inform his village.
• The Land of Lightning was destroyed the next day, Kumogakure disappeared, and A took his own life.
• Kakashi and Guy defeated Iwagakure with the Seven-Tails Jinchuriki; Kakashi killed Ōnoki, and their forces took control of the Land of Earth.

Orochimaru led an assault on Konoha and battled Jiraiya while Sasuke and Naruto fought the village’s defenders. Hiruzen summoned the First and Second Hokage with Impure World Reincarnation, leaving them to face Naruto and Sasuke as the invasion continued.

• Orochimaru ordered his forces to break into Konoha, spare civilians and children, and target the Sarutobi, Mitokado, and Utatane clans.
• Jiraiya entered Sage Mode and fought Orochimaru, whose modified body and scientific weapons let him absorb and counter Jiraiya’s attacks.
• A white falcon from Ten Thousand Fathom Peak froze Jiraiya’s toads and killed Gamabunta, but Jiraiya evaded Orochimaru’s sword with a clone.
• Hiruzen arrived with nearly ten thousand ninja from the Sarutobi, Mitokado, and Utatane clans, but Sasuke used Susanoo and Amaterasu to devastate their ranks.
• Hiruzen summoned the First Hokage, the Second Hokage, and Mito with Impure World Reincarnation, and Orochimaru sent them to fight Naruto and Sasuke.
• Naruto activated Kurama Mode with Adamantine Sealing Chains and clashed with Hashirama’s Wood Golem, while Mito recognized clues to Naruto’s Uzumaki heritage.

Yuzuru ended the conflict in Konoha, showed Hashirama and the others the truth about the Shinobi World, and began dismantling the old order. After the Earth Federation was established, he left for the moon with his lovers while a new era took shape on Earth.

• Hashirama stopped fighting Naruto and listened as Naruto explained Yuzuru’s plans for peace, while Sasuke overpowered Tobirama and the combatants learned that Tsunade was Yuzuru’s wife.
• Yuzuru brought Tsunade to Konoha, immobilized the fighters with his power, and used Infinite Tsukuyomi to show Hashirama, Tobirama, and Mito the Shinobi World’s history.
• After seeing the truth, Hashirama accepted Yuzuru’s plan to end Konoha and the shinobi era, and Tobirama killed Hiruzen Sarutobi and the other immobilized leaders.
• Yuzuru’s forces destroyed Konoha and the Land of Fire, resolved the Akatsuki conflict, and reorganized or eliminated the remaining shinobi and missing-nin.
• Two years later, Yuki Haku became president of the Earth Federation, with Naruto and Sasuke as vice presidents; five years afterward, Yuzuru lived on the moon with his lovers as Earth entered its new era.
