Arc 13The Three-Tails Deception
Kōki helped Minato stage Rin’s apparent death and a controlled Three-Tails attack, using the ensuing chaos to eliminate Danzo while securing Rin’s safety. As peace settled and Kōki’s experiments advanced toward kekkei mōra, a test to evolve Setsuna’s Eternal Eye overwhelmed the clones and left Kōki’s own clone in Konoha petrified.
- Kakashi lost his duel with Shisui, but Fugaku honored Obito’s sacrifice and let Kakashi keep the Sharingan as Konoha and the Uchiha began cooperating.
- Yusuke attacked Yahiko’s Akatsuki group to awaken Nagato’s Rinnegan, then let Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan escape after studying the eye and taking Nagato’s cells.
- Kirigakure surrendered and ended the war, Minato became Fourth Hokage, and Orochimaru attacked Kōki for his cells before fleeing and becoming Konoha’s first S-rank missing-nin since the war.
- Kōki, Obito, and Minato arranged a staged Three-Tails incident so Rin could fake her death and be revived, while Kōki planned to use the crisis to have the Light Organization kill Danzo.
- Kōki revived Rin as Minato subdued the Three-Tails, while Aizen and the Light Organization killed Danzo before Fugaku and Shisui intercepted them.
- Kōki disguised his assistance as an attack and helped the Light Organization escape the Uchiha, while Minato’s forces sealed the Three-Tails and Konoha blamed Kirigakure for the incident.
- Konoha secured compensation from Kirigakure, a peaceful year passed and Naruto was born, and the Light Organization developed a cellular agent that could awaken or strengthen kekkei genkai.
- Kōki and the clones tested the agent on Setsuna, but his surging ocular power overwhelmed Kōki’s control, scattered Kōki’s consciousness, and left their bodies sprawled in the laboratory while Kōki’s Konoha Wood Clone became a wooden statue.
