After briefly explaining the situation to Dumbledore, Morris returned to the Ship in a Bottle, lay down comfortably, and took a nap.

He woke up to find it already broad daylight. After a quick wash, he returned to the Black mansion.

living room.

Breakfast time had ended, and Mrs. Weasley was deftly tidying up the plates on the table, waving her wand.

Most of the Order of the Phoenix members had left, leaving only the Mr. and Mrs. Weasley and Harry, Hermione, and Ron in the living room, seemingly intending to stay in the house long-term.

As soon as Morris walked in, Harry spotted him immediately and jogged over to him, lowering his voice to ask, "You went on an investigation mission last night, right? How did it go? Sirius wouldn't tell me anything."

Morris nodded, his tone calm. "Although there was a minor mishap, it went relatively smoothly."

"What went wrong?" Harry pressed, a hint of nervousness in his voice.

"We encountered Voldemort."

Harry's face paled for a moment. "You're back alive?"

Morris looked down at himself. "Do I look like I'm dead?"

He shouldn't be missing any limbs, right?

"Uh..." Harry stammered for a moment, "That's not what I meant... um... how does Voldemort look now?"

"Based on my assessment, he'll need some time before he fully recovers his strength," Morris replied honestly. "There's no need to worry too much for now. But capturing him will be extremely difficult."

Harry's tense face relaxed slightly.

"Is there anything we can do to help?" Hermione asked with concern, standing to the side.

Morris stroked his chin, pondered for a moment, and said, "You'll have to ask Dumbledore. To be honest, I don't even know what the Order of the Phoenix is doing; it's all Dumbledore giving the orders."

In his view, Dumbledore must have already devised a meticulous plan to deal with Voldemort.

It's just that it wasn't explicitly explained to them.

He had asked Sirius and Lupin yesterday and learned that everyone in the Order of the Phoenix had been out searching for Voldemort or the Death Eaters.

Harry sighed, his voice muffled. "Anyway, I'll be living in this house from now on, and I can't even leave the house."

While this is a good thing in some ways, he still felt somewhat uncomfortable.

"If you want, I can sneak you out."

As he spoke, Morris walked to the table, picked up a leftover piece of bread, and stuffed it into his mouth.

"I heard you, Morris," Arthur's voice came from the side, and he smiled slightly at Morris. "However, Harry would be better off staying here this summer."

Morris shrugged and said nothing more.

Harry and his two companions remained silent, and the atmosphere fell quiet for a moment.

Morris glanced at Arthur and casually asked, " Mr. Weasley, aren't you going to work today?"

Arthur shook his head, picked up a cup of tea, and sat down on the sofa. "These two days are my vacation. I still have some errands to run with Sirius later."

Even on holiday, I still have to work for the Order of the Phoenix.

Ah, poor working class.

Morris sighed silently to himself, but his face remained expressionless.

Arthur suddenly seemed to remember something, put down his teacup, and looked at Morris. "And you, Morris, aren't you going back to the ministry?"

He remembered that Morris had become an employee of the Department of Mysteries.

Morris waved his hand dismissively. "It's okay. I'm just an insignificant intern anyway."

Hardy generally doesn't care about his attendance.

In truth, although he had nominally joined the Unspeakable, he had always been left to his own devices.

He had asked Robert about it; as a member of the Unspeakable, he was supposed to submit a work report every month, but Hardy had never asked him to write anything.

Of course, this is not a bad thing for him.

Which employee wouldn't want to slack off every day and still get paid?

"Then I'll be going now," Morris said, standing up.

"Wait!" Arthur called out to him immediately. " Dumbledore seems to have something to discuss with you. But he won't be back until tonight."

"All right."

Morris nodded and sat back down on the sofa.

Since that's the case, there's no rush.

Morris spent the entire day at Black's old house.

He mostly spent his time completing the holiday assignments given by his professors.

Students should still abide by their responsibilities.

Moreover, this level of assignment doesn't take too much time.

After finishing, he lent the assignment to Harry and Ron, who were both very happy.

Hermione frowned when she saw it, but didn't say anything.

Dumbledore didn't appear in the living room until midnight.

Morris was on the sofa reading a book about astrology.

Upon hearing the noise, he immediately looked up. "Professor, I've been waiting for you for a long time."

Good evening, Morris.

Dumbledore and sat down opposite Morris.

His robe was dusty—a rare occurrence for him.

"What do you want with me, Professor?" Morris asked directly.

"I need to find something," Dumbledore said slowly. "Your help is necessary."

Morris glanced at the clock on the wall; the hands had just passed midnight.

He asked, puzzled, "Are you going to steal something? And why choose to do it at night?"

It makes them seem like criminals.

"Don't worry about it." Dumbledore, but his expression was somewhat serious.

He suddenly asked, "Do you know how many Horcrux Voldemort made?"

" Horcrux?" Morris paused for a moment, then said, "Anyway, it's not just that notebook. I think there are at least seven."

He once asked Tom, based on Voldemort's thoughts in his youth, that he believed seven was a magical number.

However, it cannot be certain, after all, Voldemort's mind is very twisted, and no one can guess what he is thinking now.

Who knows, Voldemort might go mad and cut his soul into dozens or even hundreds of pieces.

"Seven?" Dumbledore paused for a few seconds, not asking Morris where the information came from, but simply sighed softly, "That's really bad news. I thought there would be fewer."

Morris asked curiously, "Did you find the other Horcrux?"

"No," Dumbledore shook his head, turning his gaze to the window, "But I have a guess. Let's go, Morris, let's set off. In fact, that's our goal for today."

So where do we go?

" The Gaunt family's old house."

Gaunt?

Morris had never heard of this surname.

But it doesn't matter, he'll find out what Dumbledore wants him to do in a little while.
