Lung of the Planet
Woodwose, the clan chief of the Fang Clan, is also a reverted fairy, possessing bloodlines closest to the first generation of fairies, and is known as -- One Hundred A-Ray.
Fairies are extremely powerful creatures. Even the Fang Clan fairies of this Britain possess the ability to fight against ordinary Servant. And Woodwose, standing before them, is an absolute powerhouse.
This guy's strength in the Fairy Britain is basically equivalent to that of Lü Bu in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
To Woodwose, all life was weak; fairies and humans were no different to him—they were all easy targets. But the person before him gave him a very strange feeling.
Wild blood was boiling as he stared at the enemy before him—a hostility that only a powerful being who had dominated one side would feel when encountering another overlord.
The person in front of me can threaten me.
This fact kept pounding in his heart, and he couldn't wait to tear off his suit and have a good fight with the guy in front of him.
"Hey, what are you looking at?"
Bai Mo stretched out his hand and waved it in front of Woodwose. Upon seeing this, Woodwose took a deep breath and suppressed the wild killing intent in his heart, but still showed his sharp white teeth.
"What are you trying to do by attacking my subordinate without provocation?"
"Without reason? Why don't you ask your subordinates what they want to do?"
Bai Mo replied without any politeness, and seeing his attitude, Woodwose sensed something was amiss.
What's going on? Why doesn't the person in front of me show any hostility towards someone stronger? It's like in a Western pub, if only two people are carrying guns, their first target will definitely be each other.
Because here, only the other party can kill you; this threat is absolutely intense, a defense of your right to life. But at this moment, the person in front of you shows no hostility whatsoever.
This guy... does he not consider me an enemy?!
Upon realizing this, Woodwose felt another surge of nameless rage. If Bai Mo knew what this guy was thinking, he would definitely slap this idiot across the face and then carefully examine and compare whether this guy's head or a walnut was bigger.
If Morgan hadn't said you were a loyal dog, given how your subordinates treat humans, I would have skinned you alive and made a cape from your skin.
This is why Woodwose was completely oblivious to the hostility that Bai Mo perceived as an adversary.
What have my subordinates done?
"They want to kidnap my companion."
"Just because of a mere human being?"
Woodwose glanced behind Bai Mo, clearly having no interest in this unremarkable human. A human who could be torn apart in an instant was not worth his time.
"Hey, what are you saying, Woodwose?!"
Upon hearing someone speak of Ritsuka and Caster in this way, Bavan Sheehan immediately stepped forward, somewhat annoyed. Upon seeing the little Britain princess, Woodwose only showed a hint of disdain.
"So it was one of your accomplices. That's my unlucky guy."
Baran Shee is Morgan's apparent heir, but even so, Woodwose doesn't care much about her, and even shows complete contempt for her.
This attitude is unwise. Even if one harbors disdain, a subordinate cannot view their heir in this way. Unfortunately, as Morgan observed:
"Loyal, but not smart enough, too stupid, will be easily fooled."
She added: If you encounter one, just fight it out and beat it into submission.
They're just like the dogs in Pan's park.
Upon hearing Woodwose's words, Bai Mo's expression darkened, but he then smiled and extended his hand.
A handshake? It seems like part of the etiquette, something you should do on a first meeting. Damn, I completely forgot. Luckily, it's just these idiots around.
Because of Woodwose, the Fang Clan was required to learn etiquette.
Woodwose thought to himself as he reached out his hand.
In an instant, he felt as if his palm had been melted into metal.
"You use companions too, right? I don't know if they're still around, but that guy must be important to you, right?"
"So what if it is?"
As he spoke, Woodwose prepared to weigh the man in front of him in his hand, but the next moment, a tearing pain shot through his hand, and his bones even made a creaking sound.
Looking at Bai Mo's hand, it was almost entirely without any force, just a simple grip.
"In that case, I'm relieved. Because now you should at least be able to understand how angry you would be if your companion was targeted by someone with ill intentions."
You and your men should apologize to them, and that will be the end of it.
"You want me to apologize to these weaklings? Dream on!"
The wrist snapped shut, and the intense pain nearly made Woodwose kneel on the ground. He took a deep breath, his lungs releasing a powerful surge of energy like a reactor, and gritted his teeth as he tried to stand up.
But he couldn't do it. Bai Mo's strength was like a nail, piercing through his arm and ankle, pinning him firmly to the floor, unable to move.
In the communications room, Arcueid was somewhat surprised. Looking at the furry creature before her, she muttered with a hint of doubt, "Lung of the Planet?"
"Yes, it really is the Lung of the Planet. It seems this planet has already taken the curses of these fairies as a fever," Crimson Moon explained in her mind.
"It's nothing, anyway. I'm not planning to leave this Lostbelt behind. I'm only taking Britain. Even the Lung of the Planet isn't that important. But... how could something like this even be created? What on earth has happened in this world?"
If this continues, should I bring the Real of the World with me and bring it down to earth?
The Lung of the Planet," in other words, are the planet's heat dissipation function. To some extent, they can also be considered the planet's anti-virus system. Their existence is partly due to the planet being sick and needing to be disinfected.
While listening to Arcueid's explanation, Bai Mo carefully observed the enemy's condition. It was clear that this guy's power source came from his lungs.
What incredible life!
Before he could even process what was happening, Woodwose suddenly opened his mouth and bit down hard. Bai Mo twisted his arm, and Woodworth's sharp teeth found their way into his own arm.
"I've heard that in the Fang Clan, superiority is determined by the level of etiquette. In this exchange, have you already lost a point?"
Woodwose let out a low growl, his claws extended, and with 970,000 units of power, the Lung of the Planet continued to operate, providing him with immense magical energy while also transforming its flow into a surging river.
But it soon came to an end. Bai Mo's elbow struck Woodwose's lung, Ryougi Heaven-Imprisoning Enkidu erupted fiercely, with layers of light arcs binding the constantly functioning lung like iron chains.
Woodwose felt as if a giant hand was squeezing his lungs, and he almost couldn't catch his breath. Then, Bai Mo's fist came hurtling towards his face.
