• Luo Qiao showed Yao Xi Chi’s golden egg and explained his failed attempts to prepare an undying body, while Wu Di revealed the truth behind the Seven-Colored Lotus and Hanzhi’s birth.

The Pure Yang Primordial Spirit chose mortal reincarnation on his own terms, and the story ended with Lü Yan growing up under Xiluo’s watch and the Mountain Folk’s protection.

• The Great Emperor of Fengdu appointed Yama as the first Dharma King Yama, and Yama accepted authority over the Ten Halls of the Nether Capital.
• Maudgalyayana brought Xu Jia’s soul into the conflict, but Jiufeng swallowed his golden body and Amitabha Buddha’s soul as Li Jingshu, Mahākāśyapa, and Divine Lord Meng Zhang fought across the Three Realms.
• Li Boyang used the Seven Stars Treasured Sword to sever the Dao Proving Ones’ causal ties, drawing hidden enemies into the present and exposing a second Six Ears seeking revenge.

In the Heavenly Realm, the battle over the Ocean of Milk revealed the Wondrous Tree of Seven Treasures and Mahākāśyapa’s plan to unify living beings’ minds.

• Lü Yan pursued sword cultivation, then visited Hanzhi’s orphanage, where he learned about the children’s hardship and clashed with Ao Mo over the Mountain Folk’s protection and others’ suffering.
• Lü Yan learned that Ao Fei’s wife, Jiugui, had been killed by the South Sea Dragon Race, then practiced the Perception Method and advanced through Pure Yang cultivation with the aid of his Bio-Armor Cells and Star Power.
• Using Azure Blade Divination of Heaven, Lü Yan saw Ao Mo’s dragon-serpent form and followed the trail of the Divine Ascension Ritual to Xiang Yao, who warned that Ao Mo’s transformation could bring disaster to the Hundred Lands Mountain Range.

Minghe and Lu Ya fought over the Wondrous Tree of Seven Treasures as Ao Mo’s hunt for revenge exposed Jiugui’s past and the schemes surrounding her Bora Flower. Ao Fei’s connection to Suirenshi brought the ancient figure into the present, where he began a public debate on the Dao with Li Boyang.

• Lu Ya used the Immortal-Slaying Flying Knife against Mahoraga, while the Wondrous Tree of Seven Treasures emerged and Mahoraga escaped into one of its fruits.
• Minghe ripened the crimson fruit into the Red Lotus of Karmic Fire, proved a second Dao, and challenged Śakra with a river of blood that revived fallen Asuras and Yakshas.
• Lü Yan entered Severed Sea Gorge to find Ao Mo, confronted Tengshe, and demanded that she reveal where Ao Mo had gone.
