• Qi Yun returned to Green Mountain Daoist Temple, vowed to find Deng Yin’s reincarnation, and discovered his Great Luo Heaven Dao Foundation and new divine abilities.
• Qi Yun evolved Soul Refining Banner into Human Emperor Banner, then confronted Song Kun at Flower Moon Hall and defeated him before True Person Southern Dipper intervened.
• True Person Southern Dipper gave Qi Yun the Blood God Scripture, and Qi Yun later found the Southern Ming Li Fire Sword Instruction and the Three Rivers Bitter Cold True King Talisman through the Law Technique Panel.

Qi Yun rose from a sect power struggle to oversee the Northern Defense Grand Formation, then entered the war against Southern Yin and gained a hidden agent by refining True Person Xuanping. The stretch left him operating under the guise Yun Zhongzi after rescuing Yuhengzi and other righteous cultivators from True Person Broken Bone.

• Qi Yun created the [Ink Flood Dragon] through [Great Luo Heaven], gained [Double Light Qi], and began competing with Black Mountain for influence in the Wuji Sacred Sect.
• Qi Yun secured Qingli’s abstention and Yang Cuan’s support, leaving Black Mountain one vote short of the deputy sect master position.
• At Ten Thousand Caves Mountain, Qi Yun defeated Ling Jue, You Gu, and Chi Ling, earned Clarity and Turbidity, and was assigned to oversee the Northern Defense Grand Formation.
