Qi Yun developed his own Dao Attainment method, then seized Lingyong’s Divine Dao and defied Heaven’s Will with the Investiture of the Gods. After Desolate Halberd True Lord fought the coffin bearers and warned of a coming war, the True Lords uncovered the Heavenly Court, which stirred Qi Yun’s Investiture.

• Youquan attained the Blood Sea Dao and became a True Lord, breaking the influence manipulating the True Lords before a hidden figure erased and then failed to destroy him.
• Youquan explained the Xuanhuang Dao Attainment Method to Qi Yun, who rejected both it and the Primordial Spirit method alone and declared he would unite the twelve fundamental Great Daos into his own First Dao Attainment Method.
• Qi Yun left Xuanhuang to seek Great True Persons, but Wudao Extreme Dharma True Lord’s ambush of four bodhisattvas was interrupted by coffin bearers who drove the True Lords back toward Xuanhuang.
• Qi Yun disguised himself as Zhou Zimo in Lingyong, used his divine power and Great Luo Dao Sound to gather faith, and conquered the nine provinces with the Investiture of the Gods.
• When Heaven’s Will tried to reclaim the provinces, Qi Yun summoned the nine Governor Lords to oppose it, and Desolate Halberd True Lord appeared and explained the aversion that drove True Lords from Xuanhuang.
• Four coffin bearers confronted Desolate Halberd True Lord in Lingyong, fought him across the void, then withdrew after a pale hand halted the battle and warned him.
• Desolate Halberd True Lord urged Qi Yun to become a True Lord and led him toward Xuanhuang, but a force diverted them to Wudao Extreme Dharma True Lord, who presented a card depicting the Heavenly Court.
• Qingyuan True Lord Wendao, Dragon Elephant Prajna Bodhisattva, the Eastern Sea Dragon Lord, and Wudao Extreme Dharma True Lord tore away the clouds concealing the Heavenly Court as Qi Yun’s Investiture of the Gods trembled.

Qi Yun suppressed the cultivators drawn to the Heavenly Court, claimed the Immortal-Slaying Dao Fruit, and gathered the nine Supreme Dao Foundations needed to complete his Dao. After refining the twelve foundations into Hunyuan Great Luo and returning his Dao Fruit, he challenged Heaven’s Will and approached All Wonders Heaven.

• The Heavenly Court announced that its Southern Heaven Gate would remain open for one sixty-year cycle, but a hidden Dao Fruit sealed All Wonders Heaven and trapped the True Lords inside.
• Qi Yun ordered the gathered cultivators away from the Heavenly Court, defeated their Great True Persons with his Dao powers, and killed the World-Honored One’s incarnation with the Immortal-Ending sword light.
• Qi Yun closed the Heavenly Court to the assembled crowd and searched for the nine Supreme Dao Foundations, finding eight and discovering that the final one was hidden by a powerful force.
• Qi Yun and Cai Kun investigated the Wuji Sacred Sect’s hidden chambers, where Qi Yun found True Lord Contemplating the One’s scripture and freed the ninth Supreme Dao Foundation.
• Qi Yun combined his three refined foundations with the nine acquired ones, formed the Great Dao Golden Disk, and fought the twelve Supreme incarnations that entered Great Luo Heaven.
• Canyi’s incarnation disrupted the other incarnations, and the Great Luo Myriad Laws incarnation accepted Qi Yun’s Dao, and the twelve supreme origins then entered Qi Yun’s Purple Mansion.
• Qi Yun completed Hunyuan Great Luo, called down the Hunyuan Dao Fruit, and swallowed its Golden Core, declaring that his fate was his own.
• Qi Yun ascended toward All Wonders Heaven through Heaven’s Will lightning, while two indistinct figures watched, and a colossal bolt struck him, and a voice recited that Great Luo Heaven lay ahead.

Qi Yun established Primordial Unity, tested his power over Dao Fruits, and arranged for three old friends to attempt True Lord attainment. His journey beyond Xuanhuang uncovered conflicting accounts of the Dao Kings’ plans, recovered the Mountains and Rivers Cauldron, and left him investigating a dangerous remnant consciousness connected to Great Tang.

• Qi Yun declared Primordial Unity as his Daoist name, destroyed a Buddhist incarnation and seal, and freed the True Lords from All Wonders Heaven.
• Qi Yun erased Nine Nethers True Lord’s mastery of his Dao Fruit and gave three unclaimed Dao Fruits to Qianxin, Situ Huaji, and Ling for their attempts to become True Lords.
• Qi Yun defeated the Lord of the Ancient Coffin’s ambush and met True Lord Contemplating the One and Feng Xi, who warned him of the returning Dao Kings.
• Qi Yun followed the Westward Journey Displacement Map to a forest of True Lord tombs and broke the seal concealing the Mountains and Rivers Cauldron.
• Qi Yun fought Demon Master Kunpeng, learned that the Dao Kings sought to free their Dao Fruits and seize All Wonders Heaven, and killed the Lord of the Ancient Coffin.
• Qi Yun recovered the Mountains and Rivers Cauldron’s spirituality and returned to Xuanhuang as True Lord Contemplating the One repeatedly announced that the flower would bloom and the fruit would fall.
• Qi Yun pursued a Dao King’s residual consciousness, resisted its trap, and uncovered a memory of Chang'an and an ancient Sword Intent behind its gates.
• The Mountains and Rivers Cauldron awakened and denied that His Majesty had died of old age, while Qi Yun’s attempt to refine the remnant revealed a sleeping presence before its will severed the connection.
