Snape... Watch Out, or Your Cauldron Might Explode!
In the evening, William was startled to see a large dog crouching at the entrance of the tent.
The big dog was a vibrant reddish-brown all over, and it looked like it had been permed, with thick curls... it looked a bit like Teddy.
It looks really weird!
William stared at it for over ten seconds before recognizing the giant Teddy... as Sirius.
Sirius, what happened to you?
After entering the tent, William asked in surprise.
"You got my hair permed at a salon? Isn't that pretty Muggle- friendly?"
Teddy has become Sirius, but his original black hair has turned into reddish-brown curly hair.
He glanced at the long-legged witch next to Hermione.
The fact that neither William nor Hermione covered for him proves that this person is definitely trustworthy.
"If I were a dog now, walking around the camp, the Auror probably wouldn't recognize me," Sirius said with a grin.
Last Christmas, Hermione guessed that Sirius was Animagus, and a Dahei at that.
The Ministry of Magic began a deliberate search for the suspicious black dog. He couldn't roam around in his Dahei form.
Now that it looks like this, probably not many people would associate it with the Dahei.
"How did you come up with this idea?" Hermione asked, barely suppressing a laugh.
"Anne designed it," Sirius whispered. "I consulted her about what kind of perm I wanted, and she wrote in her letter saying it looked good and suited Muggle aesthetics."
William rolled his eyes. He didn't know about others, but whenever he saw Teddy, he felt an urge to kill him.
Anne was clearly deliberately setting Sirius up for himself.
"It's okay, I think it looks great."
Sirius wasn't too bothered by Anne's prank, and said with a hint of envy, "You went to Venice without me."
"Why would I bring you along?" William glanced sideways at Sirius.
He and Hermione were traveling independently in Italy, and they even brought a third wheel?
"Yeah, right," Hermione nodded in agreement, "Besides, we weren't there to play around... we even got attacked by a white dragon."
"That's still more comfortable than my life." Sirius's voice sounded a little dejected.
"I'd love for the white dragon to attack me. How exciting it would be to fight to the death to defend Venice!"
It's so much better than a boring, monotonous life.
Sirius has been trapped in the Black family's old house for several months.
It's just like those students who, despite the pandemic having stabilized, are stuck at school and unable to leave.
Most importantly, only students are not allowed to leave; other unauthorized personnel can come and go as they please!
This perfectly describes Sirius at this moment.
William sat on the sofa, waved his wand, and poured four cups of tea.
"Staying in the old house is much more comfortable than living in a cave and starving for half a year, right?"
Before William, Hermione, and Anne found Sirius... he lived alone in a cave in the Forbidden Forest, subsisting on rats.
"That's different." Sirius shook his head.
"Staying in the old house is no different from being in Azkaban, and even worse."
"No one has lived there for ten years. Kreacher, the House-elf my mother left behind, has gone mad—and hasn't been cleaned in a long time."
I still need to clean.
"House-elf." Hermione raised an eyebrow. "You have a House-elf in your household..."
"Hermione, don't waste your sympathy on Kreacher, it's not worth it," Sirius said.
"It only obeys my old mother's orders. Don't even think about getting Akali to work... she'll make a mess of your store."
If I weren't afraid that Kreacher would reveal my hiding place, I would have given it clothes and sent it away.
"Kreacher will take the clothes and immediately go find Narcissa... my silly cousin."
It's clear that Sirius really dislikes Kreacher.
"So how have you been killing time lately?" William asked.
"I read through newspapers from the last ten years or so, and... I even argued with a portrait of my mother."
She hated me coming into the old house, but I wouldn't leave... She was very angry, but there was nothing she could do about it.
Sirius's eyebrows danced with pride, seemingly quite pleased with himself.
"Otherwise, I'll just throw all of Kreacher's collection in the trash, and he'll always secretly retrieve it."
Sirius was indeed bored out of his mind; he might as well tear up a newspaper.
"By the way, has Harry arrived?"
"He's here. I just ran into him." William took a sip of water and said softly, "He said he'd be here tonight."
Sirius nodded in satisfaction, seemingly pleased with how much he cared for his son.
William blew on the tea leaves in his cup, without telling Sirius that Harry actually wanted to visit Cho.
Watching the Godfather... was just a side note.
Sirius has already suffered enough; let's not rub salt into his wounds or add more insult to injury.
Sirius was excited for a moment, then suddenly asked, "Have you received Harry's letter?"
"No." William and Hermione both shook their heads.
They had been in Italy, and then came to the camp. Harry wanted to send a letter but couldn't find anyone.
Harry wrote that his scar was suddenly hurting.
"Which scar?" William raised an eyebrow.
Different scars, but completely different.
"The scar on the left is from the pain I got on the night of the Quidditch World Cup opening ceremony."
William held his cup, lost in thought.
The scar on the left was left by Little Tom. And on the day of the opening ceremony, he... killed Little Tom.
"William, why does Harry's scar hurt?" Sirius asked anxiously. "Is Voldemort nearby?"
"There's a theory, just a theory..." William said.
"When Voldemort gets close to Harry, or when he feels a particularly strong urge for revenge, Harry's scar will hurt."
"I see..."
William said this, but he was thinking about something else.
Harry remembered the scene of him and Tom fighting in the Chamber of Secrets of Secrets.
Harry's scar will hurt when William kills Little Tom...
The effects of scars go beyond just pain. The connection between Harry and Little Tom is also quite unusual.
He suddenly had a bold and absurd idea.
"By the way, I heard from Remus that Bertha was seriously injured and that you rescued her?" Sirius asked.
"Yes." William quickly recounted the situation in Albania.
"I know Bertha Jorkins," Sirius said gravely. "She was there when I was at Hogwarts, a few years ahead of James and me."
She's a silly girl. She's a real busybody, and doesn't know her own brain, but... she's our classmate too.
Sirius said bitterly, "Wormtail has harmed some more people. I will definitely kill him."
Everyone remained silent.
That evening, Harry did indeed arrive, along with the Weasley family.
Upon seeing such a luxurious tent, Ron's eyes widened in disbelief.
Percy saw William, walked over quickly, shook William's hand immediately, and said:
"Dear William, I heard that you and Hermione received the Italy First Class Magic Badge, that's wonderful."
I work in the Department of International Cooperation and Department of International Magical Cooperation, and I received this news quite some time ago.
I also had a discussion with Mr. Crouch for a while..."
William suppressed a laugh and shook hands with Percy.
Fred shook George's hand and said warmly, "Oh, dear George, I heard you got three Owls certificates, that's wonderful!"
I was at the ministry this morning, meeting with Mr. Crouch and discussing his achievements from back then.
"Really? But I ran into Crouch at the camp this morning. He hasn't been to the department lately." George feigned just the right amount of confusion.
Percy blushed and glared angrily at the two of them.
He had previously said that he saw Crouch at the headquarters every day... but the twins heard from William that Crouch was always at the camp.
Percy was clearly lying.
Now that he's been exposed, he's extremely embarrassed.
"Alright, you two." Mr. Weasley stared sternly at the twins.
"You only received six certificates in total... Is that something to be proud of?"
Don't think that just because you're hiding in the camp, I can't beat you.
This is what will happen to you, Ron. We'll settle the score after the Quidditch World Cup.
Mr. Weasley's smile returned, and he said easily, "Alright, I've conveyed Mother's words perfectly."
George and Fred looked grim; their mood suddenly soured.
They had already seen Ron's injuries; his buttocks were asymmetrical from the beatings, and his face looked like it had been stung by bees.
That's terrifying!
Percy was extremely pleased with himself. He grabbed William's hand again and said, "William, I'm currently writing a report for the Department of International Magical Cooperation."
"We are preparing to inspect the thickness of the crucibles according to standards. Some imported products have crucible bottoms that are too thin—leaking rates are increasing by almost three percent per year."
If your store wants to venture into the cauldron business, you absolutely must meet the Ministry of Magic's standards...
William laughed, "Thank you, Percy. I certainly won't go and sell crucibles."
Neville, standing to the side, seemed lost in thought.
He'd been wondering why his cauldron always seemed to explode during Potions Class.
It turns out it was a quality issue!
It has nothing to do with his own actions...
Wait... Although Professor Snape is strict and has a bad temper, Neville must remind him:
Professor Snape, watch your cauldron... don't let it explode!
