Earlier life and ambitions

Bibi Dong once regarded Yu Xiaogang as her everything and offended her teacher for his sake. She remembers him abandoning her at her most desperate and falling in love with another woman. By the time he is brought before her as a prisoner, she ranks him and Liu Erlong among the people she hates most, alongside the deceased Qian Xunji 10.

As Pope, she commands a deeply established support base within the Pope's Hall. Her hatred of the Qian family nevertheless conflicts with her position at the head of Spirit Hall. She pursues the Rakshasa God's seat and habitually suppresses her strength to avoid affecting her divine trials 15 25.

Qian Renxue's disappearance

Despite hating her daughter, Bibi Dong immediately orders Yue Guan and Gui Mei to find Qian Renxue at any cost when she disappears. Learning that Qian Renxue has been transported to another world leaves her uncertain whether to feel sadness or happiness 1 2.

Qian Renxue's acceptance as Hun Tiandi's disciple evokes both jealousy and relief. Bibi Dong later feels relieved when her daughter successfully begins cultivating Dou Qi, but explicitly refuses to let that success bring them closer. Retaliation against Yu Xiaogang

Yu Xiaogang publicly insults Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue through the world channel. His words extinguish Bibi Dong's remaining affection for him, and she orders Yue Guan and Gui Mei to capture both him and Liu Erlong 8.

After their capture, Bibi Dong orders the pair imprisoned in a pig pen and kept alive to endure prolonged torment rather than receive a quick death 9 10.

Reincarnation broadcasts

Qian Renxue's first reincarnation reveals the original future: Bibi Dong becomes the Rakshasa God but dies in the final conflict with Tang San, while the Spirit Hall Empire is destroyed. Watching this, Bibi Dong resents the Sea God and Asura God's intervention—particularly Tang San's resurrection after she had crushed his divine heart. Struggle for the Conversion Spirit Array

With her Rakshasa God Trial at a critical stage, Bibi Dong fears that Qian Daoliu is gradually reclaiming control of Spirit Hall. The appearance of a Conversion Spirit Array above Spirit City turns their political rivalry into an open confrontation over cultivation resources 22 24.

After Qian Daoliu overpowers her, she proposes that Spirit Hall seize the continent's other arrays instead of fighting internally. He accepts but threatens to replace her if she challenges him again. Bibi Dong withdraws and mobilizes her subordinates to search for the remaining arrays 25.

When Qian Daoliu leaves for the Star Dou Great Forest, Bibi Dong takes the opportunity to seize their array. She injures Golden Crocodile, has Yue Guan and Gui Mei immobilize the six enshrined, and seals their Martial Souls. She chooses not to kill them because doing so could delay her cultivation until Qian Daoliu returns. Even after completing her conversion, she considers herself weaker than him and decides to retain the captives as hostages 33 35.

Bloodline baptism and human alliance

Bibi Dong enters the bloodline baptism after Chen Xin demonstrates that it can be survived. She succeeds, gains a Clan Mark, and is subsequently confirmed to have reached God Level 38 39.

Gu Yuena's emergence changes her immediate priorities. After witnessing the Silver Dragon King's overwhelming strength, Bibi Dong supports Qian Daoliu's call to suspend conflict among human factions and prepare for a possible threat from the Soul Beast Clan 40.

Personality

Bibi Dong's feelings toward Qian Renxue combine hatred, maternal concern, and envy. She acts urgently when her daughter disappears and feels relief at her survival and advancement, yet refuses reconciliation. Qian Renxue's rapid rise also makes her question the value of her own painstaking divine trials 1 3 8 15.

Her cruelty is deliberate rather than indiscriminate. She demands prolonged suffering for Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong, but spares the enshrined when killing them would jeopardize her access to Spiritual Energy. She likewise accepts temporary cooperation with Qian Daoliu when confrontation becomes disadvantageous 10 25 33.
