When Old Eunuch Chen abducted children for a life-prolonging ritual, Chu Tianshu and his allies moved against the mansion, where the arc ended as he launched his attack.

• Chu Tianshu defeated the Ghost Scholar in an Overflow Zone, then used the Youdu Token to derive Gluttonous Tongbei Fist and entered the unfamiliar town where he met Meng Shuangjiang.
• After a Leopard Cat Warrior killed Liao Ayong, Chu Tianshu helped Shopkeeper Ma convince the town’s leaders to prepare for a bandit attack.
• Chu Tianshu fought alongside the town’s defenders, killed Ruan Zhixiong and the bandit sorcerer, and helped rout the raiders.
• Zhong Jinqiu and Shopkeeper Ma gave Chu Tianshu a Spirit Yang Gallbladder, and Zhong Jinqiu taught him to issue force through his internal organs.
• When Meng Xiaobao disappeared, Shopkeeper Ma’s divination led the group to suspect Commander Xu’s residence, and Adjutant Zhou revealed that Old Eunuch Chen was kidnapping children for a ritual.

Chu Tianshu helped Cai Shanjun reclaim the Rainbow Cloud Flute and defeat Commander Xu’s forces at the river crossing. The group reached Cai’s former students, where Chu received martial manuals and Cai prepared to support Liu Yanqi in Kunming.

• Chu Tianshu and Zhong Jinqiu killed the old eunuch, rescued the children, and escaped into the mountains with Shopkeeper Ma.
• Chu Tianshu agreed to help the poisoned Cai Shanjun, who promised rewards and led the group to Wu Clan Stronghold to borrow the Rainbow Cloud Flute.
• Zhong Jinqiu won the first trial, and Chu Tianshu won the second by defeating the bull before discovering the shrine-keeping granny had sabotaged the trials.
• Chu Tianshu entered Hidden Immortal Cave, overcame the granny’s flute and the venomous insects, and recovered the Rainbow Cloud Flute for Cai Shanjun.
• Cai Shanjun’s group attacked Commander Xu’s dock defenses, then Chu Tianshu and his companions fought off the ninjas and killed Meng Daizong, Commander Xu, and Adjutant Zhou.

Chu Tianshu recovered his grandfather’s stolen book in Macau and became entangled in the hunt for the Viscera Precious Jade, rescuing Yin Fengxin from its influence. After uncovering a company’s evil ritual, he charged toward its leader as the workers weakened and the ritual began.

• Chu Tianshu returned from the hidden world, found his grandfather’s room disturbed, and discovered that Kong Wenju had stolen the original Annotations on Ghost Gate Witch Medicine.
• Chu Tianshu and Second Master Chu tracked the stolen book to Kong Wenju, then Chu Tianshu traveled to Macau with Lin Baisui’s help to join the investigation.
• Chu Tianshu and Fang Jun pursued Kong Wenju and confronted Zhu Heng, whose delusions and evil spirit led to a deadly fight at the unfinished development.
• Chu Tianshu killed the evil spirit inside Kong Wenju and used traces from Kong Wenju and Zhu Heng to track the Kidney Jade to Yin Fengxin.
• Chu Tianshu learned that Yin Fengxin had resisted the Kidney Jade’s influence through his will, then treated him while trying to separate the evil spirit from him.

After a massacre leaves Hai Donglai gravely injured, Chu Tianshu discovers that Hai Donglai’s Weapon Soul may offer a way to save him.

• Chu Tianshu defeats Mai Danhong, breaks through the venue’s floors, and kills Xiahou Wei and Wang Zifang before the crowd’s song destroys the altar and severs the ritual’s resentment Qi.
• Chu Tianshu kills Nie Longding, while Fang Jun gets a final chance to speak with his adoptive father and Shen Yuntai faces the difficulty of keeping the incident secret.
