• Yannian treated Yu Wanzhuo with boundaryland essence blood, and Chu Tianshu used seals to make him practice a fist routine that aided his recovery.
• An assassin attacked Yannian and Chu Tianshu, but Zhang Tao captured the assassin, who revealed a mission involving the Forerunner of Ghosts and Gods in Jinling No. 7.
• Xia Ningning began turning the assassin into a Dharma Corpse, while Yu Wanzhuo chose Chu Tianshu as his master.
• Lang Dao attacked the group at the riverbank, and Song Changle revealed his betrayal before Chu Tianshu and Yu Nanfeng captured him.

After defeating the wolf-headed swordsman, Chu Tianshu traveled to Busan to investigate the Seven Po Cave-Heaven and joined forces with rival souls to find the other contestants. The alliance collapsed into a battle that killed Liu Yan and Sect Leader Yeming, while Chu Tianshu set out to find Liu Yan’s Incense-Bearing Child.

• Chu Tianshu killed Zhao Qinglang and defeated Ye Liren before learning Mao Shanwei’s confession and securing the city elites’ safety.
• Chu Tianshu and Zhang Tao hunted the wolf-headed swordsman, and Chu killed him with the Heavenly Heart Sorrowful Demon Slash before killing the transformed big-headed freak.
• Chu Tianshu began preparing to travel to Busan, where Yu Nanfeng told him the Cataclysm had first broken out in East Asia.
• In Busan, Chu Tianshu discovered that Yuan Zhonglü was bound to Chen Ying, who explained the seven-soul contest for the revived Big Dipper Soul-Returning Dao treasure ship.
• Chu Tianshu investigated the Shinsegae Mall explosion and allied with Sect Leader Yeming and Liu Yan, while Chen Ying and Yungu joined forces against other contestants.

Chu Tianshu defeated King Shouluo’s conspiracy in Busan, helped return Yungu to the northwest, and left to explore a new realm. There he studied Moon Refining, confronted demonic cultivators, began training disciples, and intervened in a clash over a girl claimed by the yellow-haired man.

• Maheśvara confronted Lady Wang and Suluduo, while King Shouluo revealed that a Taboo martial artist born in the present world had joined the battle.
• Chu Tianshu burst King Shouluo’s bubbles, then joined Shen Yan’s investigation of the One-Character Spiritual Cultivation Society and went to meet Minister Han at Mount Shenyue.
• King Shouluo attacked Chu Tianshu with fourteen corpse monks and the Great Yuan State Preceptor, but Chu Tianshu killed King Shouluo, Lady Wang, and the corpse monks before catching and killing Minister Han.
• Chu Tianshu helped arrange Yungu’s return to the northwest, then left Busan and crossed the sea on lotus-like waves.
• Chu Tianshu met Lu Yuande and Shitou, learned about Denglai Mountain Market and Moon Refining methods, and treated Lu Yuande’s injured leg.
• Chu Tianshu stopped Tan Yu from using a sarira to drive Carpenter Zhou to violence, learned about the demonic use of Human Furnaces, and bound Tan Yu to help his work.

Chu Tianshu defeated the forces behind the turmoil in Heze, then uncovered a new threat tied to his valley and the Purple Mansion Sect. Meanwhile, the Yellow Mountain Ancestor attempted to escape his confinement but found Zhang Tongxuan waiting.

• Chu Tianshu rescued Zhuo Xinlan and learned from the old scholar that her Spirit Body had made her a target of the Xiao Family.
• Chu Tianshu followed Fa'en to an abandoned village, found Fahui’s corpse, and befriended the spirit pine that had protected the villagers.
• Chu Tianshu defeated Song Zixian, Xiao Shexin, and Fa Wendao at Denglai Mountain Market, prompting Monk Qingsheng to send gifts rather than risk retaliation.
