At this point, the nurse paused, glanced at Koki, and continued, "Of all these rumors, the most heartbreaking is the story of Kagami Uchiha. He was one of the Second Hokage's six most prized disciples! He was one of Konoha's most dazzling geniuses, but he was Danzo and died young! It's such a pity!"

What?! Koki's eyes widened in disbelief. Could it be... that Danzo was also Danzo in Kagami Uchiha's death?!

Koki, who had been listening with great interest, couldn't help but gasp. He turned to look at Shisui, who had a serious expression on his face, not far away.

The voices around me didn't stop there. The nurse continued, "That's not all. It's said that Danzo, in order to seize power in Konoha, has resorted to any means to suppress other capable ninjas, and even secretly sabotaged many plans that would benefit the village. Some say he colluded with hostile forces from other villages, attempting to overthrow Konoha. Such behavior is tantamount to betraying the village, and it's intolerable!"

"Koki! Koki, what's wrong?" The nurse saw Koki sitting on the bed in a daze and couldn't help but call his name anxiously.

Did my words frighten Koki? Perhaps I shouldn't have revealed these gossips to a child, after all, he's still too young.

Just then, Koki snapped out of her reverie, smiled at the nurse, and asked, "Haha, I was so engrossed in listening that I almost forgot to ask. Since Danzo so heinous, has there been any investigation? What's the plan for dealing with him?"

Upon hearing this, the nurse looked at Koki with surprise and replied, "What should we do?! Don't you know? Danzo died two days ago! Everyone's talking about it now, saying he got what he deserved!"

Upon hearing this, Koki's eyes widened, her face filled with shock. "What? He's dead?"

Danzo is dead? Who did it?

He quickly turned his gaze to Shisui and Obito, trying to find some clues in their expressions.

Shisui's eyes were completely open, seemingly indifferent to Danzo's death, while Obito appeared somewhat flustered, his eyes darting around, which made Koki feel that something was wrong.

Koki snorted coldly, preparing to question Obito.

Wait a minute, that's not right. Even if Obito has now awakened the Sharingan, there's absolutely no way he could suddenly become a genius and Danzo, the leader of Root.

So, who is it?

Koki's thoughts raced. He thought of Fugaku, but his father had to consider the fate of the entire Uchiha clan and couldn't act so impulsively.

So, who is it?!

Just then, Kakashi's cold voice came from the doorway. "Koki, I bought the things. Don't be angry."

Koki suddenly turned her head to look at the doorway, her eyes filled with inquiry.

Kakashi walked in carrying a large bag of snacks, his eyes remaining indifferent as he surveyed the room.

The nurse seemed to sense the tense atmosphere in the room, got up, said goodbye, and left.

Koki stared intently at Kakashi and said, "Kakashi, Danzo dead, did you know that?"

Kakashi paused suddenly, but his eyes remained calm. "I've heard about it. What's wrong?"

Koki bit her lip tightly, her face grave as she asked, "You... did you do this?"

Kakashi gently put down the snacks in his hand and calmly replied, "You're overthinking it. I don't have that kind of ability."

Koki frowned, her eyes sharp. "But I have a feeling it's you."

Kakashi turned his head away, avoiding Koki's gaze, and said softly, "Don't make wild guesses. You should get some rest."

Obito then spoke up, trying to ease the tense atmosphere, "Koki, don't doubt Kakashi, how could he do such a thing?"

Koki turned to Obito, her eyes filled with suspicion, "Why are you avoiding my gaze? Do you know something? Did you plan this together?"

Obito stammered, "I... I... I didn't."

"Fine, you two are trying to hide something this big from me, are you?!" Koki's angry voice echoed in the ward.

The Natsuhi sky is as changeable as a child's face; one moment it's sunny and bright, and the next, dark clouds gather and churn endlessly.

Fugaku, leading the Yashiro, hurriedly headed towards the Hokage Building.

The three days felt both long and short; he was going to attend that crucial meeting that would determine his fate.

Suddenly, thunder roared, deafeningly loud, as if it would tear the whole world apart.

Above the Konoha, the pitch-black sky was like undiluted ink, heavy and oppressive, making one feel uneasy.

The wind howled like a raging beast, violently whipping the clothes of pedestrians, who quickened their pace, searching for safe shelter from the wind.

Fugaku gazed at the dark sky, overwhelmed with emotion, and said, "It's truly the calm before the storm."

The Yashiro said solemnly, "Clan Chief, the current unpredictable situation is like the raging weather; a cataclysmic storm is about to sweep in."

After a long silence, Fugaku finally spoke, "Perhaps it's not just this meeting, but rather a long-simmering conflict, those hidden crises, all lurking beneath the surface of calm."

Suddenly, a gust of wind howled past, causing the trees on the street to sway violently, their branches creaking in the wind. The wind swept away fallen leaves and dust from the ground, hurling them into the air to form yellow whirlwinds.

As the storm approached, the two figures walked further and further away, heading towards the Hokage Building in the distance, a place shrouded in uncertainty.

On the hospital bed, Koki was pale, her lips trembled slightly, and her eyes were closed, but tears still kept welling up in the corners of her eyes.

He said emotionally, "You're all lying to me! What happened to Uncle Sakumo? I want to see him!!"

No one dared to speak...

Koki this, Mitsuki tried to struggle to her feet, but her legs were too weak and she swayed unsteadily, almost falling to the ground.

Kakashi reacted quickly, helping Koki up and gently settling him onto the bed.

Her eyes were filled with guilt as she gently comforted him, "I'm sorry, it's my fault. How about you visit him after you've recovered? It breaks my heart to see you like this. If Dad sees you, he'll be sad too."

Obito and Shisui also offered their advice.

"Koki, listen to me, your health is the most important thing right now. Once you're better, we'll go see Uncle Sakumo together."

"Yes."

They spent a lot of time, and Koki's emotions finally calmed down, but her eyes were still red, tears were still on her face, and her eyes were full of grievance.

He stared intently at the three boys before him, and said in an unusually serious tone, "You must swear that you will never lie to me again!"

Upon hearing this, the three men raised their right hands without hesitation, stretched them out into the air, and shouted in unison, "I swear!"

Seeing the three of them so well-behaved, Koki's anger subsided slightly, and he couldn't help but laugh.

He slowly began to speak, "Alright then, I can forgive you this time, but you have to promise me one thing: as soon as I'm able to get out of bed and walk, you must take me to visit Uncle Sakumo."

Kakashi nodded solemnly in agreement.

Obito patted his chest and confidently assured him, "Don't worry, we will absolutely not break our promise."

Shisui smiled and gently comforted him, "The most important thing for you right now is to recover well. I believe you'll be able to see Uncle Sakumo soon."

After hearing Koki, Koki gradually relaxed and leaned back on the pillow with peace of mind. However, he still held tightly to Kakashi's clothes, as if only in this way could he feel more at ease.
