I Don't Like Her
In the quiet night, Obito's gaze was fixed on Koki, his eyes revealing an indescribable confusion. "Why did you react so violently?"
He murmured softly, as if talking to himself.
"Perhaps it's because I'm a child of the Uchiha Clan."
As soon as he finished speaking, he seemed to remember something and awkwardly touched his forehead. "It's not that there's anything wrong with the Uchiha, Koki, you understand, it's the outside world's perception of our clan..."
Seeing Obito's troubled expression, Koki couldn't help but come to his rescue, "Don't worry, Obito-nii, I understand what you mean. Outsiders do have prejudices against us."
Obito nodded, his voice gradually lowering, sounding extremely dejected. "Yes, I'm Uchiha kid, but I'm considered a 'loser' by most people. At the Ninja Academy, I was looked down upon. They couldn't believe that Uchiha kid could have such poor grades. Shouldn't we all be exceptionally talented?"
Obito's voice trailed off, and he looked incredibly heartbroken. "Actually, even I don't understand why I haven't been able to awaken the Sharingan yet, you know that, Koki?"
He turned his head, tears welling in his eyes, and stared at Koki, his voice trembling, "I don't understand why I'm never good enough. Even those goggles were something I wore because I longed to protect my eyes and awaken my Sharingan as soon as possible. Now it seems like it was just self-deception."
Koki Obito's pained expression, Koki felt a pang of sympathy. He gently patted Obito's shoulder and comforted him in a tender voice, "Don't worry, Obito-nii. Everyone has different talents. I believe your future will be bright!"
He wasn't joking. Obito's strength in the later stages was undeniable. The power of his Mangekyō Sharingan's dual Kamui was practically a bug-level existence, and it was in no way inferior to Shisui's Kotoamatsukami.
Obito Koki's words. He wanted to use the alcohol to pour out all the things he was usually too embarrassed or afraid to say to this gentle person who would not laugh at him.
"You know, everyone else is the one who laughs at me, only Rin, only Rin treats me like a normal person, so I feel sorry for her..." Obito's words seemed a little difficult to say.
"Haha, I get it, Obito-nii. You always say you like Rin-nee, so why are you too shy to say it now?" Koki was teasing Obito again.
"You!" Obito glared at Koki.
"Okay, okay, I won't say anymore, I won't say anymore, you can continue." Koki cupped her hands in a pleading gesture.
"I used to think I liked her, yes, I always thought so, but just now for a moment, I wondered if Lin only saw me as a teammate or a younger brother? Was my feelings for her limited to those of family?"
Huh? This stumped Koki. He shook his head helplessly, unsure of what to say.
Fortunately, Obito didn't seem to be expecting an answer from him. He continued in a low voice, "Besides, I think Rin seems to have a crush on that idiot Kakashi. I know my attitude towards him is a bit extreme, but when I see his arrogant look, I can't help but say something to him."
"Understood, understood." Of course, it has to be targeted. A love rival, after all. How can they be a loving family? Koki chuckled, thinking she had found the right answer, a hint of smug cunning in her smile.
"Understand what?" Obito's brow furrowed slightly, his voice low and tinged with doubt. "My feelings for Rin don't seem to be just pure love, so I've decided to let them be together."
Koki immediately retorted sharply, his voice filled with unwavering determination, "Give in? Absolutely not! There's no room for compromise when it comes to matters of the heart. Besides, how do you know Lin doesn't feel the same way about you? You haven't even confessed to her yet; the outcome is still uncertain! How can you give up so easily?"
"What deer? What death?" Koki looked at Koki Obito confusion. Sometimes he really didn't understand what Koki was talking about.
"That's not important. What's important is that you have to fight for this relationship." Koki waved his hand, his eyes resolute. Koki was definitely shipping this couple. Besides, Koki wanted to get to know the legendary Rin. "Alright, it's settled then. I'll go with you to buy a gift, and then you can talk to Rin and clear things up. What if it works out?"
"But..."
"No buts! Listen to me." Koki made the final decision.
Obito wanted to argue, but faced with Koki's firm and unquestionable attitude, his resistance was like a blade of grass in a gentle breeze, easily crushed.
"Alright." His voice sounded somewhat helpless. Although he felt a little uncomfortable, he agreed under Koki's insistence.
"Feelings are not something to be compromised, "Obito silently repeated this phrase in his heart.
"Koki, Koki, you're really good." Obito stammered, his words tinged with regret.
Obito's words were somewhat unclear, his eyes were unfocused, as if the alcohol was melting away his reason, his heart was becoming restless, and his true feelings were blurted out without thinking.

"What?" Koki was stunned. He looked at Obito, his eyes filled with shock. "Your idea is dangerous, brother."
"Obito-nii, I think you've lost your mind, haven't you? Idiot, who just said they liked Rin?" Koki said, half-teasingly.
"Hehe, actually I don't like her." Obito closer to Koki, wanting to get close, his eyes full of childlike innocence, as if he wanted comfort.
"I think you've really ruined your brain with drinking. You're not allowed to drink anymore!" Koki said, feigning indifference to scare him.
"Okay, I'll listen to you, I'll listen to whatever you say." Alcohol was making Obito's thinking more childish, and he was now like a child, wanting comfort from Koki. He carefully hugged Koki again.
Oh, so warm, so reassuring, I love this person in my arms so much. Obito's brain was no longer able to think, he could only instinctively hold Koki tightly.
"Alright, go to sleep, what time is it?" Koki tried to push Obito away, but failed. His strength seemed to be even greater than before, which puzzled Koki. Could it be that one's strength increases after drinking?
