Koki comforted Nagato and encouraged Akatsuki to build a better future for the Land of Rain, then confronted Danzo alongside Tsunade and Shizune. After Sasori saved Koki and treated Shizune, Koki awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan and Susanoo, while Orochimaru’s summoning escalated the battle.

• Koki replied to his friends and joined Yahiko and Nagato beneath the covered walkway, where he proposed breaking the mountains between the Land of Wind and the Land of Rain to redirect the rain.
• Nagato told Koki how his parents died protecting him from Konoha ninja, and Koki embraced him, promised to protect him, and urged him to help change the world.
• Koki encouraged Konan and Nagato to remember their hardships and work for the Land of Rain’s future, while Konan confronted Sasori for following Koki.
• Danzo attacked Tsunade and Shizune at an inn, and Koki arrived to fight alongside them as Orochimaru joined Danzo and Kakuzu refused Danzo’s offer to kill Koki.
• Danzo used Izanagi and a Cursed Seal to immobilize Koki and reach for his Sharingan, but Sasori intervened and killed him before Koki’s Mangekyō awakened.
• Sasori recognized Koki and demanded he return to Sunagakure, but Koki asked him to save Shizune, and Sasori began treating her grave wounds.
• Koki summoned Susanoo and tore Danzo apart, then collapsed from exhaustion as Orochimaru killed Danzo and Koki resolved not to trust him.
• Danzo revived and fought Sasori and Koki, then Orochimaru summoned giant beasts while Tsunade summoned Katsuyu, leaving the battle poised to intensify.

Koki helped bring Danzo down, returned to a Konoha shaken by political unrest, and joined Minato on a mission to Rōran. After the Ryūmyaku’s seal carried him into the past, Koki found a wounded young Sasori in the desert.

• Koki and his allies defeated Danzo, while Orochimaru escaped and Shizune remained unconscious.
• Koki returned to Konoha, where he urged Hiashi to oppose Hiruzen Sarutobi and learned that rumors linked him romantically to Sasori.
• Hiashi and Yashiro challenged Hiruzen’s leadership, and Hiruzen resigned before Jiraiya accepted the Hokage position.
• Minato led Koki, Akimichi Chōza, and Shibi Aburame across the desert to investigate the energy crystal beneath Rōran.
• Koki and Minato encountered Naruto in Rōran, then Koki fell into the chamber beneath the tower and activated its seal.
• The Ryūmyaku transported Koki through a purple pillar, and he woke alone in the desert with a sword before finding a wounded masked youth.
• Sasori attacked the Kazekage’s office to avenge his parents, then fled Sunagakure and fell unconscious after a hidden attacker wounded him.

Koki’s time among the Uchiha deepened his bonds with Madara and Izuna, while he rescued Tobirama and helped bring the Uchiha and Senju toward peace. The arc ended with Madara and Hashirama agreeing with Koki’s proposal to build a village where their people and children could be safe.

• Koki found the gravely wounded Sasori in the wilderness and carried him to safety, then later returned to the past and worried about those searching for him.
• Koki grew closer to Izuna and Madara, comforting them through war and family pressures while helping Izuna train and resolve to change his fate.
• Koki discovered the injured Tobirama by the river, treated him, and killed the Sarutobi pursuers who attacked them.
• Madara opened up to Koki about his father’s warning and his struggle over peace with the Senju, and Koki promised to support his choice.
• Koki persuaded Izuna and the Uchiha elders to accept the peace agreement, and the Senju and Uchiha celebrated their alliance.
• Hashirama, Madara, and Koki recalled their bond, and Koki proposed building a village that would keep children safe, which Hashirama and Madara supported.
