This old man was Xuan Zi, the deputy pavilion master of the Sea God Pavilion, known as Elder Xuan. He was a Level 98 Super Douluo with the title of Taotie Douluo, and his Martial Soul was the Godly Taotie Bull, a Martial Soul containing a true dragon bloodline.
