Bibi Dong came from a commoner background. Her Innate Full Soul Power and Twin Martial Souls brought her directly under Pope Qian Xunji’s tutelage and established her as Spirit Hall’s Saintess. She was regarded as its foremost cultivation talent, with Jun Yan ranked immediately behind her 1 5.

A little over a year before Jun Yan joined the Enforcement Corps, she competed alongside him in the All-Continent Advanced Soul Master Academy Tournament. As their team’s only two Soul Kings, they held a decisive advantage over opponents whose teams had no more than four-ring Soul Masters 6.

Dark Demon Evil God Tiger Encounter

Bibi Dong and Jun Yan entered the Star Dou Great Forest to obtain their Sixth Soul Rings but encountered the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger. Jun Yan suffered a chest-piercing wound while covering her retreat. A Titled Douluo secretly protecting her rescued her and drove off the tiger, sustaining injuries himself 1.

Believing Jun Yan dead, Bibi Dong reported his loss to Jun Kuang outside Pope Hall. Qian Xunji intervened when Jun Kuang’s grief caused his Soul Power to overwhelm her. Jun Yan then returned alive, and she thanked him for risking his life to save her 5.

Sea God Island Expedition

About a year later, Bibi Dong joined Spirit Hall’s expedition to Sea God Island. She brought Yu Xiaogang because he wanted to study Sea Soul Masters and believed his findings could aid the campaign. Jun Yan challenged both his usefulness and the wisdom of exposing him to danger, but she continued defending him 21 23.

During the voyage, she cared for the seasick Yu Xiaogang. When pirates attacked, her inability to swim or fly initially prevented her from reaching their ships; Jun Yan created a tree bridge for her to cross 24 25.

After landing, Bibi Dong urged Jun Yan to remain with her and Yu Xiaogang for safety. Although she also wanted his help protecting Yu Xiaogang, her principal concern was Jun Yan’s survival after their earlier forest encounter. He rejected the offer while pretending to be angry. The next morning, she learned that he had become a Soul Saint and revealed that she was only level 65 30 31.

Elder Hall Warning and Seclusion

After the failed expedition, Bibi Dong attended the proceedings at Elder Hall. Golden Crocodile Douluo praised the potential of her Twin Martial Souls, then warned her against remaining close to Yu Xiaogang. He emphasized Spirit Hall’s investment in her and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Sect’s diverging interests 36.

Rather than abandon Yu Xiaogang, she devoted herself to cultivation. She intended to gain enough strength to choose her own partner and, if Qian Xunji still opposed her, leave Spirit Hall with him. While she was secluded, Yu Xiaogang lost her protection and was expelled from Spirit City under accusations of espionage and plagiarism. Personality

Bibi Dong is deeply devoted to Yu Xiaogang and readily defends his scholarship despite his weak cultivation. She praises his Martial Soul theories, comforts him when others question him, and sometimes avoids contradicting him even when she privately recognizes merit in Jun Yan’s position 7 21.

Her attitude toward Jun Yan becomes warmer after his apparent sacrifice. She notices his increasingly formal address, wonders why he has grown distant, and shows concern for his safety. Nevertheless, her attachment to Yu Xiaogang repeatedly places them at odds 21 23 30.

Her response to Elder Hall’s warning shows determination rather than submission: she treats greater cultivation strength as a means of securing personal independence, not as a reason to surrender her relationship 50.
