Background / History

Kaze is a transmigrator with knowledge of the future direction of the ninja world and familiarity with abilities from another world. Before gaining power, he feared the Uchiha Clan Downfall; after discovering he possessed the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, he began pursuing a plan to prevent it and reshape Konoha’s political order 5.

Initially viewed as an unremarkable Uchiha, Kaze abruptly reveals exceptional Lightning Release talent when a newly developed technique destroys his roof. Fugaku subsequently invites him to attend future clan meetings, while Shisui worries that Kaze may be influenced by the clan’s radical elements 4.

Kaze’s early rise is marked by lethal confrontations with Kumogakure and Root. He eliminates a Cloud ninja squad, defeats Danzo’s subordinate Ryoma in a single move, and later kills Danzo himself 7 17 75.
