Shamu prepared the Allied Shinobi Forces for Obito’s war while pursuing plans to revive allies and alter old clan divisions. The arc ended with Shamu restoring Nagato’s vitality as the Demonic Statue stirred beneath Mountain Graveyard.

• Orochimaru began fusing Keimei’s and Yoya’s Mangekyō Sharingan while Obito summoned the Demonic Statue and restored Muku with the Box of Paradise.
• Obito launched the Ten-Tails’ revival as the Allied Shinobi Forces fought Stone Golems and White Zetsu, and Shamu confronted him at Mountain Graveyard.
• Shamu helped Mei Terumi expose Yagura’s control, brought former Mist outlaws back into the village, and arranged an attack on Killer B led by Kisame.
• Jiraiya questioned Shamu about his Mangekyō and the Great Toad Sage’s prophecy, then chose to create his own future rather than follow it.
• Yoya awakened his Mangekyō and wounded Obito, while Shamu became commander of the Allied Shinobi Forces and organized its divisions and defenses.
• Shamu revived Ryuzetsu, brought Sasuke and Naruto together, and helped abolish the Hyuga Clan’s Caged Bird Seal and family divisions.
• Muku, Hiruko, Tobi, and the Sky Ninja began an attack on Konoha as the village evacuated, while Shamu ambushed Obito with Amaterasu and drove him into the Kamui Dimension.
• Shamu restored Nagato’s vitality as Konan removed the Black Rods from his back, and the Demonic Statue roared beneath Mountain Graveyard.

Shamu strengthened the Uchiha Clan’s position, reshaped alliances, and prepared for conflicts involving Obito and Konoha. He left the village as Sarutobi defectors departed and Akatsuki turned its attention toward him.

• Shamu organized free combat classes and an Uchiha school, while Ōnoki focused on Deidara and Kakashi’s team investigated the mayor Disornas.
• Sasuke and Yahiko fought Boro, while Shamu trained the Uchiha and helped Minato enter Human Sage Mode.
• Kakashi and Kakuzu’s clash led Hiruko to deliver Tobirama Senju’s remains to Obito, and Orochimaru was elected Fifth Hokage.
• Shamu recruited Scorpion, arranged his reunion with his parents, and worked with Orochimaru as the Sarutobi Clan prepared to leave Konoha.
• Orochimaru’s people helped the Sarutobi Clan defect, while Asuma led Kurenai and other clan members toward Daimyo Manor.
• Shamu strengthened Madara, traveled toward Boruto’s timeline, and later revived Chiyo for work at Radiance Hidden Village’s Medical Academy.
• Madara cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, but Shamu sheltered the Allied Shinobi Forces as Fugaku fought Obito and broke through his Uchiha Flame Formation.
• Shamu secured alliances against Obito, explained his political plan to Fugaku, then left Konoha as Nagato ordered Konan to meet him and Jiraiya departed to investigate Orochimaru.

As Obito hunted the Jinchuriki and attacked villages, Shamu and the allied shinobi worked to protect survivors and prepare for the coming battles. Obito set a new attack for six days later, while Jigen discovered that Obito had tricked Boro.

• Danzo used Wood Release to overwhelm the fighters in Konoha, while Neji escaped with Hizashi’s body and Kaito planned to target the Branch Family.
• Shamu negotiated with the Raikage and Killer B, then met the Uchiha delegation returning to Konoha and went to Dejima Port to confront the Wasabi Clan’s exploitation of villagers.
• Minato and his allies defended Konoha from the Sky Ninja, while Shamu helped restore Tenten’s youth, addressed the Uchiha’s plans to leave Konoha, and guided Sasuke and Itachi in Sage Art training.
• Obito attacked Nagato and Konan, captured Jinchuriki, and killed Rasa and Gaara, while Shamu stabilized Utakata and told Kankuro that Gaara could still be saved.
• Obito fought Kakuzu and Scorpion, then attacked Kirigakure, where Minato drove him away from Mei Terumi and Utakata.
• Minato fought Hiruko as Obito attacked Utakata, while Kakashi and Guy battled the Sky Ninja and Shinno sent Guy flying backward.
• Obito met Boro and Sarutobi Ryunosuke, agreed to set an attack on Orochimaru's Lab for six days later, and planned to stay away from Konoha.
• Jigen instructed Boro to bring Deepa on the mission, then noticed something on the hand Boro had shaken with Obito and realized Obito had tricked him.

Shamu strengthened his position while Obito gathered power and the villages suffered attacks, forcing alliances and confrontations across the shinobi world. The stretch ended with Shamu drawing the Hyuga Clan into the reshaping of Konoha’s Military Police Force as the Uchiha conflict continued.

• Shamu shielded Minato from Jigen, but Jigen defeated him, took him through a portal, and etched Karma onto his hand.
• Obito extracted Matatabi from Yugito, leaving her dead in Yoya’s arms, while the Raikage assessed the destruction of Kumogakure.
• Shamu treated Sasuke and Shisui, prepared Orochimaru’s body with Otsutsuki energy, and went to negotiate with the Raikage as Obito’s plans advanced.
• Shamu revealed Danzo’s crimes to Tsunade and recruited her as a medical consultant for the Uchiha, while Cloud’s cannon attacks devastated the Hidden Mist’s ports.
• Shamu demonstrated his strength to the Kage, helped revive Minato, and confronted Obito’s operations as Nagato, Konan, and Jiraiya escaped the Demonic Statue’s attack.
• Shamu fought Madara as the conflict intensified, while Might Guy killed Momoshiki and Urashiki escaped Rock Lee before collapsing in another dimension.
• Danzo ordered Root to give Hiruzen a Sharingan and undermine the Uchiha, while Shamu suspended hawkish Uchiha officers and invited Hiashi to help staff the Military Police Force.
