Background

Li Yu arrived in the Douluo Continent at the Shuo Feng Cold Plains and initially presented himself as an unmarried traveling woman. His system-enhanced appearance and charm immediately drew the attention of Xue Beng, Emperor Xue Ye, and Qian Renxue, who was disguised as Crown Prince Xue Qinghe. Emperor Xue Ye subsequently arranged Li Yu's marriage to “Xue Qinghe.” 2

Initially regarded as a politically useful but cultivation-poor bride, Li Yu rapidly became indispensable to Qian Renxue's position.
