Preparation
Hearing Daisy speak, Sean's smile grew even gentler, "Of course."
"But I heard Harry say that Hogwarts ' sorting houses are decided based on each person's personality and talents." Daisy spoke timidly, her voice almost a whisper, tinged with weakness.
"That's true, but I have some tips to help you choose your hospital when you're assigned." Sean moved a little closer to the bed.
In the Wizarding World, even young wizards born into the Wizarding Family are not told the specifics of the Sorting process by their parents or older siblings. Just as Dumbledore said, he wanted every young wizard to maintain curiosity and awe.
However, Daisy's situation was special, Sean felt that it would be fine to tell her, as it would deepen the little girl's anticipation of school and be beneficial to her situation.
Harry sat on the edge of his sister's bed, his eyebrows twitching in surprise. "There's such a way? Sean, you didn't tell me!"
Sean winked at Daisy: "Your brother was so nervous during the sorting that he almost tripped and fell."
"Hey, hey, buddy, let me maintain my heroic image in front of Daisy, okay?!" Harry's face was a little red, but after seeing Daisy's upturned eyes, he deliberately raised his voice to make his 'ridiculous brother' image more vivid.
Clearly, Daisy and Harry were very close. Seeing her brother's deliberately comical expression, she laughed, "Harry, you lied to me. You said you fought Troll."
"Actually, I almost tripped while fighting the Troll, you know, that big guy was no pushover," Harry said seriously.
After exchanging a few jokes, Daisy looked at Sean again. She thought that the boy in front of her was only slightly less handsome than her brother, but he made a great first impression.
"Mr. Wallop— "
"Sean, just call me Sean, Daisy," Sean interjected with a smile.
"Okay, okay, Sean," Daisy blushed slightly, clearly she rarely interacted with strangers. "What is the method?"
Sean crossed his arms. "Let's keep some surprises in mind, Daisy. Consider this your school gift."
"Really?" Daisy's eyes sparkled.
"Of course," Sean replied with a smile. He always felt that his style of doing things was somewhat similar to Dumbledore's.
Daisy's eyes crinkled into a smile, but quickly she frowned again, her voice melancholic. "But, given my situation, it'll be difficult for me to get into school... I might hurt someone..."
"Daisy, you're just sick. You'll be fine once you're better." Harry tucked one hand deeper into his sleeve and patted his sister's head with the other.
Daisy keenly noticed Harry's movements. She curled up slightly, her voice trembling with a hint of tears, "Back then, I didn't even know you..."
Did Harry get hurt when the Blood Curse and Obscurus erupted...? Sean thought silently.
He then smiled again and walked over to Harry: "In fact, this is a very serious situation."
"Sean!" Harry kicked him anxiously from under the bed.
Daisy lowered her head.
"Hey, Daisy, look at me." Sean gestured for Harry to calm down, then looked at Daisy.
The girl hesitated for a long time before slowly raising her head, her eyes already brimming with tears.
"Daisy, what do you think of Professor Dumbledore?" he asked abruptly.
"Professor Dumbledore is very kind..." Daisy sobbed. "He is also very capable. My mother said that I must thank him properly after I get better."
Sean spread his arms wide exaggeratedly. "Impressive? That's far more than that! Dumbledore's greatness far exceeds your imagination!"
Daisy was a little confused. Of course she knew that Dumbledore was a very powerful person, but judging from Sean's appearance, he seemed to be even more powerful.
"You haven't experienced it, Daisy! Let me tell you—" Sean's expression was solemn, with even a hint of fanaticism in his eyes.
After omitting some details, he recounted Riddle's infiltration of Hogwarts.
Sean was always a good storyteller, and his passionate narration captivated not only Daisy but also Harry had experienced part of the story.
"... Finally, Dumbledore, riding a giant, flaming, seven-colored bird, trapped the evil Dark Wizard within a massive barrier. Hogwarts Castle trembled, and the armor and statues, enhanced by the spell, grew taller than the towers! They bravely charged forward and finally defeated the evil Dark Wizard. Dumbledore, soaring through the air, a faint smile on his face, opened his arms in the rising glow..."
By the time the story was finished, Daisy's eyes were sparkling. "Wow, that's amazing!"
"Wow, that's amazing..." Harry was stunned. He had stayed behind the fire barrier for a long time that night. Had all these things happened outside?
Daisy turned to look at him. "Harry, you're so brave! I'm so proud of you!"
In Sean's story, Harry's image was artistically embellished.
Harry scratched his head a little embarrassedly, chuckled, and after enjoying his sister's praise, gave Sean a grateful look.
The fervor on Sean's face faded, and he became increasingly satisfied with his acting skills.
"Daisy, so don't worry, just cooperate with Professor Dumbledore. I'll be waiting for you on the Hogwarts Express," he said, extending his hand to the girl. "Is it a deal?"
Daisy took a deep breath, her eyes filled with growing anticipation.
"It's a deal!" The girl gave Sean a high five with her cold, delicate hand.
When Sean said goodbye to Daisy and walked out of the room, he saw Dumbledore standing by the window in the hallway outside, looking at the moon.
"The door wasn't closed properly, and I heard your story, Sean." Dumbledore looked somewhat embarrassed, and he shrugged. "I didn't even know I was so...great?"
Sean chuckled, "Professor Dumbledore, this is exactly what I imagined."
"Thank you, child, but perhaps it's best to avoid this kind of artistic embellishment in the future," Dumbledore said with a smile and a shake of his head.
"It's all for Daisy." Sean's expression turned serious again.
"Of course, you did a great job. Now it's up to us."
Everyone else came up from the living room, and then they all took out their wands.
