Sean spent the rest of his time in the library and the Room of Requirement, knowing he wouldn't be able to use his wand after summer vacation, so he couldn't waste these last moments.

"Bang!" In the training ground, the dummy was slammed against the wall by a transparent force.

Sean withdrew his hand with satisfaction. The process of getting used to the Obscurus was faster than he had imagined. Although he could only borrow a portion of its power, and the intensity was not as terrifying as it had been in the Source of Magic, he was already very satisfied.

With Obscurus, even if he's disarmed, he'll still have the ability to fight back, and he also has two adorable little ones, Dave and Naja.

After finishing his practice, Sean walked out of the Room of Requirement. Today was the end-of-term banquet, and the House Cup would also be decided. However, before that, Sean had to go see Newt.

The bag Dumbledore gave him had limited space, and Sean really wanted Newt's Suitcase. When he cautiously asked if he could get help, Newt was as unconventional as he was in his youth, readily agreed.

Clearly, the Ministry of Magic's ban on the Undetectable Extension Charm had no effect on Newt.

"Sean, here you go." Newt handed Sean a ring.

Sean took the ring with a puzzled look. The band seemed to be made of sterling silver, with a pale blue gemstone set in the center.

Seeing Sean's expression, Newt smiled shyly, "Sean, you know what? I've always regretted something."

"Professor Scamander?"

Newt sighed and placed his suitcase on the table. "I've always regretted not choosing an eyeglasses case."

Sean: "..."

"The Undetectable Extension Charm is much more magical than you think, and a wizard's abilities can determine the object he casts the spell on," Newt said regretfully, shrugging. "Back then, I couldn't cast spells on small objects, and I didn't know how the Transfiguration Charm and the Undetectable Extension Charm could coexist, so I just found a box. You can probably imagine what happened next: there were more and more Magical Creatures, and just keeping an eye on them was exhausting enough. By then, I couldn't find a more portable way to carry them."

Newt smiled at Sean, "Put it on, then rub the inside of the ring with your thumb and mutter ' Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them?'"

Sean put the ring on his index finger and then rubbed it with his thumb.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them?"

Then, Sean saw the sapphire on the ring move like a mechanical part, and soon it turned into a huge funnel.

Surprisingly, Sean didn't even feel the weight of the funnel.

"The Levitation Charm has some wonderful uses; there are even some alchemical elements involved." Newt seemed very happy.

"That's so cool..." Sean exclaimed, then awkwardly tried to scratch his head, only to be hit on the head by a huge funnel.

"Aww!"

"Oh, be careful, Sean." Newt grabbed the funnel and pulled it down, pressing it down hard until it became a thin layer.

"You can stick it on the ground." Newt squatted down and stuck the rectangle on the ground. Sean rubbed his head and looked over. There was a hole in the ground that he could go down into, and there was a ladder inside.

"This is wonderful, Professor Scamander," Sean said, unable to contain his smile, then added shyly, "But it's too precious, Professor, I can't accept it..."

Newt waved his hand dismissively. "I made this with an alchemist a while ago, but obviously, I had to ask my little darlings in the box if I wanted to move it. They rudely refused, so this ring will just have to collect dust."

He turned the funnel back into a ring and handed it to Sean with a smile, "Consider it your teaching assistant salary. You still have to come to my place once a week next semester. Merlin's beard, those guys are going to start arguing with me again after you've been gone all summer."

Seeing Newt's distress, Sean couldn't help but laugh out loud. He finally accepted the ring, saying, "Professor Scamander, I owe you a favor."

Newt waved his hand dismissively and then pointed out, "You'll have to prepare the things inside yourself. Also, it will turn back into a ring when you go inside, so be careful."

"I will, Professor."

Sean was in high spirits after receiving the ring, and his mood was even more cheerful at the end-of-term banquet.

"Clink, clink." Dumbledore tapped his wine glass with a smile, and the noise in the Great Hall subsided.

"Oh, I am delighted to see your smiling faces," Dumbledore, rising to his feet. He was wearing a bright red robe today. "However, before we enjoy the dinner, I must trouble you to listen to this old man's clichés."

A good-natured laugh filled the Great Hall, and Dumbledore continued, "First, let us thank our guests from afar, the students of Newmontgard, who have demonstrated the abilities of elite students in the exchange between the two schools and have contributed to the mutual progress of both schools."

The Newmontgard stood up expressionlessly and bowed. Except for Dumbledore, whose applause was exceptionally enthusiastic, the applause from the Hogwarts students was only drizzling.

"And our Hogwarts students have done well too. What a rich year it has been! Your little heads must be full of things. Remember to digest them during the upcoming summer vacation, because there's even more to come in the new semester."

"And next, the House Cup will be awarded."

"Fourth place, Gryffindor, 392 points; third place, Hufflepuff, 415 points; second place—" Dumbledore paused deliberately, and seeing that the Slytherin and Ravenclaw students had all sat up straight, he smiled and continued, "Slytherin, 439 points; first place, Ravenclaw, 477 points!"

Ravenclaw's cheers immediately filled the Great Hall. Sean was patted on the shoulder by a bunch of people, and Hermione also received enthusiastic cheers. The slightly proud girl's face was flushed with excitement.

Blue and bronze ribbons hung down around the Great Hall, and the sharp-eyed Ravenclaw Eagle Banner fluttered in the breeze. Professor Flitwick stood on a bench, shaking hands with all the professors with a broad smile, while Snape, who had been the head of Slytherin Head of House for half a semester, stood there forcing a reluctant smile.

Sean, celebrating with everyone, looked toward the teachers' table. Professor Dumbledore and Professor Scamander smiled at him simultaneously, while Snape didn't even glance at him.

He was staring coldly at Harry had rushed back for the dinner party.

Beneath the fluttering giant eagle banner, Sean and a flushed Hermione exchanged a glance and their smiles widened.
