The arc left Mark exploring how to survive a fall from space before news arrived that Lucario had awakened.

• Jirachi revealed that its daily Small Wishes had extended Mark’s life by about seven hundred years, while the Pokémon’s Medium Wish gave Mark the ability to multitask instead of creating another Mark.
• Mark returned to the Nia Pokemon Academy Academy Cup, where Caterpie achieved Bond Evolution, defeated Zhou Yuan’s Mega Charizard X, and helped Hack Pokemon Academy sweep the quarterfinals.
• Mark investigated the Stat Point Dream World and Dr. Philin’s Porygon, then traveled to the Frozen Tundra and found Laika alive after several hundred years and caught Spectrier in the Land of Abundance.
• Mark brought Laika to Clear Stream Village, where Laika began helping with crops and considered Mark’s advice to grow stronger through Combat Training.
• Yan Yong and Mi Yang came to see Mark, who revealed that he had captured Flaming to protect them, then brought Yan Yong and young Mi Yang to Fallen Sky Mountain Base.
• Youth Mi Yang explained that he came from a parallel world where Yan Yong had died during a Chaotic Pokemon Tide, and he warned young Mi Yang that Flaming had planned to control Hia Kingdom and the Ilan Principality.
• Flaming recovered his memories, abandoned his ambitions of domination, and chose to cooperate with Mark and pursue strength through Combat Training.
• Mark trained by taking repeated attacks and recovery, discussed ways to survive falling from space with Flaming and Youth Mi Yang, and made Flaming a Trainer at Clear Stream Gym before learning that Lucario had awakened.

Mark helped Dr. Philin uncover the truth about his Mewtwo project and moved Mewtwo to a cave near Fallen Sky Mountain, warning Philin that he would need to grow stronger to care for it. The arc ended as Mewtwo unleashed a violent wave of Telekinesis and Mark caught Dr. Philin.

• Mi Yang returned to World Number One Parallel after learning that Mew had likely stayed near Aya and Lucario, while Mark went to Royal Capital Riel for Hack Pokemon Academy’s Academy Cup semifinal.
• Mark and Jirachi used Spectrier to overwhelm Ciss’s team with a horde of Gengar Zombies, and Hack Pokemon Academy advanced after Ciss forfeited the next doubles match.
• Mew gave Leafeon the ability to switch between Leafeon and Eevee, then Jirachi used its Wish Tags to help Eevee evolve into Steel Eevee, whose starlight ability Mark began studying.
• Mark visited Dr. Philin’s institute, met the AI Xiao Ai, and learned that Philin had created Mewtwo from Mew and human genes for a technological revolution rather than to revive his daughter.
• Mew offered Dr. Philin genetic samples if he could catch it, while Mark explained Mew’s connection to Lucario and questioned Philin about his plans for Mewtwo.
• Mark warned Dr. Philin that Mewtwo could become dangerous and urged him to grow stronger, then moved Mewtwo’s cultivation container to a cave near Fallen Sky Mountain.
• Dr. Philin stayed beside Mewtwo in the cave as Mew stole his snacks and gave him chewed donut crumbs, which he recognized as a valuable genetic sample.
• Mewtwo released a violent wave of Telekinesis from its cultivation container, and Mark appeared to catch Dr. Philin.

Mark captured the rapidly grown Mewtwo, helped him make amends, and brought him to the Academy Cup finals as Hia faced growing political unrest. Hack Pokemon Academy won the Cup, while a failed assassination plot and the arrival of Fourth Prince Kang De left new threats and offers in play.

• Mark and Jirachi discovered that Jirachi had accelerated Mewtwo’s growth, and Mewtwo awakened, attacked Dr. Philin, and battled Mark and his Pokémon before Mark captured him.
• Mark helped Mewtwo understand his origins and the damage he had caused, then Mewtwo rebuilt a frame like the destroyed Cultivation Container and apologized to Dr. Philin, Venusaur, Leafeon, and the Magnet Pokemon.
• Mewtwo helped Leafeon evolve into Espeon, and Mark brought him to the Academy Cup preparation base, where Mi Yang warned that the Judgment Legion might act against them.
• Mark and Jirachi arranged to monitor the Judgment Legion, and Mewtwo stopped Qi Fei’s assassination attempt before Jirachi sent Qi Fei and his accomplices to Miao Miao Mountain under Bulbasaur Sage’s watch.
• Mark’s Vikavolt Multi-Magnemite and Caterpie defeated Zhao Pan, and Mark and Aya won their doubles match as Hack Pokemon Academy took a 2–0 lead.
• Mireina defeated Zhou Kuan, but Yan Yong and Nolan won the final match after Hia’s parliament declared independence, giving Hack Pokemon Academy the championship 3–1 and Mark the Best Trainer award.
• Little Mi Yang asked Old Man Qian to help him leave Clear Stream Village to search for Celebi, while Clark accepted Flaming’s offer to take control of Beyond Corporation and R Organization.
• Fourth Prince Kang De offered the academy team Z-Crystals and promised Mark a Chaos Space Token, while Gu Dan and Dean Cao arrived and Kang De suspected the Judgment Legion’s arrest operation had failed.

Mark gained Victini’s Infinite Energy, explored the damaged Dream Cultivation World, and learned Aura Power from Mew before rebuilding its training methods. He brought Bryce and several Judgment Legion members to Clear Stream Village, where new villagers joined as Lilith began connecting the village to altered memories and Memory Potions.

• Dean Cao escaped Kang De’s scheme, learned Hia had become independent, and led Mark and the others out of Riel City before they returned to Clear Stream Village.
• Victini awakened its ability to create Infinite Energy, empowered Mark and several Pokémon, and briefly restored functions of Mark’s Spirit Control Panel.
• Mark learned that Mew’s God Tree Space was failing, then discovered his Spirit Control Light Spot had opened a damaged Dream Cultivation World where Cresselia repaired the black rifts.
• Mew taught Aura Power to Mark and Leafeon, and Mark trained Aya and Lucario before developing new Aura manuals and an Embracing the Dan method.
• Bryce identified Mark as the Library Ghost and arranged to meet him, but Mark transported Bryce and Jon to Miao Miao Mountain, where they found Long Er, Shadow, and Qi Fei.
• Mark released twenty-seven Pokémon whose Trainers had died, and he and Jirachi discussed how to help them before Mark brought Bryce, Jon, Shadow, and Long Er to Clear Stream Village.
• Mark used Memory Potions and Mewtwo’s memory-reading ability to settle Bryce, Jon, Shadow, and Long Er as new villagers, while he reassured Bryce that he would live and must atone.
• As Clear Stream Village prepared for the Mew Festival, Mew played tricks on Phione, while Lilith recalled altered memories, Memory Potions, and Mark’s true role at Clear Stream Gym.
