Mark protected Lilith, registered Jirachi, and learned that the Magma and Aqua Legions sought Jirachi’s Eye of Truth. Jirachi transformed into the Forest Guardian, helped merge Miao Miao Mountain with Fallen Sky Forest, and Mark left to investigate Mew’s God Tree Space.

• Lilith remembered that Flaming had erased her group’s memories, revealed that she was Ninth Princess Lilith, and identified Wei Sheng as the assassin sent to kill her.
• Aya and the Pokémon defeated Wei Sheng, and Mark killed him after learning he had targeted Lilith.
• Lilith gave Mark her pendant containing a Dream Gem, while Flaming gave her a Garchomp and she received Wei Sheng’s Pokémon after his death.
• Jirachi announced that it was Mark’s Pokémon, attacked and healed Alliance inspector Black, then apologized and was officially verified as real.
• Mark warned Black that a worldwide Chaotic Pokemon Tide could come at any time, while the group learned that the Magma and Aqua Legions wanted to capture Jirachi and use the Eye of Truth.
• Jirachi endured a forest-wide transformation and awakened as a Forest Guardian with Steel and Grass attributes, then stabilized its territory with Mew and helped merge Miao Miao Mountain into Fallen Sky Forest.
• Mark woke to find that Fallen Sky Power had greatly increased, scolded Jirachi for creating a dangerous spatial trap, and entrusted Lilith and Bulbasaur Sage to remain with the Alliance officials.
• Mark, Mew, Aya, Lucario, and Mewtwo set out for the God Tree Space, where Mark asked Mew to practice Nature Dance and investigate a lasting solution to the space’s dependence on him.

Mark discovered that fissures connected the God Tree to shattered worlds, then traveled with his Pokémon toward Divine Grace Continent and encountered Shaymin. After learning of Shaymin’s lost Flower Field and its connection to Cresselia, Mark rushed back as a massive Chaotic Pokemon Tide threatened Fallen Sky Forest, where the defenders and Bulbasaur Sage prepared to meet it.

• Mark and Mewtwo used Regice’s senses to find thousands of cracks in the God Tree and learned that they opened onto shattered worlds, though Mark could not repair the damage.
• Mark traveled with Lilith and the Pokémon toward Divine Grace Continent, where Leafeon scouted for Shaymin and protected Doctor Huo Song from Li Jin’s Galaxy Organization officers.
• Shaymin secretly followed Mark’s group, stole Leafeon’s Life Fruits, and eventually appeared in Jirachi’s Dream Cultivation World while hunting for food.
• Mark agreed to help Shaymin find Flower Field and offered it shelter in exchange for demonstrating its powers and revealing how to enter his Dream Cultivation World.
• Mark searched Ice Lake Forest for signs of Cresselia, but Shaymin said it had met Cresselia in her Dream World and agreed to train with Mark.
• After Flaming reported that the Chaotic Pokemon Tide had erupted, Mark left for Fallen Sky Forest with Doctor Huo Song, Shaymin, and the other Pokémon.
• Hundreds of Chaos Space entrances opened in the Desert of No Return, and Gigantamax-powered Chaos Pokemon overwhelmed the Hollier Defense Line as Kuman was killed in the advancing tide.
• Qian Cheng found the Hollier Defense Line undefended while Clear Stream Gym’s Trainers and Pokémon fought at the Thornbush Defense Line, where Mark arrived with Jirachi and the others.

After stopping the Chaos Pokemon Tide, Mark created the Dream Machine and advanced to the Embracing the Dan realm, becoming a half-Aura lifeform. He traveled with Mi Yang between parallel worlds, where Jirachi became Shiny and used its Great Wish to awaken its counterpart from a thousand-year sleep.

• Jirachi, empowered by Victini and fused with Spectrier, stopped the Chaos Pokemon Tide, while Mark and his allies restored the damaged Pokemon and drove the remaining threat back into the Chaos Space.
• Old Master Qian Cheng returned to Clear Stream Village, where he introduced the group to Paradox Pokemon, including Great Tusk, and Mark learned more about the Chaos Space on the Azure Plains.
• Shaymin brought Mark to Cresselia’s Dream World, where Cresselia helped him develop the Dream Machine with Mewtwo and Porygon, increasing his daily cultivation time in the Dream Cultivation World to three hundred days.
• Mi Yang returned from parallel worlds and told Mark that Flaming of World Number Fifty-Seven Parallel had pursued him after learning about transmigrators, while Mark considered finding Sun Jun and learning about his ability.
• Mark admitted Mi Yang to the Dream Cultivation World through an agreement, replaced his body systems with Aura, and reached the Embracing the Dan realm ahead of schedule.
• Mark became a half-Aura lifeform and sparred with Mewtwo, then traveled with Mi Yang and Shiny Celebi to another world, where Jirachi’s Wish Tags turned red and Jirachi became Shiny.
• Jirachi learned that it had regained a Great Wish and chose to use it to awaken the Jirachi of this world, which Mark and his companions found sleeping inside a Crystal on Fallen Sky Mountain.
• Jirachi’s Great Wish broke open the Crystal and awakened its counterpart, who realized that its thousand-year sleep had ended and that it still had a Great Wish.

Mark and his allies rescued Jirachi across parallel worlds, while Sun Jun and Shaymin uncovered threats tied to Rainbow Rocket and Flaming. The arc ended with Mark setting out to alter a tragic timeline as Lei Meng regained his memories and confronted John.

• Awakened Jirachi returned the Great Wish to Shiny Jirachi, which used Wish Star Grand Gathering to summon a Jirachi from World Number One Parallel.
• Mark and Mi Yang rescued fifty-five Jirachi across parallel worlds, while Sun Jun escaped Flaming’s dungeon after training Koffing’s Smog for decades in the Stat Point Dream World.
• Sun Jun settled in Clear Stream Village, met Shaymin, and learned from Blue Enchantress that Rainbow Rocket targeted transmigrators.
• Mi Yang and Shiny Celebi encountered alternate-world Lei Meng and Flaming, and Mark’s allies captured Lei Meng while Dark Celebi was brought to Mark.
• Mark learned that Flaming had transformed Celebi into Dark Celebi to break the timeline in which Mi Yang always died, then decided to help Dark Celebi save Mi Yang in World Number Fifty-Seven Parallel.
• Mark traveled with Laika and Little Mi Yang toward the Frozen Tundra to test whether a Timeline Factor could change the past.
• Lei Meng regained his memories, attacked John in an attempt to restore his identity, and learned that John already knew who he was.
