Mark investigated Laika’s past, brought Calyrex back to life, and helped Sun Jun uncover the Mysterious League and Rainbow R Organization. He then traveled to a parallel world to save Mi Yang without creating a Time Paradox, leaving Mew with new transformation powers and the real Hoopa Confined newly retrieved.

• Lei Meng woke from Combat Training trauma, and John gave him a Memory Potion, a Hypnosis Gun, and instructions for using them.
• Mark reunited with Mi Yang and Laika in the past, where Laika discovered that the bandits Hogg had asked Mark to stop were his own family and village.
• Mark worked with Calyrex to recreate the events Laika remembered, then returned to the future and restored Calyrex from its underground sleep.
• Calyrex used Incredible Harvest to grow food, while Mark rescued frozen villagers and Pokémon and expelled Laika from Clear Stream Gym.
• John Two exposed Du Wei, and Sun Jun learned from Lan Xin that the Mysterious League was a competition and information exchange for transmigrators.
• Mark ended Sun Jun’s Dream Cultivation World after eighty-four years and led the group to a parallel world to save Mi Yang and normalize Dark Celebi.
• Mark arranged for Mew to follow the original events, then rescued it and the others after Mi Yang died and Mew was left near death.
• After returning to the parallel world, Mew discovered that its transformations granted it the transformed Pokémon’s powers, and it helped pull the real Hoopa Confined out of its ring.

Mark captured Hoopa, merged Mew’s spaces, and prepared for the Youth Trainer Tournament while Celebi’s strange disappearances drew his attention. At the Round of 64, Jirachi and Mew defeated Tiger’s team, and Bickley began plotting to seize Mark’s Pokémon.

• Mark subdued Hoopa Confined, learned that its violent consciousness remained sealed, and captured it after warning it to train for the threat within.
• Mew merged God Tree Space with Stone Gate Forest, gaining a Forest Guardian Form, while Doctor Krama identified a Shiny Nihilego in OTZ404.
• Mark met the Ultra Defense Force in Bere City, agreed to let Kitazawa Chiharu protect him, and discovered Celebi and Shaymin hiding in his backpack.
• Celebi began vanishing briefly after hearing a mysterious voice, so Mark examined its condition during Combat Training in the Dream Cultivation World.
• Mark selected Jirachi, Mew, Hoopa, Mewtwo, Calyrex, and Leafeon for the tournament as Celebi sensed another Celebi nearby.
• Bickley arrived in Bere City to investigate Mark, while the Round of 64 began with Mark facing Tiger and his Incineroar.
• Jirachi overwhelmed Incineroar with its attacks, healed it, and returned to Mark’s Pokeball as the arena crowd began cheering.
• Mew transformed into Mega Gyarados and defeated Tiger’s Mega Gyarados, giving Mark his first knockout-stage victory as Bickley plotted to claim Mark’s Pokémon and methods.

Mark stopped Bickley’s attack with help from Celebi’s future selves, then returned to the tournament and defeated Peter. After two Cosmog hatched from eggs guarded by Nihilego, Zhou Tong emerged from the Ultra Deep Sea and joined Clear Stream Gym.

• Mark sent Jirachi, Mew, Celebi, and Shaymin to rescue people as explosions struck around Bere Hotel, while Ling Huan infiltrated the hotel and attacked him.
• Mark and his Pokémon subdued Ling Huan and Bickley, but Bickley’s time-slowing assault forced Mark’s Celebi to fight two controlled Celebi alone.
• Mark guided Celebi to call for help from its future self, and a swarm of Golden Celebi broke Bickley’s Time Barrier and killed him.
• Mark gave Shane evidence about the Rainbow R Organization, then left for the tournament while Flaming arranged to capture Zhou Tong.
• Mark defeated Peter’s Volcarona with Leafeon and advanced to the top eight after Calyrex dispatched Peter’s mutated Braixen.
• Mark identified the two black spheres inside Nihilego as Cosmog eggs, and Jirachi, Mew, and Victini helped them hatch into Little Nebula Cosmog.

Mark rescued Zhou Tong’s family, while Caterpie evolved into Kakuna and revealed powerful new forms. Mark advanced through the semifinals, then prepared for the final until an unexpected event threatened to stop it.

• Mark used Celebi and Jirachi to save Zhou Tong’s daughter Anna and wife in a parallel world, then brought them back to Clear Stream Village.
• Caterpie woke in time to battle Luo Lan’s Dolphin Hero, adapted through instinct, and evolved into Kakuna after winning.
• Kakuna revealed its Ten Thousand Styles transformations, including the giant World Devouring Worm and the silver World Destroying Worm, while Rayquaza attacked Jirachi and Leafeon.
• Mark learned that the Draconids near Sky Pillar Mountain might hold clues about Rayquaza, then returned to Bere City for the tournament semifinals.
• Mark and Aya agreed to pit Golisopod against Lucario, and Golisopod won their Bond Evolution clash before Mark defeated Aya’s remaining Pokémon.
• Mark chose Jirachi, Mew, Mewtwo, Kakuna, Victini, and Hoopa for the final, then received news of an unexpected event that could prevent it.
