Emotional Sensitivity

Ralts, Kirlia, and Gardevoir are highly sensitive to emotions. They prefer positive feelings and react negatively to dark or hostile states of mind. 1

Background and History

Akesato’s Pokémon journey begins when his Pokémon Trainer System hatches a Ralts with Kamo Hayami’s assistance. Over eight years, Ralts grows alongside him, evolves through Kirlia into Gardevoir, and becomes his closest companion. 3 1

After moving to Tokyo, Akesato deliberately searches for Cursed Spirits to train Gardevoir and acquire further Pokémon. The city’s spiritual sites provide experience, combat practice, and items such as Z-Crystal Shards. 5 7

Pokémon become increasingly integrated into Tokyo Jujutsu High through eggs, Trainer partnerships, classes, and regular sparring. Their rapid growth initially creates disorder, prompting Gardevoir, Darkrai, and Dominant Panda to establish patrol zones, discipline younger Pokémon, and maintain order. 146 149

Akesato later presents Pokémon Trainers as a formal new branch of Jujutsu Sorcery. He supports the proposal with battle data from the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons and emphasizes that Pokémon can be raised by ordinary people as well as sorcerers. 254

By the Spirit Continent era, Pokémon are recognized internationally as a powerful independent force. Gardevoir’s interactions with a film crew help present Pokémon as people capable of communication, affection, and cooperation with humans. 466
