There Are Always Troublemakers Out to Get Me
A more dazzling silver light burst forth from the tip of Harry's wand than before, coalescing into a silver animal. Specks of light swirled around the creature, completely dispelling the chill that had enveloped the room.
In the shimmering silver light, the animal reared up, lowered its head, and silently galloped away from Harry.
Loren controlled the Dementor's body, watching as a horned, four-legged creature charged straight at him.
Just as Loren was about to retract Boggart and exit the Dementor's body, the body suddenly underwent an unexpected change.
An invisible wave spread from the head to the entire body, and the Dementor's long-standing stiffness, sluggishness, and coldness gradually disappeared. The chilling Dementor Magic Power vanished in mid-air, replaced by Grey Mist -like Boggart Magic Power.
Boggart reverted to his original form, Loren was somewhat surprised to feel the feedback coming from his body.
The Patronus's silvery-white light lost its effect, and the Boggart's Magic Power drifted aimlessly. As the Grey Mist, mist-like Magic Power spread through Harry and seeped into his mind, the Boggart's properties gave Loren a strange experience.
Although Loren couldn't see Harry's memories, even more strange information was conveyed through the emotion of fear. Various images that had once instilled fear in Harry naturally appeared before Loren's eyes.
Voldemort, Quirrell, the Acromantula, the Basilisk...
It seems that even a fleeting thought of his can materialize into a tangible form of fear.
Loren didn't know what this meant, but instead of Transfiguration rashly, he controlled Boggart to crawl back into the Walnut Wood box in the corner, his consciousness returning to his body under the Trapdoor.
Harry saw the Dementor disappear into the darkness; they were gone.
The Patronus turned around and walked silently toward Harry. It had a pair of antlers and stared at Harry with its large silver eyes.
"Prongs ..." Harry murmured softly.
He reached out to touch the silver spirit beast's forehead, but it vanished lightly, turning into scattered specks of light.
"It's a stag, what a beautiful Patronus."
The Trapdoor was opened, and Loren jumped up from below, dusted off his robes, and then calmly walked to the corner to retrieve the Walnut Wood chest.
Harry, looking on from behind, was somewhat bewildered. He stared wide-eyed and asked blankly, "Loren, what are you doing here?"
Loren walked over and patted him on the shoulder, replying sincerely, "I was worried you'd be bored in the hospital room by yourself, so I wrote to invite you over to see something fun."
"..."
Harry opened his mouth, seemingly wanting to say something but then stopping, as if he had a lot to say but didn't know where to begin.
Taking advantage of Harry's mental lapse, Loren tiptoed to the door and waved to him. "It's late, Harry, go back to your room and get some sleep."
After saying that, he walked out of the house and closed the wooden door.
A series of clattering footsteps came from outside the corridor; judging from the sound, the person was running very fast.
A few minutes later, Harry, having sorted out his thoughts, slowly came to his senses, staring at the wooden door, his fists clenched so tightly they cracked.
"Loren Morgan!"
Late at night, in the Library of the Fantasy Book.
The raging inferno surged with waves of fire, and countless fiery beasts rode the flames, carrying the hellish flames that burned everything to even greater distances.
As the fire unexpectedly spread in another direction, avoiding the open space, Flamel's eyes twitched incessantly; he was somewhat speechless.
Loren actually figured out the technique to control the direction of the Fiendfyre Blaze.
But why is it always his Library that suffers?
Loren looked at the raging inferno and clicked his tongue in a sigh, "Unfortunately, the Transfiguration effect on Fiendfyre didn't last long enough..."
"You've already explored the basics of this kind of magic; you can gradually refine it later."
Flamel waved his hand, resetting the Library's view, and found a comfortable spot to sit down. "Let's talk about Boggart. Didn't you discover a new characteristic before?"
"While I was controlling the Dementor..."
After recounting the events in detail, Loren scratched his head. "It's strange, but it doesn't seem to do anything. The things that Boggart Transfiguration into, except for Dementor, are just empty shells and can't do anything."
"Hmm... maybe it will be useful in other areas."
Flamel, with a deep gaze, gave a few noncommittal replies before sending Loren out of the Fantasy Book.
Looking at the spot where Loren's consciousness had disappeared, Flamel sighed softly, his expression complex.
Even if it was useless, it still allowed Loren to directly touch emotions and the vessel of fear.
"Nicol, you possess the talent for Prophecy, so did you foresee his growth rate in the Prophecy?"
The next day, at lunchtime, at the Great Hall Gryffindor long table in the Great Hall.
"Hiccup~"
"Belch--"
After they had eaten their fill, George and Fred each let out a burp, one crisp and loud, the other with a lingering echo. Both thought they had won the contest between the twins, exchanged a glance, and burst into laughter.
After they finished laughing, they started drinking juice, trying to squeeze the bubbles out of their stomachs and then let out a melodious burp.
George took a sip, straightened his posture, and silently felt the gas slowly rising.
As he was preparing to burp, Fred noticed Harry, who had just been discharged from the hospital, putting ketchup into a clean plate with some familiar-looking cookies.
Fred hummed in response, then leaned closer and asked with interest:
"Harry, aren't these the cookies we brought for you?"
"Yes."
"Are you going to dip it in ketchup?"
"I won't eat it."
George interrupted their conversation, unable to contain his indignation, and asked loudly, "Why?"
"Because you sent it to me."
The reasons are sufficient and compelling, and cannot be refuted.
George and Fred exchanged a glance and burst into laughter simultaneously. "Hehehe..."
After laughing enough, George asked curiously, "So what are you doing?"
Harry didn't answer. Instead, he wiped the irregular sauce off the edge of the plate, wiped his face, forced a bright smile, picked up the plate, and left.
George and Fred smiled with interest and followed after them.
"Loren, I'm here to thank you for helping me learn the Patronus Charm. These cookies are my thank-you gift."
"..."
Loren glanced at the fake smile on Harry's face, then at the biscuits on the plate, which were tainted with a strange Magic Power. He could even smell the peculiar Potions odor on them.
After a brief silence, Loren slowly shook his head. "I don't eat cookies."
Harry's smile remained enthusiastic, "Just one piece, how about it?"
Hermione, Ginny, Ron, and Neville looked over curiously.
"I don't like ketchup," Loren declined again.
"It's delicious to eat directly, give it a try."
"..."
Loren bluntly called him out on it, "This was given to you by George and Fred yesterday, I saw it."
"Hateful!"
Harry's smile froze when his plan was exposed, and he angrily sat back down with his plate.
George and Fred couldn't help but burst into laughter.
"What's wrong? What's wrong?" Ron asked curiously as he sat down, watching his Twins brother take the cookie plate to wreak havoc on the others.
Harry poked at a fried sausage, took a big bite, and began to recount his experience from the previous night. "I was counting the gifts that had been delivered... Besides the cookies for George and Fred, there was also an anonymous prank envelope that started chirping and singing as soon as it was opened. Someone was definitely trying to frame me! How malicious! They wanted to make me anger Madam Pomfrey and then force me to drink a bitter potion!"
Ginny, standing next to her, looked at the empty plate and wished she could bury her head in it.
How could she have believed Luna's idea and sent such a stupid greeting card?
Thankfully, it wasn't signed...
Ron saw that his Twins brother was being rejected by many people. After whispering and discussing it for a while, the two casually placed the cookie next to Percy.
Ron couldn't help but glance over there, and took the opportunity to ask, "What does this have to do with Loren? The letter Loren sent?"
"Worse than that!" Harry began to accuse someone of wrongdoing, his voice filled with resentment and gritted teeth...
A few minutes later, Percy, his tongue still slurred and his face contorted with rage, chased George and Fred all over the Great Hall.
Brothers fight each other to the death.
The little wizards couldn't stop laughing.
The torrential rain poured down for two whole days, only gradually subsiding in the early hours of Monday morning, revealing a clear sky washed clean by the rain.
Monday was a noisy and busy Monday, and many young wizards cheered when they received invitations to the Potions Club after breakfast.
Professor McGonagall used the morning Transfiguration Class for recruitment exams. One of the two class periods was used for club recruitment exams, and the other was used for Animagus recruitment exams.
The young wizards felt completely relaxed after the exam, and even the little monsters in the Defense Against the Dark Arts seemed more pleasing to the eye.
In Lavender Brown's words, "Even when they're grinning, they're kind of cute."
Of course, she paid the price for it—she almost got hung on the chandelier by the little monster.
After class, Lupin asked Loren and the others to stay behind and help him clean up the messy classroom.
"I heard about the match, Harry. How are you?" Lupin said, putting the book into his briefcase.
"I forgot to tell you, Professor!"
Harry, who was arranging the tables and chairs neatly, exclaimed in surprise, slapped the table in frustration, and then said excitedly, "I only got some scrapes, and I've already learned the Patronus Charm, Professor, look—"
Harry took out his wand and proudly shook it: "[Patronus Charm]"
The soft light flowed out like a stream, converging into a silvery-white stag.
"It's a stag too..." Lupin was momentarily dazed, lost in his memories of the past.
Loren and Hermione looked at the Stag Patronus and compared it to their own Patronus.
Hermione's expression was somewhat strange. She knew that this was Patronus of normal size, but after seeing the Patronus of Loren and Dumbledore could almost blot out the sky, she couldn't help but feel a sense of disparity.
Ron was filled with jealousy. He moved closer and looked at the stag from left to right. If the Patronus hadn't been incorporeal, he probably would have picked it up and carried it away.
"My Patronus must become even more majestic!"
Ron had considered asking Loren for help, but he also knew that his Patronus Charm training was not yet sufficient and could not be activated by a Dementor.
"Professor, why did those Dementor break into the school?" Harry asked. "Weren't they ordered to patrol outside the school?"
"They were hungry," Lupin said calmly, regaining his composure. "Dumbledore wouldn't let them into the school, so their prey supply dried up. I think they haven't eaten in a long time... so they couldn't resist the temptation of that huge crowd around the Quidditch Pitch. The excitement... the high spirits... they thought it was a feast."
"But I was the only one who became their little biscuit!"
Harry said indignantly, "Don't let me run into them again, or else—"
Lupin glanced at him with a smile, "It won't happen again. Professor Dumbledore was furious after what happened on the pitch... Both the Ministry of Magic and the Dementor learned their lesson."
Harry grunted a few times, seemingly still wanting to fight the Dementor.
"By the way..." Lupin turned to Loren, "Loren, can the method you used to help Harry practice his Patronus be used on other people?"
Loren thought for a moment and shook his head, "That's just a stimulus. The important thing is that Harry is already familiar enough with the Patronus Charm. Even without me, he will be able to summon it soon."
"You're right..."
Although Lupin had anticipated this, he still couldn't help but sigh with disappointment upon hearing the news.
Professor McGonagall was very responsible; the results of the two Transfiguration exams came out on Wednesday.
Most of the third-grade wizards passed the exam.
The young wizards of Gryffindor were on their way to their Herbology Class when they suddenly heard the good news. They screamed and ran out of the Castle, wading through the wet grass, all the way to the entrance of the Greenhouse.
"This lesson is about processing mature Puffapod!"
Professor Sprout, dressed in a tan gardener's outfit, scanned the young wizards with a wary look. "I know you're going to learn from the Animagus. Professor McGonagall will give you leaves. Stay away from those poor Mandrake!"
The young wizards readily agreed, but Sprout's uneasy eyes still bothered him. After the young wizards were divided into groups and dispersed, the Hufflepuff Head of House stood guard around the Mandrake Field, refusing to leave for even a moment.
Harry dragged the barrel around in circles for a few moments without finding an opportunity. He returned to his friends and asked somewhat disappointedly, "Loren, do you have any extra Mandrake Leaf?"
"No more." Loren shook his head. He and Hermione hadn't gotten much when school started.
"You can buy them from outside," Neville said quietly. "Although Mandrake are troublesome to cultivate, they are sometimes sold in Diagon Alley. My leaves were bought by my mother."
