• Fuxi stripped Nuwa of her Demon Emperor position, and Bai Ze swore that the Demon Clan would submit to the Heavenly Court and stay out of the tribulation.
• Wen Zhong returned to Zhaoge, confronted Emperor Xin over Fox Fairy, and Shen Gongbao killed her to take her Seven Aperture Exquisite Heart.
• Shen Gongbao and Wuyun Xian joined Marquis Chong Houhu’s campaign, while Ling Xiao declared himself neutral and watched the war unfold.

The Sect of Interception’s conflict with Ling Xiao escalated as Wuyun Xian was converted and Tongtian confronted the Western Sages. Shen Gongbao’s curse killed Jichang, while Ling Xiao refined the Four Heaven-Opening Spirits, reached the peak of the Hunyuan Golden Immortal realm, and arrived at Ji Fa’s enthronement.

• Zhunti and Jieyin converted Wuyun Xian through repeated reincarnations, while Jiang Ziya executed Marquis Chong Houhu and Chong Yingbiao in Western Qi.
• Shen Gongbao reported Wuyun Xian’s capture to Tongtian, who led his personal disciples and the Immortal Slaying Sword Formation to Mount Sumeru.
• Tongtian withdrew after Pingxin intervened, and the Three Xiao Sisters confronted Ling Xiao before Yun Xiao left believing he still regarded her differently.

Ji Fa’s rebellion widened into a war against Great Shang as Jiang Ziya and Ling Xiao helped Western Qi defeat Zhang Guifang and the Four Sages of Nine Dragon Island. Ying Zheng founded Great Qin and claimed Human Clan sovereignty, while Tongtian and the Sect of Interception began considering how to oppose him and seize Ling Xiao’s treasures.

• Ji Fa declared himself Martial King of Zhou and announced a purge of Great Shang’s court, while Ling Xiao gave him the Yang Talisman Scripture and gave Ying Zheng the Demon-Suppressing Sword, which Ying Zheng named the Primordial Dragon Sword.
• Zhang Guifang’s Vast Wood Sea Formation inflicted heavy losses on Western Qi, but Huang Feihu and Huang Tianhua broke through its defenses, captured Azure Dragon Pass, and forced Zhang Guifang’s soldiers to surrender.
• Jiang Ziya, Manjusri, and Real Person Puxian defeated the Four Sages of Nine Dragon Island at Five Dragon Mountain, then carried their coffins to Golden Ao Island, where Tongtian attacked them and Ling Xiao healed Real Person Puxian.
• Ling Xiao confronted Tongtian and the Sect of Interception, warned them to attend the Rites Classic ceremony, and later received the Six Paths of Reincarnation Disk while warning Nezha that Ling Jing and his wife faced a calamity.
• Ying Zheng invited the lords and ministers to his founding ceremony, where Shen Gongbao and Kong Xuan challenged him and Xuandu fought Kong Xuan Outside the Chaos, defeated him, and returned to Qin Capital.

Ling Xiao’s schemes brought Chen Tang Pass to Great Qin and set Guangchengzi’s death against the Sect of Interception, driving Tongtian into a confrontation with Ling Xiao. Ling Xiao shattered Tongtian’s Immortal Slaying Sword Formation, but Tongtian recovered, leaving Ling Xiao poised to use a decisive trump card.

• Wen Zhong persuaded Emperor Xin to authorize action against Li Jing, while Ling Xiao sent Ao Moang and the Dragon Clan to protect Chen Tang Pass.
• Li Jing rejected Emperor Xin’s decree and defected to King Wu, Ji Fa, as Madam Yin, Nezha, and Chen Tang Pass’s soldiers resisted Shen Gongbao and the Sect of Interception.
• Nezha killed Golden Hoop Immortal and Guangchengzi killed Our Lady of Fire Spirit, while Ling Xiao placed both spirits on the Investiture of the Gods List.
• Ling Xiao warned Guangchengzi that the Sect of Interception planned to kill him, then arranged for him to join the Heavenly Court as the Central Yellow Emperor after his death.
• Guangchengzi provoked the Sect of Interception at Golden Ao Island, wounded Holy Mother Turtle Spirit, and died in the Immortal Slaying Sword Formation as Primal Lord of Heaven and Ling Xiao confronted Tongtian.
