Gellert never hesitates to make things difficult for Scarhead.

Early the next morning, Abufosi arrived at Newt's tent on time.

He and Gellert sat at the breakfast table, glaring at each other, clearly disliking each other.

"What are you looking at?" Abufosi asked coldly.

"I'm looking at the goats." Gellert whistled at the little goat Abufosi was holding. "Goat Boy, your sister-in-law doesn't seem like a local."

Contrary to Gellert's expectations, Abufosi did not erupt in rage or break down as he had anticipated; instead, he laughed.

"What are you laughing at?" Gellert asked.

"They all say you're the Niffler —I heard it from Harry, he gave you the nickname Niffler-Gellert," Abufosi said slowly. "But I don't think that's quite right; you shouldn't be the Niffler."

Gellert leaned back slightly and looked at the Goat Boy in front of him again.

"I can't believe you're still a normal person, Goat Boy," he said.

"Oh, no." Abufosi reached for the teacup Tina offered him, thanked her, and said, "Thank you—besides, I just think you don't deserve to be Niffler —by the way, Newt, how many kittens can a Niffler have in a litter?"

He was asking Newt that question.

"Six to eight pups per litter, Abufosi," Newt replied, head bowed.

"You see," Abufosi put down his teacup and said casually, "At least a Niffler can have six to eight offspring in a litter, while some can't have even one, causing the Grindelwald family line to end and only causing his sister worry."

A small blue vein bulged on Gellert's forehead.

He really broke down, he was completely broken down.

The extinction of the Grindelwald family was a lifelong pain for his sister—and he suffered many beatings because of it.

Veratia has even recently been considering finding Gellert a few girlfriends so that he can take on the important task of carrying on the Grindelwald family line.

Simply put, Veratia still wants several Grindelwald in the family to inherit the family business, rather than Grindelwald Potter like the the Habsburgs and Lorraine.

At this point, Abufosi couldn't resist adding insult to injury for Grindelwald.

"I think Mulert would be better, what do you think, Newt?"

Newt grinned when he heard the word.

It must be admitted that Abufosi... not only has a bad temper, but also a sharp tongue.

Gellert is almost red-hot, this is the greatest insult to him.

The mule is an animal that is the offspring of the domestic donkey and the domestic horse, both belonging to the genus Equus of the family Equidae.

Mules are highly infertile because the number of chromosomes in horses and donkeys is different, resulting in abnormal chromosome numbers in their hybrid offspring, which cannot undergo normal meiosis and thus cannot reproduce.

Moreover, mules share similarities with horses and donkeys in their habits, exhibiting a relatively balanced nervous system and a tendency to crowd around novel things. They are more gregarious than horses, but can be stubborn; if not properly trained and managed, they can easily develop bad habits.

This also implies that Gellert became Dark Wizard after losing his sister's guidance...

It has to be said, Abufosi's mouth is really sharp.

"Enough! That's not what I'm here to hear!" Gellert snorted. "Besides, our grander plan needs your cooperation, Abufosi."

"Stop talking to me like that, Mulert." Abufosi patted the little goat in his arms. "You should know that I've seen through your tricks long ago, and your Silver Tongue has no effect on me."

The term "Silver Tongue" comes from the idiom "eloquence is silver, silence is golden."

Gellert was quite eloquent, so people gave him this nickname.

"Scamander has agreed to work with me." Gellert wasn't discouraged and continued to persuade him patiently, "Think about it, Abufosi, even Newt believes in me, is there anything you wouldn't believe?"

"I'll never believe your tricks, Mulert," Abufosi scoffed, then looked at Newt with a hint of exasperation. "And you, why did you believe his nonsense? Does this kind of person have any credibility whatsoever?"

Newt sighed.

He didn't actually want to work with Gellert, but the offer Gellert made was just too tempting.

He knew, of course, that with Miss Grindelwald's level of skill, it would be extremely difficult for his aunt to fight her way out and win against Potter.

"There's no other way, Abufosi," Newt said softly. "I only chose to cooperate with him temporarily for my aunt's happiness..."

"Oh, enough, Newt," Abufosi said again, exasperated. "Think of Queenie, and all those poor souls deceived by Mulert —they too were lured in by Grindelwald's empty promises, but what did they actually do? He was only after his own ulterior motives!"

"I warn you, Godric's Hollow Goat, I am fighting for all my fellow Wizarding World! You betrayed me!" Gellert retorted angrily.

However, nobody listened to him; he had heard these same arguments countless times over the years.

"Miss Grindelwald is just too powerful, I have no way, I have no way..." Newt whispered, "Only by cooperating with him can I have a chance to get Auntie and Harry together..."

A question mark appeared above Abufosi's head.

no?

Sometimes when I type a question mark, it's not that I have a problem, but that I think you have a problem.

Could you please repeat what you just said?!

Your aunt? And Harry Potter?

"Your aunt is over a hundred years old, isn't she?" Abufosi stammered, pointing a finger at Newt. "Even if Harry Potter is that legendary wizard from a hundred years ago—good heavens, I forgot to ask him for his autograph—he's only thirteen this year. Are you going to let him be with an old lady? I advise you to wake up, Newt!"

As he spoke, Abufosi's white beard trembled, clearly indicating that he was experiencing great emotional turmoil.

Newt knew that Abufosi had misunderstood.

Indeed, if things aren't explained clearly, it's easy for people to misunderstand.

"Here's the thing, Abufosi." Newt began to try and explain the situation to Abufosi: "My aunt, for Harry's sake, practiced magical Margus, trying to use the lifespan of Unicorn to survive until Harry's return in 1991... But something went wrong, and now she's in a form somewhere between a ghost and Unicorn..."

"Oh." Abufosi still didn't quite understand.

"But don't worry, Aunt Pabbie still looks seventeen," Newt said softly.

"I see..." Abufosi pondered for a moment before asking, "So, she's destined to stay that way for the rest of her life?"

"Mr. LeMay said there might be a way, but not now," Newt replied.

Abufosi fell silent.

"I suggest you help Newt, Abufosi," Gellert said with a chuckle. "Aren't you moved? A young girl, for the sake of her beloved, is willing to become this inhuman, ghost-like creature, just to see her sweetheart. What a poignant love story! I'm almost in tears..."

After saying that, he lowered his head and wiped away the crocodile's tears with his sleeve.

If you didn't really know Gellert's character, you might really be deceived by his appearance.

"And what about your sister?" Abufosi sneered. "She's your own sister! You beast! Not only did you steal the dowry your own sister prepared for you, but you even tried to break her up with her sweetheart—are you only moved by Miss Pabbie's love? Aren't you moved by your sister's love—traveling a hundred years and choosing to seal herself away just to see Harry? Your maggot-like heart really doesn't surprise me at all. You only deserve to be Satan's child!"

damn it...

Gellert cursed under his breath.

Why does Abufosi talk with such energy...?

It was like a heavy hammer, relentlessly pounding on his heart.

"I'm warning you, Goat Boy! You're not allowed to talk to me like that again!"

"I'm not talking about personal grudges, Mulert," Abufosi began to defend Veratia. "That's your own sister who raised you. Is this how you repay her kindness? Not only do you not have children to carry on the Grindelwald family line, but you even prevent her from pursuing love? I've never seen a more despicable creature than you! I think you should be whipped a thousand times by Azazel in the abyss of chaos! A thousand times, a thousand times!"

This work was compiled and uploaded by [author's name].

"I think you've gone too far, Grindelwald," Newt chimed in. "While it's appreciated that you're helping your aunt, after what Abufosi said, I still think you should... well, at least not oppose your sister."

"You're completely out of your mind, Scamander!" Gellert exclaimed angrily. "Haven't you noticed that I'm Dark Wizard —and isn't my sister Dark Wizard too? Do you really think she's some innocent little white flower?"

"Isn't that right?" Newt asked, taken aback.

"Let me tell you, she's the one who wiped out the Grindylow of the British Isles! When suppressing the Ashwinder Party, she never took prisoners! If I'm a radical, then she's a conservative—because she fucking thinks I'm too conservative!"

Gellert slammed his fist on the table and said, "Besides, I possess the Eyes of Prophecy. You should know how much you suffered when you fought me because of this talent—but that doesn't matter. Now I fight for you—let me tell you, my sister, Verathea Elizabeth Amaryllis Grindelwald, will be your greatest enemy in the future! Even more troublesome than I was back then!"

Newt stared at Gellert in astonishment; he was well aware of Gellert's extraordinary abilities.

Is that kind of future really real?

No, that can't be, right?

Miss Grindelwald so gentle, so outstanding, and has love in her heart, how could she possibly be someone like Grindelwald?

but...

Grindelwald, that guy, has the ability to Prophecy...

Just as he was struggling with this dilemma, Abufosi suddenly burst into laughter.

"Hahahahaha..." Abufosi laughed loudly. "Newt, you really can't believe his nonsense, can you? My God, Prophecy can be made up. You really want to believe his lies? Let me tell you, I won't believe a single word of any of his so-called Prophecy— "

Newt turned around and looked at his wife, Tina.

"Have I been scammed again?" he mouthed.

Tina looked at him with pity and nodded.

The meaning is obvious: you've been fooled again.

"Don't you think about it, Newt?" Abufosi continued, "Miss Grindelwald beat him so many times, even making him work to pay for the damages—he must hate his sister to the core, which is why he fabricated such a lie to get us to deal with her. He's using us! Do you understand?"

Newt suddenly realized.

"So that's how it is!" He glared angrily at Gellert. Luckily, he almost fell for Gellert's trick!

Gellert took a deep breath.

never mind...

These foolish mortals...

"But I need to warn you, my sister always carries a very dangerous Dark Arts item with her..."

Gellert was interrupted by Abufosi's laughter before he could finish speaking.

Abufosi slapped his thigh and laughed loudly, as if he had heard something that he could hardly contain himself.

"Hahahaha, Dark Arts item!"

Abufosi pointed at Gellert and laughed mockingly.

Seeing Abufosi's reaction, the Scamander couldn't help but chuckle.

"I'm not kidding, Goat Boy!" Gellert exclaimed. "I bet you can vouch for my sister's Diadem —it's an absolutely wicked Dark Arts artifact!"

Abufosi and Newt exchanged a glance and burst into laughter again.

"Yes, it's extremely wicked," the two said in unison, still trying not to laugh as they spoke.

Gellert took a deep breath.

He stood up, turned around, and walked out.

Forget it, I won't stoop to the level of these mortals...

If you regret it later, don't tell me you weren't warned today!

"Hey, don't go, Mulert," Abufosi pleaded, "Tell me more about what other Dark Arts items your sister has."

Gellert took out his wand and cast a soundproof spell on his ears.

He didn't intend to try to persuade the Goat Boy anymore; it would only cause him more trouble.

How could there be such a stubborn person? Gellert thought to himself, they are both brothers, why is Al's character so good, while this Goat Boy is not only mediocre, but also has such a volatile temper.

Gellert felt a little breathless just by putting himself in Dumbledore's shoes—on Dumbledore's behalf.

A father in prison, a mother who died young, a volatile younger brother, a sick younger sister, and a broken man.

Oh my god...

However, Gellert felt it necessary to talk to Dumbledore about this matter.

"Let's start with my sister's Dark Arts items," he thought.
