Background / History
Di Jun is the Solar Supreme born from the Sun Star and the Yao Race's Heavenly Court Emperor. His authority, talent, and immense Destiny/Fortune make him one of the central figures of the Witch–Demon Calamity. He is Donghuang Taiyi's brother and fellow ruler of the Yao Race. 91 194 197
He was fated to unite with Chang Xi, the Taiyin Master, but Chang Xi rejected that destiny by reincarnating into the Human Race. Di Jun responded with fury and vowed to purge the Human Race. 124
Appearance
Di Jun can reveal his true form as a three-legged Golden Crow after suffering severe damage. 60
- Solar True Fire erupts from his facial features when enraged. 126
- His Golden Crow Divine Wings are a major physical feature and combat asset. 127
- When touching Sub-Saint power, he manifests faint golden Primordial Saint Radiance. 197
Personality
Di Jun is ambitious, calculating, and ruthless in pursuit of Yao Race supremacy. He combines large-scale strategy with a willingness to incur vast destruction if it advances his position; his Great Sun Bathes East Sea plan was designed both to destroy the Purple Mansion Immortal Court and secure Merit. 91 92
He is also intensely proud and reactive toward challenges to solar and lunar authority. Chang Xi's reincarnation and Gu Xi's ascension as Taiyin Master provoke immediate hostility, leading Di Jun to attack Gu Xi without hesitation. 124 127
His confidence can become overconfidence. Alongside Donghuang Taiyi, he attempted to trap Gu Xi in the Lesser Constellation Inner Scenery Array, only to be devastated by Chaos Divine Thunder. 59 60
