Odin: Time to Change the World Tree's Soil
Although Queen Frigga still retained her charm, Bant wasn't that hungry.
In reality, he wanted to learn Asgard and Vanaheim magic from Frigga.
Loki always boasted that he was the First Mage of the Nine Realms, but all his spells were taught to him by Frigga, and Loki always harbored the ambition of being an assassin, so he never actually used his magical abilities.
That kid's entire understanding of magic was just illusion plus a dagger; it was kind of humorous, to say the least.
Ben also learned some magic from the Ancient One, and now that he has created the Manna Dimension, Energy of the Universe beings will inevitably be born in the future.
Energy of the Universe is an energy that is naturally very compatible with magic, so there is no harm in collecting more spellcasting methods.
"Spells?" Odin's expression softened, his mustache relaxed, and he nodded, acknowledging Ben's request.
"I know you can also become Asgardian or Vanaheim, and the Yggdrasil recognizes you, so there's nothing wrong with giving you magic," Odin said.
He didn't see anything wrong with it. In Odin's eyes, Ben was a citizen of the Nine Realms, closely connected to Asgard, and had helped his two sons so much. He was definitely one of his own. Not to mention any magic, if the Rune Power could be directly bestowed upon him, he would even be willing to teach him the power of runes.
This is the power he obtained from the Yggdrasil, the power that reaches the very source. If he could fully comprehend it, he might be able to obtain multi-dimensional energy.
However, the Rune Power can only be obtained by offering sacrifices to the Yggdrasil; there is no other way.
"It's a pity, Hela is a bit crazy, otherwise it wouldn't be a bad idea to leave her with this kid."
Odin was quite disappointed.
He felt that he had failed in educating both of his sons. Loki was qualified but no longer wanted to be king, while Thor seemed to have fallen into despair.
That silly kid probably thought he would never regain his Thor powers in his lifetime, so he became truly disheartened and slowly accepted becoming an ordinary person, living on Earth.
In fact, Thor's change in mindset has been slowly transforming him into a qualified king, but his edges seem to have been completely smoothed out, and he has begun to settle for the status quo.
With no one to carry on the family line, he certainly hadn't forgotten that he still had a daughter.
Unfortunately, Hela's psychological problems were more serious than those of her two sons. She grew up during the era when Odin was conquering the universe, and Hela also had Thor's warlike tendencies, but in a much more severe form.
If she were to succeed him, Asgard would likely immediately revert to war mode, with Hela spreading the flames of war to every corner of the universe.
If Ben can subdue Hela, that would be fantastic news for Odin.
He even considered handing Hela over to Ben, but then he thought that Ben had already helped him enough, so there was no need to frame him like this.
Ben was also delighted to hear that Frigga and Odin had granted his request.
The magic of the Divine Realm and the magic of the Sorcerer Supreme are not of the same origin; the latter comes from Vishanti. Putting the two together allows for mutual understanding and can accelerate the development of Manna Magic.
As for the Dark Elf Malekith, he didn't pay much attention to it.
Malekith isn't particularly strong; he's just a piece of trash who, even with the Aether Particle, can't beat Thor.
On the contrary, his Cursed Warrior, who were said to be several times stronger than Thor, were not very bright and were not considered a threat. In the movie, they were killed by their own space bombs.
There's nothing to worry about.
Thanos is dead; now Ben sees everyone else as worthless fodder.
At least for now, there isn't a single villain worth his time or effort.
Ben even considered that since the Dark Elf ' affairs were closely related to the Nine Realms, it would be better to train Thor to solve this problem later.
Firstly, Thor naturally possessed such strength, and secondly, it was a way of repaying Asgard's kindness; Odin and Frigga had indeed treated him well and were very generous.
Thirdly, passing on the Energy of the Universe to Thor and awakening Thor would be a great thing for Legerdomain. Thor's future achievements are considerable; at the very least, he would be Skyfather. Over time, this would bring significant returns to Legerdomain.
Having made his decision, Ben settled down in Asgard to learn magic from Frigga.
Frigga and Odin were also very curious about the Energy of the Universe that Ben was using. After learning that it was energy that Ben created himself and could share, Odin even tried to fuse his Odin Force with the Energy of the Universe, and the result was quite surprising.
After the Energy of the Universe merged with that of Odin Force, it actually alleviated Odin's symptoms of aging, making his body look much stronger.
In an instant, the old man, who was on the verge of death, seemed to be reborn. A vast divine power washed over his body like a torrent and spread through the branches of the Yggdrasil to every corner of the Nine Realms.
"What is this?" Frigga exclaimed in surprise.
Although Odin's divine power did not increase much due to the Energy of the Universe, the strengthening of his body by the Energy of the Universe allowed Odin to unleash that immense power to his fullest extent.
At this moment, he seemed to have transformed once again into Odin, the invincible God King who conquered the universe!
"Energy of the Universe is life energy. The more Energy of the Universe a being possesses, the more vibrant its body will be," Ben explained.
Unlike divine power, which grows stronger with age and can even become so powerful that one's own body may not be able to withstand it, the strength of Energy of the Universe is closely related to vitality.
A person with strong Energy of the Universe will inevitably have a long life, but as time goes by, their Energy of the Universe will weaken with the aging of their life.
It's like cultivating immortality. If you want to achieve longevity and gain greater power, you must quickly cultivate Energy of the Universe, break through to the next realm, strengthen your Energy of the Universe, and extend your lifespan. Otherwise, you will slowly be worn down over time and eventually give everything back to Legerdomain.
In Odin's case, he has just come into contact with the Energy of the Universe and is converting that enormous Odin Force into Energy of the Universe, which will inevitably help him to regain his youth, or even his prime, to some extent.
Coupled with Asgard's innate ability to grow stronger with age, it might actually be possible to exploit the bug of Energy of the Universe and achieve a balance point of immortality.
Of course, even so, Ben wouldn't lose out.
Because a portion of Odin Force was stolen and transferred to Legerdomain during the conversion of Energy of the Universe, the longer Regidmon lives, the more taxes he pays, which is a great thing.
Of course, this is also a good thing for Odin.
This is equivalent to him suddenly being given a second life, and a long and long one.
Feeling the power his body gave him, Odin suddenly lost all his worries.
Originally, his biggest worry was that his days were numbered and there was no one to succeed him. But now, he felt that he could at least be God King for another five thousand years without any problem!
Thor and Loki, get out of here!
Don't want to inherit the throne? I'm not allowing it now!
Let me be a prince for thousands or tens of thousands of years before we talk about it!
Odin now looks at Ben as if he were looking at a treasure.
What a wonderful child! It's safe to say that Ben's future will reach unpredictable heights.
Unfortunately, the other party is not a pure Asgardian, and it is impossible for him to stay in Asgard. What a pity. If Hela had been more ambitious, she might have been able to leave behind an unprecedented God King for Asgard.
However, if he couldn't keep Ben, he did want to keep Energy of the Universe.
"Won't sharing the Energy of the Universe like this have irreversible effects on you?" Odin asked with concern.
Ben shook his head and said, "No, that's not true. The Sorcerer Supreme and I created a Manna Dimension, which is the origin and end of all Energy of the Universe."
Hearing this, Odin understood.
He was naturally aware of how those Dimensional Demon God operated.
Ben sharing Energy of the Universe will not only not result in any loss, but will actually increase the total amount of Energy of the Universe in the Legerdomain Dimension.
After all, everything comes to an end, and all life will perish. At that time, the scattered Energy of the Universe will return to its own dimension with the fruits, Ben will become the Dimensional Ruler.
Knowing this, Odin had no more worries.
He began, "You should know that the divine power of all Asgard originates from the Yggdrasil."
Ben nodded. The Yggdrasil is like the pulse of the Nine Realms, and divine power is its lifeblood. Anyone who possesses divine power and is recognized by the Yggdrasil is a true Asgardian.
Like Loki, although he is of Frost Giant blood, he also possesses divine power, and no one cares too much about his origins.
Asgard has many inhabitants who were originally from other worlds; even Frigga was Vanaheim.
"If the Manna Seed is fused with the power of the Yggdrasil, then all Asgardian will become one with Energy of the Universe."
Odin said.
"Asgard will also become more powerful."
Ben never imagined that Odin, after becoming younger, would be so reckless, wanting to modify the Yggdrasil at the drop of a hat, without fear that the Yggdrasil would wither and cause the destruction of the Nine Realms.
In truth, he had no other choice.
Ragnarok is inevitable, just like the cycle of trees, from new buds to lush growth and then to withering and decay, repeating endlessly.
Asgard will eventually face Ragnarok, and this will not be the first time, nor will it be the last.
But Odin saw in the Energy of the Universe, in Ben, the possibility of ending Ragnarok.
What if we infused Energy of the Universe into the trunk of the Yggdrasil?
Perhaps changing the Yggdrasil at its core, completely severing Yggdrasil cycle of life, would change everything.
"So you're planning to turn the Yggdrasil from a deciduous broad-leaved tree into an evergreen coniferous tree!" Ben understood Odin's idea. This old man really dared to dream big, but upon closer examination, it might not be impossible.
Decline inevitably leads to destruction. What then?
It's very simple, just don't let it decline, right?
Odin intended to completely change the soil around the Yggdrasil and then irrigate it with Energy of the Universe, clearly believing that Ben and Energy of the Universe could reach heights beyond his imagination.
Ben a reminder, saying, "Theoretically, it might be possible, but the inevitable end of all things is probably not so easy to resist. At most, the Energy of the Universe can only prolong the time of this cycle."
"I understand. Even if the Five Major Abstracts are Eternity, they may not truly be Eternity, let alone the others." Odin was quite philosophical about it. "Being able to prolong the time before Ragnarok arrives is enough."
Ragnarok doesn't have a fixed concept.
It represents the fate of Asgard's destruction.
This was an inevitable result.
The difference lies in when it arrives and how it arrives.
If Odin is truly too old to help and there is no Ben to assist him, perhaps this time the Dark Elf will Ragnarok.
Therefore, in the final analysis, it still requires strong support.
As the saying goes, as long as I am strong enough, Ragnarok can't catch me!
As for the demise of the universe, or even the Multiverse, Odin doesn't care anymore. When that time comes, everyone will die together, and he won't care about twilight or night.
"Since you've made that decision, I naturally have no objections."
Ben said.
Someone wants to help his Legerdomain plant trees, what objection could he possibly have?
He'd love for Odin to have more points!
But this can't be rushed.
The Yggdrasil's branches and roots connect to the nine dimensions, and its enormous body and boundless energy are not so easily transformed.
Odin immediately took action.
Ben, on the other hand, continued to study magic.
In the universe, time seems to become abstract, beyond calculation.
On Earth, however, several months passed slowly and painfully.
It is described as difficult because the world has changed dramatically in just a few short months.
Everything was completely changed.
Compared to back then, it doesn't feel like only a few months have passed; it feels like centuries have gone by. Perhaps only this can explain why such an unbelievable change has occurred.
Inside a mountain range somewhere on the East Coast.
A disheveled Peter carried a blood-soaked Steve, leading a group of wounded Super Hero through the dense forest.
Only in places like this could they evade Ultron's eyes and lie in wait.
"Captain, have we arrived yet?"
Peter's voice was a little hoarse; he hadn't had any water for several days. He had only managed to moisten his throat by picking some wild berries along the way. Those berries were slightly poisonous, but they didn't affect him much.
However, the rest of the team didn't have it so easy.
Not everyone has the same stamina as him, not to mention that Steve's right leg was broken, and Natasha simply used a piece of wood to fix it.
Steve has a strong regenerative ability, but if not handled properly, this powerful ability can cause him trouble. If his bones grow crooked, they'll have to be broken again.
"It should be soon." Steve tried hard to recall the address Ben had given him.
Several more hours passed before they finally reached a stone gate hidden by rocks and dense bushes.
"What is this?" Barton's eyes lit up, and his voice made Natasha, who was carrying him on his back and was unconscious and running a high fever, momentarily dazed.
Steve's eyes lit up, and he breathed a sigh of relief, saying:
"It's Nick Fury's Safe House, the last one. He gave the key to Ben back then, and it's proving incredibly helpful now."
