Remote-Controlled Sniping
Henry's departure from Stark Studios was based on a variety of considerations.
The primary concern, of course, is that there's no reason to stay any longer.
I took this job to pave the way for my daughter. Even if it didn't pave a golden road, at least it would make the road easier and less bumpy.
Now that the girl is gone, what's the point of continuing this life of hard labor? Is the Stark family, in name only, Umbrella?
Secondly, the so-called "Umbrella" is, of course, meant to protect legitimate matters and respectable people. Although in its actual usage, the term has come to mean sheltering criminals, a derogatory term.
Tony Stark was willing to let Henry use Stark Industries ' exclusive legal team because he didn't want outside noise to disrupt the normal operation of the film studio, as well as the tasks he had privately assigned him.
Henry's previous legal difficulties were mostly related to his schemes and tricks. That's why Stark Industries ' legal team stepped in.
What If...? Henry Brown's actions today were unethical, using Stark Industries ' legal team as a shield, and he had indeed committed illegal and unethical acts, would Tony Stark still remain silent?
This is no trivial matter like illegally parking a car and trying to pressure the police to cancel a ticket. It involves the accidental deaths of more than ten people, all of whom were connected to him, making it hard not to draw conclusions.
So Tony Stark came to the West Coast to demand an explanation. Henry, taking advantage of the situation, resigned.
Since the other party's attitude had made it clear that this was a red line, Henry didn't insist on staying within Stark Studios. (Tony)
Stark's large face was placed in front of him. It was precisely because he considered this arrogant young master a friend that he didn't want to put him in a difficult position.
As long as there is no real conflict of interest or harm to Stark's interests, whether the young master looks down on his actions is his own business. Henry believes he has a clear conscience.
Letting go is impossible, because once the arrow is released, there's no turning back; there's no Reason to stop halfway through. That wouldn't be fair to the other tasks that have already been completed.
However, without Stark Studios as a safe haven to help create alibis, Henry's methods will have to change.
Previously, they relied on their secretaries to prove they were in the office when they arrived at work, thus avoiding suspicion from certain people.
But with no classes to attend, Henry had no choice but to diligently frequent public places like cafes, restaurants, libraries, and cinemas.
Henry often spent an hour or two in the café, holding a book of poetry or a novel. As long as you gave a generous tip, not only could you get unlimited refills of coffee, but the staff would also not ask you to leave.
Sometimes when I sit in a movie theater, I don't limit myself to watching any particular movie, but it has to be at least an hour and a half long.
This kind of life looks incredibly leisurely and tranquil, exuding the comfort of a retired tycoon. In fact, Henry's current savings of tens of millions are indeed enough for his retirement, as long as he doesn't squander them.
All of this was, of course, a performance for others to see. Henry was actually controlling Kitty's behavior in the Sheep Cave Valley Laboratory through his glasses and high-frequency commands.
Originally, the idea was to use the collision of ten rings for remote control. However, such an action would be too obvious, and wearing ten identical rings on one hand at once would be too strange.
While voice control is much more troublesome, the high-frequency sounds that the human ear cannot hear are an opportunity for Henry to conceal his methods.
Emerging from the private passage, Kitty, now fully dressed, donned her Duck Leopard armor—Leopard Type once more.
It still had that metallic leopard look. During this time, the armor hadn't undergone any upgrades, only repairs and maintenance.
However, the groove on his back no longer houses the Little Duck that was next to Alexei, but rather Little Duck II.
By piecing together spare parts from Support Mech, Little Duck II was completed.
Since the Heat Vision capabilities of both eyes were unusable and no alternative tools had been developed, the Support Mech did not undergo a major upgrade; it was merely a minor fix for previously discovered flaws.
The only difference with this Duck Leopard armor is that the saddle on its back has been replaced with a machine gun mount, and a commercially available Barrett M82 special purpose sniper rifle is mounted on it.
It uses 12.799mm full metal armor ammunition and has no stock. In fact, it was sawed off by Henry to reduce weight.
As for the question of how to deal with recoil, asking a Kryptonian seems pointless.
Not to mention that this gun was carried on Kitty's back using a special bracket. Apart from the fact that the accuracy of running sniping with the tank's two-way stabilizer was not yet satisfactory, the static shooting accuracy was already 100% within two kilometers.
The maximum range is 6,800 meters; these are the firing parameters of the sniper rifle itself, and Henry did not make any additional modifications.
It's not impossible to make your own weapons; we already have a bunch of models and prototypes of railguns and Railgun that we've built ourselves. And these prototypes aren't just broken pieces that can only be used at the firing range and are afraid of exploding; they can all be fired in actual combat.
However, for the United States, a country with a large gun ownership population, the ballistic identification and analysis of firearms is quite advanced. Indiscriminate use of modified weapons, especially when the Negasonic Teenage Warhead cannot be recovered, could potentially reveal unnecessary information.
Commercially available weapons, on the other hand, don't have this problem; at most, they can be traced back to their purchase channels. In this respect,
Henry had, of course, made several preparations; tracing him back to him was virtually impossible.
The only difference between this and the commercially available Barrett is that the stock has been sawed off, and the ten-round magazine has been replaced with a belt-fed magazine, allowing for continuous firing when necessary.
Even if it can't unleash the power of a machine gun, it shouldn't need to automatically reload after firing ten rounds. Although the chance of a sniper rifle firing all ten rounds is extremely rare, situations where you miss and need to fire a follow-up shot are not included in this discussion.
Once the armor self-check was complete, Henry used Little Duck II to give Kitty directions. The Duck Leopard armor—Leopard Type then used the gravity ejection device on its four legs to take off and race in a certain direction.
Telling a Tiger to go somewhere on a map is asking too much of Tiger. Just tell it which way to run. Too much information isn't testing the animal's intelligence; it's making things difficult for the person controlling it from behind the scenes.
Having grown accustomed to wearing armor and able to communicate using Tiger Language translation, coupled with the armor's advanced technology, Kitty is now considered a competent remote-controlled clone.
My first real-world mission was rescuing Jack Reacher from Vampires who had stumbled into a Vampires hunt. That mission was easy; a single Ultraviolet Grenade wiped out most of the Vampires, and it was considered a complete success.
This was Henry's second real-world operation, and he was not taking it lightly.
"Strike and go, and don't use repetitive methods" is a principle for handling pending matters within the United States, a principle Henry himself established.
The task was located in downtown Chicago, in a densely populated area. It seemed the idea was to embolden the person with the crowd and also to deter the person who liked to create surprises from acting rashly.
No one expected that Henry would abandon all martial ethics this time. He had Kitty stay on the rooftop platform of the distant building, fired a shot, and called it a day!
Tonight, Kitty has a special India Tiger meal, a recipe Henry learned from Eternals's Kingo, which works very well for bribing the Tiger. Kitty, on the other hand, wants to have it every day, while the Kryptonian plans to add a full tiger feast, which would make the tiger behave.
In summary, the remaining number of tasks is eight.
