According to the Witch Realm Alchemists, the Four Ultimate Pursuits were actually the pinnacles of different disciplines, namely Potionology, Creationology, Genesis, and Crystalology.

They were not fixed. Instead, they were constantly redefined as the World Rank and the course of the era changed.

For example, in a certain Low Magic World, the ultimate pursuit that people tirelessly pursued was refining a Resurrection Potion.

But in another Mid-High Magic World, that would no longer count as an ultimate pursuit. One would need to create something that could turn a person into a god upon consumption or fulfill some other wish.

Likewise, divine artifacts were divided into Demigod Artifacts, True Divine Artifacts, High-level Divine Artifacts, and so on.

It was said that above the level of the main gods, even higher existences remained.

The ultimate of Creationology that Roy could currently touch was also a Demigod Artifact.

It was equivalent to a Legendary Grade item.

The Level 4 items he had refined previously were actually already at this stage.

However, they still did not count as true Demigod Artifacts and needed to develop further.

Still, he had refined several Level 4 items and now possessed the crucial primary material for creating a divine artifact—the Divine Spark.
