• The Spartans underwent their final enhancements on Minos Island, and John successfully tested the Thor’s Hammer armor.
• After Camp Lemonnier went silent, John led the Spartans in containing 096, and William agreed to employ the surviving soldiers as Outsiders.
• Umbrella contained the Flatworm Person, while agents investigating an abandoned mall encountered Monster Cat and Brook.
• William announced Umbrella’s Voyage to Dawn and revealed its Colony Fleet, then led the Fire Spirit and its escorts through a warp gate to Mars.

William’s forces contained the Marker anomaly, tested the God Bodies, and confronted Athena’s warning that Cronus and the Titans would escape. The allied forces launched a massive Antarctic battle, but Ghidorah’s regeneration and the unexpectedly smooth progress left William wary.

• Michel led eighteen paratroopers to secure the Evil God, who told William’s investigators that it had become the unwilling object of a cult’s worship after transforming.
• William visited Minos Island as Halsey and the Spartans tested their completed God Bodies, which destroyed target ships and aircraft and survived a drone assault.
• Hicks, Hudson, and Gina discovered the Marker on FJ336 and fought its mutated creatures until Victor’s support force arrived.
• Umbrella sealed the colony, punished Chief Corporation, and promoted Hicks’s squad to the Guardians as William traveled aboard the Phantom to Mars.
• William toured Mars City with the Spartans until the system warned of an approaching anomaly and gave him the clue “Athens.”
• William met Athena, learned that Cronus and the Titans would escape Tartarus within seven days, and recruited her after she signed Umbrella’s Confidentiality Agreement.
• William told world leaders that Cronus would emerge in Antarctica, then assembled Umbrella and allied forces for the battle and positioned Athena and the God Bodies at the front.

After the Titan battle, William’s forces contained The Thing and sent 096 into a black hole while Umbrella expanded its defenses. The arc ended with William and pregnant Halsey returning to Halifax City to prepare for the arrival of their twins.

• Mylon killed Cronus, the Spartans defeated the remaining Titan Gods, and Umbrella destroyed Ghidorah with a hydrogen bomb.
• The system rewarded William with new combat technology and Ghost assimilation, and he ordered the creation of a Heavy Soldiers branch while Athena agreed to help contain anomalies.
• William took the Spartans and Phantom crew to Jiu Hai, where Halsey revealed her feelings for him and they spent time together.
• At the Antarctic Research Station, Li Mu and Rebecca confronted The Thing after it escaped, assimilated personnel, and attacked the station.
• Li Mu destroyed the assimilated creatures with fire and explosives but was badly injured, while Rebecca escaped and later joined Dr. Halsey’s research team.
• Umbrella rescued Li Mu and cared for him as he recovered, while Halsey told William she was pregnant and later revealed she was expecting twins.
• Diana’s family encountered a living Cursed Doll, which Agent Um-0336-8 and Umbrella forces subdued and contained.
• Rebecca’s team exposed 096 to aqua regia without stopping its regeneration, then Sparta Blue Team sent it into Cygnus X-1, and William began planning a space-based containment center near the black hole.
• William brought Halsey to Halifax City for six months of rest during her pregnancy, and Andre welcomed them at Troy Base.

William led Umbrella through battles against the Reapers, helped establish the UNSC, and welcomed his newborn twins. Meanwhile, the Gamma Task Force contained the Netherworld outbreak in Moldova and secured the technology behind it, before William gathered family and friends at his villa.

• William tested his Specialized Unit before Umbrella detected a Reaper saucer near Titan, and he led the fleet in destroying its forces and capturing the ship.
• After Serena warned that a Reaper mothership was approaching, William and Umbrella’s forces defeated it, but the battle cost 649 Umbrella casualties and left 24 people missing.
• William shared battle footage with world leaders, helped establish the UNSC, and directed Umbrella to adapt Reaper shields, weapons, and other technologies.
• William cared for pregnant Halsey, who gave birth to a son and a daughter, while Andre returned from Geneva and visited the family.
• After Sergeant Davis was killed in Moldova, Rebecca and Captain Karina Reis Pross investigated reports of an unseen War Ghost and led a rescue operation for trapped soldiers.
• Rebecca identified the anomalies as likely Bose-Einstein Condensate lifeforms, and Prus led the Gamma Task Force to a Soviet-era facility that was producing them.
• Prus’s team destroyed the facility and contained the outbreak, after which Umbrella acquired the technology and William considered its uses for consciousness research.
